Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

La chambre est grande, la piscine est aussi assez belle, le petit déjeuner est très riche, assez frais et nutritif. C'est le terrain situé au centre, le voisinage est encore en décoration. Les personnes qui veulent être calmes peuvent être déçues. Mais la réception permet de quitter la chambre un jour plus tôt, recevoir un remboursement après avoir communiqué plusieurs fois, louange!

It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

The hotel’s location is great , if you’re looking for a short stay , the place is alright

Les équipements de la chambre sont un peu démodés, le service hôtelier est bon et l'environnement environnant est également très bon. S'il n'y a pas de comparaison avec le Hilton à l'arrière, c'est quand même bien.

Hotel room was spacious and breakfast spread was good. However, housekeeping was not up to the mark and basic toiletries can be improved. Shampoo and body lotion was provided in the reused bottles. Next, wet towels were provided and they were also used(sprayed the laundry deodorant. This hotel has limited car parking facility.

While the location is slightly away from the city, it is next to a good beach. The breakfast spread is really delicious, and the rooms are very good.

I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The best hotel I have stayed in in whole India. The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada. The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable. Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard. Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect. It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle. Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel. Ps : best dosas of my life !

Le séjour était agréable, les chambres sont propres et la position de l'hôtel est au centre de la ville blanche. La colonie française et la plage de rock sont à une distance de marche de l'hôtel. Une des meilleures pour un séjour budget.
