Honestly, the breakfast is terrible. There is no any option just the eggs and cheese and I don’t eat that because I’m diabetic type one I requested at least smoked salmon and some Roca salads or some other options healthy options on the day. It was really not delicious at all other than that everything else is good. The gym is really smalland the room surface is not really easy to reach. I ordered yesterday at dinner salad. The price is €18 then they charge me €10 to bring it to my room which is crazy.

Best location for visiting the old town. Delicious breakfast and an amazing view from the pool. Would highly recommend rooms with sea view. Bed is comfortable and rooms are big enough. Would also highly recommend to ask for a higher level room, view is impressive when you wake up in the morning.

Un véritable petit bijou. Emplacement idéal. À deux pas des ferries, de la gare routière, de la gare ferroviaire et de la vieille ville. Personnel extrêmement sympathique. Petit-déjeuner préparé à la demande avec des produits frais. À recommander absolument.

Très recommandé. La situation est excellente, de nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité, cependant il était calme. Parce que l'installation n'était accessible qu'à travers une porte avec code, il était également sûr pour les femmes. La cuisine aurait le plus nécessaire pour 2 personnes. Mais il manquait un timon de cork. Baignoire nouvelle et propre. Une terrasse séparée appartenait à l'appartement Tout en tout un séjour agréable.

Reception staff was lovely and friendly, very helpful. The restaurant in the evening time, the food was excellent. The cleaning staff was excellent. The hotel was very relaxing and quiet. The morning breakfast lacked variety, food was quite cold only fault to the hotel.

Les nouveaux sont tous gris, trop neufs, le taux d'occupation n'est pas élevé, peut-être que la zone de plage en face de l'hôtel n'est pas bien construite, la décoration est très bon marché, tout dépend du balcon avec vue sur la mer et de la piscine, le contenu du petit-déjeuner est pitoyable, car il n'est pas en ville, il faut plus de 10 minutes pour sortir en voiture, peut-être cinq ans plus tard, le paysage de la plage est construit

SSeat 2AThis is an intimate 5-room establishment situated amidst the alleys of the Old Town, hence cars cannot drop passengers at the doorstep. Easy enough to catch a shuttle bus for EUR 8 from the airport to the bus station at the port, from which a Makarun staff will meet you and assist you with your luggage to the hotel, a 10-minute walk away.
Breakfast is a la carte, as is to be expected for such a small establishment, comprising 3 courses - pastry/toast, eggs of your choice with cold cuts, and a dessert, complemented by tea coffee and/or juice. Food was more than adequate in terms of quantity and quality.
My room was comfortable enough, though 2 issues were noticeable:
* Instead of a flat cotton bed sheet, there was a fitted sheet made of what seemed like jersey, and looked more like a mattress protector.This was pilled and coarse, in contrast to the far smoother cotton quilt cover. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they explained that this is standard for the hotel. Whilst it did not affect the quality of my sleep, the coarseness of the sheet wasn't entirely pleasant
* In the bathroom, the shower was mounted at waist height, hence one either had to hold the shower in one hand, or, if there was a need to use both hands to wash, then one would have to crouch under the shower while it was in its holder. Not particularly convenient.
Overall a comfortable stay in a convenient location, enhanced by the friendly and solicitous Ivan and Mario.

-Staff was very absent and you need a key to get in the hotel and in room. we forgot our key in our room and realised after dinner around 11pm and even though staff should be in hotel until 3am : no one was there . We had to contact by phone only but being Canadian we didn’t have a working phone . We almost slept outside. . We got help from neighbour restaurant.
- staff supposed to start again at 7 am ; we left at 8 without checking out as again there was no one .
- my daughter got her EarPods stolen in our room we could locate them with the Apple app and could see exactly where they were . Again no staff at all in hotel to tell them cleaning person stole. (We are SURE 100% they were stolen as they didn’t leave the room we never brought electronics with us anywhere and the location they were at was 7km away from hotel where we had never been.
- they offer steaming service, I wanted to use it but they told my it took 1 week to fet my clothing back .. we were there for 4 days. Staff offered to bring a steamer to my room so I could do it myself . They never brought it…
-there was a beautiful terrace on the 4th floor but we only found out about it on our last night .
- we wanted to go to a beach and the staff said it was a 45 min walk and that’s only way to go. We walked . Finally when we got there .. we could have takes a trolley for 3euro …. We took it to come back.

