It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

Nice spacious outdoor swimming pool with a Spa facility.for reasonably priced traditional Ayurvedic massage. Rooms are also very spacious. Some of the decor is starting too look a bit tired.

I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

property location v good , close to tirunallar temple. The stay was fantastic with amazing ambience , food was great and staffs were v polite. Highly recommend for stay in this place if u visit karaikal

I have been here few times. I totally love the location close to the shopping street and the beach. However this time the room was okay. Bathroom had no lock and fridge was not working. It was a let down after I complaint they tried something but the fridge was not working. The property is showing its age. Since it's a peak season it is so crowded. The breakfast was the other reason to book again.

We stayed 1 night in this property..it was a very pleasant atmosphere...very excellent and pleasing staff, friendly behaviour staff..rooms were very neat and clean. We will surely recommend my friends and relatives.

The beaches are walking distance (950m) and everything is accessible. Rooms were clean and good bathroom with hot& cold water in shower. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Nearby breakfast spot “Crepe in Touch” is 150m away. Good location, budget friendly and amazing host. Had a wonderful stay.
