Personnel qualifié disponible et toujours attentif ! Les nouvelles chambres supérieures sont bien faites ! Il n'y a plus de moquette, mais un parquet magnifique, entièrement rénové ! Note négative oubliez les armoires , ils ont été retirés et remplacés par des étages métalliques qui donnent un sens de trouble et dans la douche il n'y a plus un étage pour douche shampoo ! Peur parce que ça rend la chambre inconfortable !

Le meilleur hôtel d'Italie. Il est très récent et propre. La décoration est simple et tendance. Il n'y a pas de parking dans l'hôtel, il est donc pratique d'utiliser le parking voisin à 100 mètres. et je suis arrivé un peu tard. C'était juste avant le petit-déjeuner. Au bout d'une heure environ, les plats chauds et froids n'étaient plus disponibles mais pour environ 1 500 dollars de Hong Kong, il est difficile de dire qu'on peut vivre en Italie avec de tels plats ; qualité.

Le transport est très confortable et pratique pour aller à toutes les attractions de la ville. Il y a aussi beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques confortables autour de lui, la vie est très agréable. Les chambres sont complètes, les lits sont confortables et propres, l'approvisionnement en eau chaude dans les chambres est stable et la pression est suffisante. La chambre est également équipée d'une télévision intelligente. La principale chose que la plateforme de vision peut voir est le soleil

Amenities were great and staff was super helpful.
They had a shuttle to city centre which took 1.5 euros each way which was good, as the location was 15 min drive.
Only downside for us was it was difficult to reach here from Port or from Train station. It took almost 50 min to reach here as buses are not frequent. Finding the right bus was a hassle as google maps bus number and actual was way different. You have to check with drivers to know.
The team here were having all the bus n train tickets so we dont have to get in line for tickets this was a plus.

Excellentes chambres, meilleur lit sur lequel j'ai jamais dormi! De l'autre côté de la route du terminal des ferries à Capri/Sorrento, etc., à proximité des principaux quartiers commerçants et touristiques.

玩玩转星球-KevinAssis sur la côte de l'héritage mondial des Alpha, l'hôtel possède un paysage marin infini, à partir d'un soleil matinal, un sentiment incroyable.
C'est vraiment super, surtout quand vous choisissez de manger sur le balcon, ce qui est vraiment super.

MMarcos 305We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive.
Location & Safety
The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind.
The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour.
Room & Comfort
The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day.
The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels.
Service & Atmosphere
The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard.
One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere.
Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!

IInvitéGrand Europe Hotel, à pied de la gare à 5 minutes. Le train est sorti du côté droit de la gare et est sur le côté gauche de la première route rouge-verte, l'hôtel est sur le côté gauche. L'hôtel est trop conçu pour être conçu et goûté. Le temps de coucher a pris une photo de l'hôtel à l'extérieur. Recommander le dîner de l'hôtel, très italien, goût très bon. L'attitude du personnel de la réception est très enthousiaste. Je recommanderai à mes amis et je reviens.

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

OoenanayIn my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice.
The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted.
The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat.
In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days.
We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place.
We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there.
We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again.
The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train
station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place).
The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive.
All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

AAngelaHotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.
