It was the best microhotel that we've visit, well it's not our first time to visit GenSan and find a great microhotel. That this place is fantastic, a great environment and perfect ambiance at all. Staff are great too, and they actually serve a break fast which just amazing to enjoy it with my love of my life.

Squeaky clean, spacious room but 2 twin beds produce creaking sounds at the slightest movements; maybe also be improved with wall decors;
Friendly, accommodating staff;
Old and very noisy aircon;
Very old TV set with only one channel (locked, including its volume);
Food is average with very few choices.

Super good location it is near malls and hospitals and a lot of restaurants. The check in is smooth and the room is spacious and clean. Only downside at least during our stay is the ongoing renovations we can hear the drillings in our room but it stops during the night. The breakfast buffet was also relocated to a nearby resto so we had to walk a bit to get there but so close not really a hassle. The food selections in the breakfast buffet is a bit underwhelming though I think fair enough for the price. Over-all a recommended place to stay in GenSan!

La valeur pour l'argent était juste ce que nous avons payé correspondait à l'expérience que nous avions. L'hôtel était propre et bien entretenu. La nourriture était bonne, presque exceptionnelle. Une chose que nous appréciions était le personnel ils étaient tous à l'hébergement.
J'ai juste remarqué une chose dans la salle de bain : quand on prend une douche, certaines eau tendent à s'écouler vers la zone de la cuillère de toilette, ce qui peut être un peu inconvenant.
En général, notre expérience était très bonne. Pas de problèmes majeurs et nous nous sommes sentis confortables pendant notre séjour. Je lui donnerais 8 sur 10.

My suggestions, if you travel to Gensan city, so choose the Georgie hotel..
The reason is, it is easy to get in touch with happiness, close with the public park/ bus terminal/ 7-11/Mit. Super market/ Jollibee Quick food/ private hospital/ government Hall......
And at a cheaper price, you can afford 24h/ 700php

La chambre est décente pour son prix. La douche chaude fonctionne aussi. Situé un peu en dehors du centre-ville mais beaucoup de tricycles dans la zone, donc il n'est pas un gros inconfort. La chambre est un peu poussiére en particulier sous le lit.

Very affordable price and decent cleanliness. The location is a bit off since it’s on an inner street and the road going there is a bit bumpy, but the stay itself was comfortable. D
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super cozy! The mattress, pillows, and comforter were all good quality, so I slept really well. The room and bathroom were spacious, and I liked that the room had a balcony. The aircon worked well for a good night’s sleep. There’s also a small gym on second floor, but don’t expect much as this a budget hotel.
Breakfast was simple but good, the chicken tocino was especially good for me. Overall, definitely worth it for the price you pay.

I stayed at Casa Rafael Inn for a short trip, and while it has its comforts, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The accommodations are decent if you're only staying for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.
One major issue was the air conditioning – it simply wasn't cold enough, which was especially uncomfortable during the summer heat. If you plan to visit during warmer months, I suggest looking at other options or ensuring you have a room with better cooling.
Overall, the inn has a cozy vibe, but the lack of sufficient cooling and some other minor inconveniences make it hard to give a higher rating. Consider your needs carefully before booking.

IInvitéThere are many good things about casa mia but also some room for improvement. The goos things are… Location is very close to Gensan Airport which waa perfect for our early morning flights. Both Grab taxi and food delivery are available in this area which we made good use of. Very clean room and bedding. Excellent internet connected television. The disadvantages are that the amenities are very basic and in some rooms it can take a while to get the hot water for a reliable shower. The shower design means that a lot of water gets onto the floor area outside which makes the toilet room messy. But still good value and good staff so I will stay here again.

NNicethorLa chambre était très petite et semblait un peu crampée. Le petit déjeuner n'a malheureusement pas répondu à mes attentes, mais il manquait de variété et de qualité. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il y a des chambres très confortables.

MMichelleService was great! From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff were very accommodating. However, the window lock in our assigned room wouldn't lock, though it didn’t cause any issues. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend!
