Hôtels avec Wi-Fi à Préfecture de Niigata, Japon

Location - Very good. Opposite Niigata Station, exit from Bandai Square. There is a Lawson opposite (Station side), and a 7 eleven next to the hotel. Located right along an entire street of food. Don Quijote is a 7 min walk away. Room - Huge, clean, comfortable. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lighting was a bit rigid and oddly placed, but not a big deal. Housekeeping does a great job. Front Desk Service - Queues on weekends are very long. Check in took 15 to 20 mins on a Saturday. Staff did their best to speed up the process by getting guests to fill up the information cards while waiting. Staff don't interact or smile much. They can't speak English so you need Google Translate. They had 1 foreign staff on duty (who I assume can speak English on, as her colleague after struggling for so long to understand, turned to ask her before she helped). If not, she just stood there quietly, without offering any help of assistance, even though she immediately knew what we were asking for. Amenities - They don't provide the standard cotton wool and buds, have to purchase at extra cost. There is green tea and coffee sachets provided for you to take in the lobby, as well as ear plugs. Wi-Fi connection - Strong connection, but a little spotty as connection will drop randomly. Onsen/Lounge - Very small, very crowded. While I was there, only 3 or 4 hair dryers, and all were being used by guests who were hogging it for over an hour as they were applying face masks, etc, so most people left with their hair wet. Weekends are definitely a lot more crowded, so avoid weekends if you can. There's also a lounge area with 3 massage chairs, books, vending machine and big sitting area on the same floor. Overall - Great and enjoyable stay. Will stay again if we are in Niigata.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The hotel is well designed. The room we stayed in the Lodge part is well designed and appointed. Spacious for two people, although we reserved a family suite. There are two different breakfast options, Western and Japanese. The Japanese breakfast option was much better appointed, quiet, and organized. (you are not getting your variety style of breakfast eggs). The Onsen in Arai is very nice, clean, and a nice place to relax after skiing. As per other information about skiing at Lotte Arai, there is noting else around and as stated, it is not for backpackers, skier/boarders on a budget. The hotel is isolated and not walkable to any stores. As for dinner options, you have to make daily reservations which can be somewhat of a turnoff. The restaurants are not large to accommodate large numbers. As for skiing/boarding. It can get windy and whiteout conditions. When we were there, the upper mountain was closed one day which limits the number of runs that are opened. Also, there were a lot of avalanche warnings posted and those runs were closed. Safety concerns /warnings are well posted. Did manage to see some boarders that went under the ropes into the out of bounds ang get stuck in waist deep snow.

L'hôtel, ouvert en 1978, témoigne d'une longue histoire et dégage une forte atmosphère de l'ère Showa. Son ouverture, de par ses installations et son emplacement, fut un événement marquant pour la ville de Niigata. Si les équipements sont un peu vieillots, ils sont propres, bien rangés et fonctionnels. Le service est excellent ; le directeur du hall, avec ses cheveux gris, ressemble à un majordome d'hôtel tout droit sorti d'un drama japonais du siècle dernier. La décoration de la chambre est de mon style nostalgique préféré, et la vue depuis la fenêtre donne sur le fleuve Shinano, le plus long du Japon, avec le pont Bandai en contrebas : un panorama exceptionnel. Cependant, la gare JR est un peu éloignée, et une course en taxi coûte entre 950 et 1 100 yens. Le quartier est relativement calme, avec peu d'izakayas et de restaurants ; on trouve sans doute plus de choix de l'autre côté du fleuve ou près de la gare JR. Une supérette ouverte 24 h/24 se trouve à environ 300 mètres en face de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Nous voyagions en voiture, et il y a plusieurs parkings en plein air de l'autre côté de la rue par rapport à l'hôtel, ce qui facilite le stationnement.

Un excellent hôtel, le personnel de service n'est pas bon anglais, mais il a tout son possible de communiquer, il y a plusieurs employés chinois qui se rencontreront. Le buffet de petit déjeuner et dîner est très délicieux, le paysage de tout le village de vacances est très beau, adapté au voyage parents 🧳

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel provides a shuttle bus from Echigo Yuzawa station therefore it is very convenient via Shinkansen from Tokyo. I do like the room design, it felt showa-era Japanese with a mix of western scifi at the same time, kinda like the film space odyssey. The receptionist was very kind and gave us discounts for ski lifts. Ski lockers were included so we could keep all our gear downstairs. There are many restaurants to choose from, best meal was the steak paella with the option to add extra meat at Edelweiss. Breakfast view from Kiyotsu restaurant was majestic, got to see the early birds ski while enjoying our meal. We were at the slopes pretty much from the morning until after the sun sets because there was night ski! After a whole day of skiing, resting at the outdoor onsen overlooking the snow garden was surreal, all the pains and aches just disappeared. To end the night, we watched the fireworks display from our room. We went to Naeba to ski but received far more than I expected. Thanks to all thestaff for the wonderful experience. We will be back soon and already planning a return.

I found the dinner and breakfast expensive. As the price is expensive than other hotels we expected more variety but it was lesser than where we usually go. So were quite disappointed as I dont eat sea food and paying 3000 for break fast and 5000 for dinner when you dont eat fish is quite expensive and alcohol was quite expensive too.  There was lots of activity to do so we enjoyed that as we reached the hotel before check in time

Excellente station de ski avec toutes les infrastructures nécessaires. Magasin de location de matériel à proximité immédiate à prix raisonnable. Source thermale publique. Restaurant buffet et restaurant japonais au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel. Casier à skis par chambre et supérette ouverte 24h/24. Le nettoyage des chambres pourrait être amélioré.

Located a short walk from the station, this would be considered a slightly higher level of business hotel. Beds are comfortable but breakfast is expensive compared to other hotels (2000 yen). There are a few restaurants nearby though

L'hôtel est très proche de la gare de Niigata et du centre de bus commercial Bandai. Il faut environ 10 minutes à pied depuis la gare de Niigata. Vous passerez par une rue remplie de presque tous les izakayas. un LAWSON lorsque vous approchez de l'hôtel, bien que l'équipement de l'hôtel soit un peu vieux et que l'espace de la chambre ne soit pas grand, cela n'affecte pas l'utilisation et est acceptable. L'attitude de service du comptoir. le personnel est très bon, vous pouvez communiquer facilement avec eux grâce aux outils de traduction. Le comptoir et le restaurant Ils sont tous situés au deuxième étage. Il y a des articles de toilette et des sachets de thé à côté du comptoir que vous pouvez emporter vous-même. machine pour boire du café et faire du thé. Il y a aussi un petit espace à côté de l'ascenseur au deuxième étage qui dispose d'un distributeur automatique et d'un four à micro-ondes. Il est à noter que bien que l'hôtel propose des services de nettoyage des chambres pour les clients séjournant plus de 3 nuits (inclus), le personnel de la réception doit être prévenu avant 9h00 tous les jours avant d'envoyer du personnel nettoyer. L'hôtel fournira uniquement des services de nettoyage supplémentaires dans les chambres. Les serviettes de bain, les peignoirs et les chaussons sont fournis et laissés devant la porte. De plus, l'hôtel propose également un service de bagagerie après le départ, mais ils doivent être récupérés avant 14 heures le même jour. L'hébergement dans son ensemble n'est pas mal, le transport est très pratique et il n'est qu'à 7 minutes de l'hôtel. le Bandai Commercial Bus Center, donc le shopping est également très pratique.

Gd location , close to JR station , room very comfortable , rooms facilities  well equipped , considering f guest , wonderful breakfast n dinner , many foods variety , tasty , impressed .
