We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was fantastic. I bought lumpia separately during my checkout and all the staff were polite & helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to the ALTS🤩The rooftop swimming pool is clean and the view was 👍🏼 Near for karaoke 🎤 and Near for food hunting😋

The hotel is new and clean and is located very close to the airport. The help me with the shuttle two times and also it was great the possibility that it was possible to have breakfast very early in the morning due to Ramadan at 4 am I had early flight. Otherwise, no negatives the room is big and everything is great.

Arrivée à l'aéroport de Guangzhou Baiyun à environ 5 h et réservée l'hôtel Guangzhou Yingbin International par la dernière minute via Trip.com. À mon surprise, le personnel de l'hôtel a répondu incroyablement rapidement et a immédiatement organisé un transbordeur pour nous ramener à l'hôtel en toute sécurité, ce qui était vraiment rassurant.

Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

Booked from Trip is cheaper than booking directly from hotel. We got problems initially but the management solved it quickly. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr Febri and few staff from the housekeeping.
Room was clean. Amenities are standard. There is no hairdryer, you need to request it.
It’s previously named Grand Zuri. However, it’s still well maintained. Even though some moulds are seen in the bathroom.
Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Perhaps eat local foods are cheaper and nicer.
Bought hot Americano and Cappuccino, they were good!!

Pelayanan breakfast yg kami dapat sistem ala carte , cuma bisa pesen 2 menu (main course sama minum aja). Tapi untuk kualitas ruangan terutama pintu sangat baik dan aman ada kunci tempel di dalam jadi lebih safety. Cuma di kamar tidak disediakan air mineral free untuk tamu.
SEMOGA KEDEPANNYA ADA PERUBAHAN DAN LEBIH BAIK 🙂

The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors.
While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely choose Novotel again on my next trip to Palembang!

RRanopThe hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay.
However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience.
Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

IInvitéexcellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!
