The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

Le lieu : une très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. J'ai pris mon petit-déjeuner et j'avais l'impression de le faire depuis le balcon d'un bateau de croisière. La courtoisie, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de la salle à manger et de la réception sont louables. J'espère revenir bientôt, j'ai vraiment apprécié. Bonne année à tous.

Номер отличный! Все свежее, новенькое. Хорошо убирают. Приветливый персонал, удобное месторасположение( рядом остановка) Из минусов только завтрак. Очень скудный-в буквальном смысле выкладывают порцию в лучшем случае на одного человека,не разнообразный.

La location de l' auberge est vraiment la meilleure !! 👍🏻👍🏻 Situé juste devant la plage, il y a un bar de musique juste devant l'auberge, vous pouvez écouter de bonnes musiques gratuitement. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et réfrigérées. Il est peut-être un peu difficile de trouver l'entrée de l'hébergement lors de l'entrée, mais le grand bâtiment jaune est l'hébergement, et il y a une entrée entre le restaurant et l'hébergement à gauche. Si vous entrez dans la porte de fer, le lieu de sortie est l'auberge ! L'hôte est une vieille dame appelée Rossa, qui ne parle pas très bien l'anglais, mais elle essaie d'expliquer aussi gentilment et facilement que possible. We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Hôtel neuf, en parfait état, propreté irréprochable. La proximité de la gare et du métro facilitent la vie. Un café permet de prendre une collation pour un prix décent. Seul point noir : l'isolation phonique. Chaque entrée ou sortir de personne d'une chambre s'entend dans tout le couloir. L'air conditionné est aussi bruyant.

Je suis impressionné par la propreté de cette auberge, qui est bien plus propre et plus jolie que les autres auberges dans lesquelles j'ai séjourné auparavant. La chambre dispose même d'une salle de bain privée et étonnamment aussi d'un petit balcon, très soigné et bien décoré ! Je suis également surpris de voir qu'il y a une cuisine commune (qui est également très propre et bien gérée) qui sert le petit-déjeuner ! Une expérience vraiment incroyable de séjourner ici en connaissant des gens formidables à travers le monde !

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.
