The rooms are comfortable; staff is friendly and helpful. On request, I was allocated a room with a view of the main Boulevard Gulberg. Breakfast was good and staff there is also friendly. It used to be possible to park my car in the basement and get into the lift and go straight to the floor of my room. This has been discontinued because of security reasons which is understandable. Good range of food from their restaurant delivered to your room; prices are reasonable, the taste is authentic. I am a happy customer overall.

La zone de la chambre n'est pas trop grande, pas trop petite, juste bien, la salle de bains est séparée, il y a beaucoup de types de petit déjeuner, en particulier les plats de cuisine et les gâteaus, il y a beaucoup de personnes, il est bon de se regrouper.

Хороший отель, приносят комплиментарно воду и яблоки. Номер нормального размера.
В ресторане ужины - либо меню либо а ля карт в зависимости от заявок. На буфете много мяса и сладкого, овощи и фрукты минимум, но это везде в Пакистане.
Есть бассейн - женские и мужские часы посещения раздельно.
У отеля небольшая охраняемая территория.
Район норм, лучше чем в центре. До достопримечательностей на такси только.
Банкомат ubl в отеле - можно снять с иностранных карточек - в Пакистане это редкость.
Сервис отличный!

Overall, my stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls, particularly on M M Alam Road. However, the single beds in the standard twin rooms felt a bit small. The check-in process was smooth, and the valet parking was very good. Breakfast offered a typical Lahori spread with a variety of food options, which was nice. If you have booked in advance, be prepared to pay some taxes at the reception. Additionally, you'll need to deposit a certain amount as a security hold, which will be refunded at checkout. I found this a bit unusual. Overall, I believe the hotel is slightly overpriced, considering the quality of service and facilities provided.

沒錯，又是我每年都要去這個地方。不是為了做生意，才不會去那邊。中國人不允許出來，除非按排防彈車➕安保。不然衹能在酒店帶着。無聊的要死，待了6天實在扛不住了，改簽機票早點閃了。

Même s'il s'agit d'un vieil hôtel et que ses installations sont très vieilles, le design est assez impressionnant !
Le service est bon, en particulier le personnel du comptoir est sympathique et efficace, les agents de sécurité à la porte principale sont également sympathiques et gentils ! Hautement recommandé!!!

A part le vieux matériel dans la chambre, tout le reste est très bien ! L'ensemble du bâtiment est très local et historique ! Dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir avec appréciation des performances des chanteurs locaux, c'est aussi une très bonne expérience !

La réception m'a mis à jour gratuitement la salle de luxe unique. C'est que les clients qui ont un magasin ont parlé dehors du corridor toute la nuit, certains sont déshonorés

ZZafarWe attend the hotel with outside temperature of 45 degrees after a long journey on the 3rd day of Eid after having stayed a nice hotel in Multan with fully functioning facilities.
The reception was well maintained and nice and cool, we were given our rooms and the porter led us to a door and to our dismay, which went outside to the unfinished shopping mall so we could access the second lift on the other corner of the building as the lift in reception area was out of order.
The lift took us to the second floor, where the decor reflected the reception area , however they had turned off the air conditioning for the building there excuse was that the building engineer was on eid holiday only he could turn on the corridor ac ? we were shown our rooms which were hot as they had just turned on the Ac in the rooms we had booked the large deluxe rooms , however had to change both our rooms about 4 times as issues with inaffective ac units, this didn't get resolved until midnight.
The restaurant was closed even though the staff were there , the other parts of hotel were not accessible as the air conditioning was turned off.
In the morning the staff immediately apologised as there was no buffet or active kitchen so the breakfast which was out sourced was a option of eggs and paratha and toast. There was 4 of us and after a 10 minute wait we were given one cold old paratha cut into 4 pieces it seemed like it was a left over. I complained and we then received some paraths which were reheated old and hard.
Why accept customers if you don't have fully functioning hotel, it could of been a good stay if everything was functioning as the hotel has nice decor.

IInvitéThe hotel has a great location, conveniently close to Lahore Airport, and the premises felt very secure with several security checks before reaching the lobby. I was warmly greeted by a hotel representative who picked me up and took me to the hotel. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The staff across all areas, including the reception and restaurant, were very respectful and helpful. I want to especially mention Muhammad Arslan, who stood out for his attentiveness and dedication to serving all guests with the utmost care.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the prayer hall is located in an awkward and unclean area. I noticed a family struggling to find a suitable place to pray, and the staff was not even aware of the Qibla direction. They ended up praying in the executive room, which was not ideal. Secondly, the café and restaurant lacked alternatives like almond or soy milk, which is important for guests with allergies. Some in-room amenities, like the dental kit, were missing at check-in and appears the second day after the room makeup. The swimming pool ladder felt weak and was not deep enough, which could be a safety concern. Additionally, the iron in the room was dirty, broken, and leaking water, which made it difficult to use.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay but hope these points will be addressed to enhance the guest experience further.

Le seul inconvénient est l'eau potable dans la pièce. La qualité de l'eau est trop dure. Après avoir fait bouillir la bouilloire pendant deux jours, il y a beaucoup de tartre. J'espère que l'hôtel pourra s'améliorer.
Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois. C'est très proche de l'aéroport et la sécurité est très bonne.

IInvitéIl est un ancien complexe d'appartement. La plupart des chambres sont basées sur 3 chambres avec style suite. La fenêtre de chambre ouvre dans le couloir et c'est elle-même une telle tactique lame d'Avari. Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. J'espère que la gestion considérera cela comme un réexamen constructif et apportera des améliorations solides.

KKhanNaveedThe hotel was good overall. The coffee is not great but that’s usual in Pakistan. Room service was a bit disappointing - I ordered a margarita pizza and club sandwich - both were pretty bland and uninspiring. They tried to charge me for breakfast at check-out but pointed out it was included in my trip.com booking. They corrected the charge but I would have expected they get this sort of thing right before presenting me for a bill that is not correct!
