The location was good and everything nearby was convenient. However, there was a serious issue with SMOKING!!!!!. Even though I booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if people had been smoking there for a long time. I couldn’t sleep at all because when I lay down on the bed, the cigarette smell was very strong. I ended up with a headache, and my nose even started to hurt. There was also an additional unpleasant smell besides the cigarette smoke. Because of this, I would not recommend this place. Also, they charged a 100 yuan deposit, which was not mentioned in the listing.

Восторг, самая большая матрешка гостиница. Комната просторная, светлая и чистая. В номере имеется всё необходимое: удобная кровать, телевизор, чайник, мини-холодильник. Санузел чистый, работает исправно, вода горячая круглосуточно. Завтрак включен в стоимость проживания. Сотрудники гостиницы вежливые и доброжелательные. Несмотря на языковой барьер, общение проходит легко. Все вопросы решаются оперативно и без проблем.

La dernière nuit de Hulunbeld, en vacances de Journée nationale, beaucoup d'hôtels n'ont pas de chambre. Tout à fait, il y a plus de 300 blocs de prix de la maison pendant la Journée nationale, et craignent que l'environnement de logement ne soit pas bon, mais après avoir arrivée au magasin, il est possible de garer la porte, la chambre est propre et sèche, séparer, Pas de goût inexact, le lit est confortable et le rapport coût/prix est très élevé pendant la Journée nationale.

Excellent hotel. Good breakfast, great location, friendly staff. Clean room but smoke smells even in a non-smoking room.

Room was clean and modern. Great for quick overnight stay when travelling. Has everything you need. Deliveries can be sent direct to the room with their robot delivery service. Walls are a little thin though, so you can hear everyone around you.

This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel où nous avons séjourné cette fois-ci était absolument incroyable ! Il se trouve à quelques minutes seulement de la frontière internationale d'Erenhot, ce qui nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps et de frais de transport. C'était très pratique pour visiter la ville et c'était sans aucun doute le meilleur choix d'hébergement pour voyager.

Very good hotel and a very nice Hohhot city! Was the perfect last night after our Inner Mongolia road trip. Very good service and excellent English speaking support made our stay very comfortable. Also the breakfast was very good with a comfort local and international food.

It was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.  Close to airport.  Airport transfer and no fee On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.  Reach out to hotel to book transportation. Thank you.
