Good hotel with good location but old and needed renovation. Requested a non-smoking room for two nights but didn't get one in the first night while suffering from a bad flu. A neutral experience overall and hopefully it gets renovated to boost experience

A 3 star hotel at affordable price but not much amenities. Breakfast buffet is average too.

This is usual hotel I stayed when I business trip to pekanbaru. Food is good. They renovated the lobby.

Travel as family, however only 2 towels are provided. Live music on weekend can be loud amd goes all the way till midnight.

Comfortable stay with good view. We request for high floor and was given as requested due to non peak and nin weekend stay. Overall acceptable and the receiptionist all very efficient and helpful.

J'ai séjourné pendant 4 jours, c'est un bon hôtel, mais ils n'ont pas baigné ma chambre tous les jours, je dois leur dire de le faire.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.
