Nous avons séjourné ici pour 1 nuit mais malheureusement l'aircondition dans ma chambre a été détruit, nous avons informé le personnel de l'hôtel et au lieu de nous aider à nous aider à vivre avec elle et essayé de débarrasser de la question... sérieusement même si nous avons séjourné seulement 1 nuit nous ne devrions pas être traité comme ça

L'hôtel est situé à seulement 5 minutes de la gare d'echigo yuzawa par bus de transbordeur. La chambre est propre et confortable. Le jardin de ski Naspa est adapté à la famille avec des enfants et les installations de ski sont excellentes.

Le service est très bon. Mais c'est trop vieux et très délicieux. Le système de vent a continué à détruire des pièces pendant 10 heures. Puis, il a choisi une chambre avec salle de bain et salle de bain. Je ne pensais pas que vous étiez désagréable. Il y avait trop de petits goûts d'eau blanche dans l'eau, puis l'eau de la mer, même si elle était en terre fermée ou entière. Je suis très inconfortable, le vent du torpedo est proche de zéro, il est recommandé de prendre le vent, sinon il va vraiment craquer, peut-être que l'hôtel est trop vieux, je veux profiter du ski, je ne recommande pas vraiment cette maison, je suis toujours en collapsus, j'ai passé quatre nuits, vraiment très inconfortable, puis nettoyer la chambre, le sol et Ben ne sont pas aspirés, La chambre est vraiment sale, les remorques sont aussi des sauces... Ça ne reviendra plus !!!! C'est un bon voyage de ski.

Is a PERFECT get away for family and friends. Excellence value for money package with great dinner menus and setting. Room is spacious and functional. Beautiful outdoor onsen. Near all the famous skiing area. The only set back is the usage of lobby at nite, on the 16/1/25 we are allowed to use till 12am. Yet on the 17/1/25 night, the front office staff come over our sitting area and turn of the light despite is only ard 10pm and he is aware we are chit chatting and having a drink there... This really surprise everyone. The rest of the hotel staff is friendly and approachable. Except the guys working on night shift 17/1/25, I assume in the front office,.

1. There’s pickup and dropoff for Echigo stn  2. No shoes allowed beyond the hotel entrance 3. Front desk have a local Japanese staff that can speak English. Pretend to be nice not. Anything else , he will tell you don’t know. Go find yourself. Besides selling tickets that he will earn money. You’ll get no information from him 4. 1st day check-in, my in room hot spring tub is slimy n dirty stained wil algae. I scrub a lot out and took video. Same Japanese man came and nothing. Till I show him the algae I’ve scrub and the video, he kept quiet. Housekeeping do scrub off within 30mins 5. Breakfast is same everyday 6. Dinner, slight changes but still 99% same. 7. Child meal is hopeless.  Stayed for 5nights, same meals daily.  8. Want to bring a cake to dinner to celebrate my Daughters Birthday, we were forbidden to do so. Nothing besides what they bring to you.  9. Onsen was good 10. Basic ice cream treats.  11. Simple ramen in the evening Hotel is too rigid. It’s really expensive during our visits. The rules at dining and the same meals daily, it’s unbearable. Kids have nothing much to eat For the price, I’ll not stay in this rigid property. Many other Ryokan resort for lesser price and better options. It’s not ski in ski out and yet price are too high.

The location is very good with the view and indulgent eyes, which makes me more comfortable is the provision of shuttle buses from Enchigo Yuzawa station to the hotel with a clear timetable. Just need to be given more time to check out until 11.00, considering the location is far from the city.

L'hôtel est à 5-10 minutes à pied de la gare de Tanzania après le passage. Il faut aller à quelques routes de chasse. Il est acceptable de pousser la valise, pas très amusante. En janvier, il vient de passer un long séjour japonais. Une poche de deux repas est surprenante pour plus de 8 tonnes de HK. Il y a un personnel qui envoie le repas à la chambre à temps par jour. Le menu est très riche. Le séjour est total de 4 nuits. Les billets de repas sont différents. Le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant est très gentil, Le premier jour, à 9 heures, je suis arrivé à l'hôtel. Je suis resté si tard que la nuit. Le bébé reste à manger pour sortir. Quelqu'un a coupé la porte, il a ouvert la porte et vu une grande quantité de cuisine japonaise devant ses yeux, le froid dehors est trop touché. Le maïs japonais, le paysage extérieur de la fenêtre est de première classe, la prochaine fois que vous arriverez à ski, vous reviendrez.

This is our 3rd week of 4 weeks exploring Japan and so far Yuzawa Grand is the best Ryokan Onsen experience we have had. We could have spent several days there it was sublime. We arrived in the morning and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had been told by the tourist centre at the train station that the gondola wasn’t operational for 3 days; however the Yuzawa Receptionist assured us that it was operating and showed us that they were even able to sell us tickets at a discount. She gave us a map and bus timetable, showing us where everything was. They stored our backpacks for us and off we went exploring and had a marvellous time. We soaked our feet in the foot baths while having a treat before catching the bus to the mountains. We came back to our gorgeous room which had a coffee pod machine in it. Was so nice having a coffee in the morning looking out the window. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful Onsens before dinner. The buffet at both dinner and breakfast was incredible, everything so beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. The staff are fantastic and the ambiance very peaceful.
