Hotel undergoing renovations to the exterior and leisure centre. Pool and changing rooms closed, and lift broken, not informed of this before arrival, didn’t bother me but if elderly or disabled this would be a problem. Staff at reception/bar very pleasant, didn’t eat here so cannot comment on food.
Bedroom modern and had everything needed, bedclothes spotless and bathroom recently renovated however cobwebs on ceiling and furniture dusty.

L'hôtel est très moderne. La chambre était trop petite A/C n'a pas travaillé dans ma chambre. Location excellente mais la gare de train ne vous laissera pas dormir. Bar dans la chambre , idée cool !

Lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the room was spectacular. Extra touches in the room were very nice. Only negative was noisy guests in neighbouring rooms.

Très bien, bon emplacement, parking, parking gratuit, grande chambre, lit propre et confortable est également très confortable, si vous n'êtes pas pressé, souhaitez rester quelques jours de plus. J'ai oublié de prendre une photo, il suffit de feuilleter l'album et d'en trouver une.

빅토리안양식의 멋진 호텔이었어요. 이전 병원이었던 건물이었던 건물을 호텔로 리모델링한 호텔로 럭셔리한 느낌을 주는 공간들을 가지고 있어요. 객실은 물론 깨끗하고 넓었어요. 욕실도 수준급이었어요. 호텔이 지향하는 지속가능성을 잘 지키기 위해 믈소비를 아끼는 차원에서 베스를 없앤 것은 감동적이었어요. 좋은 숙박시설로서 더욱 발전하기를 바랍니다.

The hotel was okay overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be better. Water bottles weren’t given every day—you only get them if you ask, which felt a bit inconvenient. It’s something you expect to be taken care of without having to remind them. The internet in the room was quite slow. It worked, but not great—good enough for checking messages, but not reliable if you need to do work or stream anything. On the bright side, the lobby looked really nice—clean, modern, and a good place to sit and relax for a bit. In short, it’s not a bad place, but a few small improvements could make the stay much more comfortable. Swimming pool service was good.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Moxy! We received a complimentary cocktail each on arrival which was a lovely touch.
The staff were welcoming and friendly . Our room was lovely and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Cork

IInvitéGreat location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then.
Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him.
Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

IInvitéLa réceptionniste, une dame mature, nous avons vu que tout allait bien même si nous étions anglais. Les parties de l'hôtel ont en fait une histoire de rail irlandaise aussi intéressante. L'hôtel est juste à côté d'une rue haute décente à 5 minutes à pied. Ils ont également servi Murphy dans le bar! La chambre était bonne, mais c'était l'histoire de l'hôtel et la conversion du pont ferroviaire en un quartier de boisson très novelle. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, et le centre de la ville est très bien situé.

UUtilisateur anonymeHôtel très bien situé ! Tout ce qu'il faut voir à Cork est accessible à pied. La chambre était très spacieuse pour deux personnes, avec un canapé supplémentaire à côté du lit. La salle de bain était spacieuse et offrait de nombreux rangements. L'hôtel était très propre. Je le recommande vivement si vous cherchez un endroit bien situé pour dormir !

IInvitéAs we were staying for one night only we weren't TOO fussy. We got a family room which was also kitted out for wheelchair user. Our view was of a tall, solid concrete wall. Friends stayed in a bright, sunny room looking out over the harbour.. Choose your room carefully if you are staying for a while and like a pleasant view. Breakfast was just okay. I had poached eggs on avocado, peanut rayu and sourdough. Felt it had too many flavours. Would like to have seen some simple breakfast options on the menu. Several dishes served with hollandaise sauce. I also noticed a few flies hovering around the food area. Would not rush to stay there again even though location was fabulous looking out over the harbour.

IInvitéI am in love with their bed!! It’s the best I’ve ever slept on. So in love, I had to investigate to find out who makes their bed: it’s by the natural sleep company. I slept deliciously and I will now get a bed like that for my home.
The employees were quite kind and helpful too.
Clearly, from the bed alone, they invest in quality. It’s a gorgeous building and exquisitely maintained with a magnificent old world charm. I hope this gem lasts for ages and doesn’t succumb to the boring, overly modern, cookie cutter trope a lot of hotels have fallen into.
I will return for sure.

IInvitéAbsolutely beautiful hotel Sharon the hostess is Absolutely amazing she's very efficient so is thr other lady but I don't know her ne nothing is to much trouble for these ladies they work so hard the other lady is around Sharon's age and her and Sharon are always running around working and asking if everything is okay they are a credit to your hotel and thank you to all the people who work behind the scenes the chef and the domestics making sure everything is clean and tidy all these people are the backbone of the hotel

IInvitéWe loved the convenience of the hotel - walking distance of everything in Cork City Centre. The staff were very helpful. The only big downside was that our room backed onto a homeless hostel
and sadly this was very noisy with shouting and swearing through the night 😢😢😢😢 which kept us awake pretty much all night last night. The rooms were too hot for the three of us to have the window closed. The rooms overlooking the river were probably amazing
