The hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average.

Il est nouveau et propre. Les personnels sont amicaux et agréables. La chose la plus importante dans cet hôtel est La réception Lady 👍 Elle a le rôle le plus important dans la gestion de l'hôtel. Elle vous aidera à tout ce que vous demandez, quel que soit le moment où votre question est Les services de l'hôtel ou les achats à l'extérieur trouver un endroit adéquat. Cette dame est la clé réelle importante de cet hôtel. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel sans cette dame assis dans la réception 👍👍👍 Merci 🙏🏻

L'emplacement vaut vraiment le coup de choisir cet hôtel, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied presque partout dans le centre-ville et il est très proche de l'aéroport et de la gare routière interurbaine. L'entretien ménager doit être un peu plus attentif pour ne pas créer de problèmes pendant le séjour. Le reste du personnel est très gentil et serviable.

A moins de cinq étoiles, le lit double est très petit et la piscine aussi. Le petit déjeuner est très général et ne peut être comparé à l'hôtel à Istanbul.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, and I especially want to mention Orokhan—he was very helpful and made things easy for me. His English is excellent, which made communication smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily come back.

A l'heure de la visite, il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.
