Nous avons juste eu un magnifique séjour à cet arbre double par Hilton à Leeds. Il est dans une excellente position. A l'extérieur sont des bateaux et la rivière un magnifique emplacement pour l'été. Nous reviendrons certainement pour des jours et des nuits plus chauds et plus soirés. Je recommande une visite au salon, nous avons eu quelques cocktails, il était très gentil. Service amiable. L'hôtel est merveilleusement propre. Lits confortables. Chambre un peu chaude mais nous avons une petite fenêtre qui a ouvert, donc ça était OK. Le petit déjeuner est par le passé le meilleur que j'aie vu pour les choix il y a quelque chose pour tous. C'était excellent. Globalement, nous sommes très heureux avec tous les aspects de notre séjour, nous recommanderions aux autres et nous resterions certainement ici.

L'hôtel est situé au centre-ville et près du centre commercial. Je ne pouvais pas dormir beaucoup parce que la chambre à côté de la porte était très bruyante. Le petit déjeuner était bien comme prévu à partir d'un petit déjeuner gratuit.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with a Co‑op supermarket just a short walk away. The property feels quite new, and the facilities are all in great condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Although the housekeeping wasn’t particularly thorough, it was acceptable overall. I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to spend time exploring Leeds.

Holiday Inn Express Bradford offers clean, comfortable rooms and great value for money. The staff are friendly and efficient, and breakfast has a good variety for a quick start to the day. The location is ideal, especially if you’re visiting the nearby leisure complex or heading into the city centre.
During my stay, one of the staff members went out of their way to help when I realised I’d forgotten my charger—they found a spare at reception and saved my evening. That small gesture really added a personal touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming. Overall, it’s a reliable and hassle-free place to stay for a short trip.

Really nice hotel. Arrived very early and had both rooms ready which was a wonderful welcome and really appreciated! Friendly check in and a really clean, nice looking hotel.
Car park is small and really tight to get out of so don't take a big SUV! Only issue was with pillows not being firm enough for our preference but that's a personal sensitivity. We usually take ours with us. Overall, a lovely hotel and will defo stay again.

Lovely, good priced, clean, friendly and helpful staff with a delicious well selection of buffet breakfast included! Few minutes walk from the train station and shopping centre and Broadway! 🤩 will definitely be staying here every time we visit Bradford

JJoyfulLlamaFirst time in an easyHotel and it will be the last. The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked well, and the hotel is very central - these are the only good things. Bad things- reception staff were unwelcoming, generally apathetic and stingy when it came to using any sundries/consumables, never asked how our stay was or said thankyou. Room has windows but they cant be opened at all, not even a crack. Room does not even have a table, let alone a kettle, a luggage rack, a proper wardrobe, there is literally nowhere to put your things other than the floor, not even a window ledge (there is plenty of room for a small table, and a chair and a luggage rack. We had to ask for disposable cups to get hot water from the lobby and take it to our room on the 3rd floor every time we wanted a drink. I was even told to re use the cups more as they seemed to think I was using too many (i was already re using them as much as i could). They say they are carbon neutral and green etc yet they cant give you a kettle and re usuable cups. There is a rip off vending machine and 2 chairs in the lobby area right opposite the lift and back office - hardly a nice environment to enjoy any drinks in. There is no maid service unless you pay extra, even if you just ask to habe a change of sheets and make the bed yourself the staff have to check with the front desk to make sure they dont charge you for it. The beds are small and not very comfortable, the room numbers are poorly signed in the corridors. This hotel is like being on an easy jet flight, only for us it lasted a whole week. You have an uncomfortable seat included and thats it. Everything else is chargeable or limited or none existant including feeling like a valued guest. You are made to feel like you are an inconvenience if you expect any kind of welcome or service. This makes Traveloge feel like luxury. If you are out in the city for 1 night for a concert or a party night and literally just want a bed to crash in (a hostel would work for this) then this place is ok. If you want a nice stay for more than 1 night this is not the place to stay.

IInvitéLovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol
To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us .

Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

IInvitéI prefer staying on the higher floors of the hotel, as the facilities there are newer and more comfortable. However, during my recent three-week stay, the waffle maker was broken. I used to enjoy making waffles for breakfast during previous stays, but it was unavailable this time.
I hope the breakfast quality can be maintained at the same level as my stays in September and October 2024, when there were many options available. The variety and quality of the breakfast have always been a bonus and one of the main reasons I choose this hotel.

IInvitéI made the reservation at 12-07 arriving at about 3-15 - 3-30 and had requested an extra blanket but was told this was not possible because I had made the booking late and reception did not have any!! These are woodland cabins and I should have thought this would have been a common request and extra blankets readily available.
The cabin was heated by a movable electric heater that took hours to warm the cabin.
The doors closed with difficulty possibly because of repeated painting and there was paint over the metal handles. The outer door did not close from teh inside. There was no where to sit in the cabin and no free surface to set things as the only suitable surface, a desk, had a free standing TV on it. There was a wardrobe but it smelt fusty.
The food was good but the service was slow because the restaurant seemed understaffed with teh barman helping as a waiter.
The setting is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. There is ample tea and coffee in teh room and a kettle.