PPikachuuuuuuLa chambre n'a pas de vue sur la mer.
Il n'est pas comme un hôtel, plus comme une villa, la sécurité n'est pas très élevée, car il a 2 entrées.
L'entrée de la piscine, tout le monde peut l'accéder sans problème.
La piscine était assez sale, elle a beaucoup de bugs flottant, et elle n'a pas été régulièrement nettoyée par le personnel.
Il a beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, et la qualité et le prix sont meilleurs que les repas touristiques de la vieille ville.
Le premier jour, le deuxième jour, ils nous ont informés qu'il était réglé, mais il a encore un peu de problème de déclin soudain.
Je pense que la Croatie n'a pas de réglementation concernant le contrôle à durée déterminée des ascenseurs, car elle n'a pas de certificat dans le ascenseur à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur.
Si l'hôtel a montré 3 étoiles et le prix est plus bas, je le ferais.
Le côté droit du balcon a un grand champ de tennis au niveau 2nd-floor, il est très proche, et il est assez annonçant que les gens puissent regarder facilement.
La suite n'est pas de 4 étoiles.
Le verrouillage de la porte frontale est nouveau, il est sûr, mais une installation d'électricité n'a pas été correctement installée, il semble que vous puissiez les tirer facilement.
La boîte de sécurité électrique n'est pas fonctionnelle avec le mot de passe, l'hôtel a laissé une clé pour l'utilisation.
Le petit déjeuner est bien géré pour les clients avec un tour précoce, ils peuvent organiser un petit déjeuner avec 1 fruit, 3 pains et 1 yogurt à 06h à 07h.

IInvitéPro - very close to the Golden Gate and is easy to find. Check in is straightforward. The room is on the first floor above ground so it wasn't the most difficult thing to lift our luggages up.
Con - (1) the actual room looks nothing like the pictures online. The online pictures (taken with wide lens mode) show the room to be much larger and brighter, whereas the room is in fact very small and relatively poorly lit. For one, the bed is literally two footsteps away from the door, and we were struggling to find space to open our luggages.
(2) One of the beds in the room is in fact a sofa bed, but the property did not declare this when we booked. We spent a lot of time trying to book places which do not use sofa beds but actual beds, and so we can't help but feel that we were misled and misrepresented to.
(3) There is a bit of noise. The property is right next to the road and near a pub with some rowdy youths at times.
(4) Facilities are minimal. There is only one chair, and the table is very small. Everything else is basic. Nothing luxurious about it despite its name and the photos.
(5) There is no lift at the property.
We would not have chosen this property if we had a second chance.

IInvitéFantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early.
The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great.
The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going.
The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace.
Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

IInvitéThe room was stunning and very clean. We were fortunate to have the room with a south facing balcony, which was a heat trap. It is situated in a very central area with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants near by.
The things which let the room down was the bang average speed WiFi, that once several folk throughout the hotel were on went pretty slow, which is sometimes the case. The TV brand is Grundig, which I never heard of and is not got any smart settings. There is an option to project your phone/ipad to it. The only issue is if the Internet is slow then it sometimes won't recognise... Get new TVs!
Communication could be improved, the gentlemen who checked us in said to contact him with any queries, I did so and had no reply. They could do with a system to drop off used towels and collect new clean towels from the reception area of the hotel.
Hopefully this constructive feedback will be acted on as it is minors things as mentioned above that are lowering the overall experience for fellow guests.

IInvitéThis was a rushed booking due to our original hotel not having our booking. Normally I spend considerable time going through reviews etc, but with the Azur Palace (hotel?) it was a case of needs must.
Unfortunately although we had booked a deluxe double in our opinion it didn’t match similar 4 star hotel deluxe rooms. I mentioned this to reception but they weren’t really interested.
Appreciate we were virtually in the centre of split, with space at a premium, but the view of a small alley with graffiti an empty minibar, not even plugged in, an irritating dim light, I think from the a/c that ensured the room wasn’t completely dark. After trying to close it down without success I went to reception, which had a note with a phone number to call. I gave up went back to the room and tried throwing a towel over it.
Also no bar, although there are a few within couple of minutes.
Overall disappointing.

TTravel KweenWe had the most delightful time at the Apartments Cordis. The staff bent over backwards to help us with late check in, directions and recommendations. The pool was a real treat, usually all to ourselves and surrounded by fresh fruit growing and hanging over the pool.
Our apartment was lovely, very cool from the A/C and filled with lots of of kind extra touches. The bed was brilliantly firm and so comfortable.
The only downside to our stay was that the shower leaked into the bathroom a lot. The space between the toilet and shower was very small, not great for tall people. The floors needed more cleaning. And the WiFi was a bit patchy.
The neighbourhood was conveniently located with a bus stop and shops 5 mins away. It’s close to the new beach and the centre of town. We enjoyed browsing in the Thrift store round the corner.
All in all a great stay that I would repeat.
