I got upgrade to a hugeee room with the panorama view over the city on the 6th floor. The service is great and the facilities are very new and modern, eventhough I only need the TV. The location is in central area, close to all places I needed to go, shopping, restaurant, everything. The staffs at the restaurant are wonderful. I told them I can eat gluten free products, and they even made dishes specifically for me. Too bad that I can only stay in for a day, but definitely I would stay here if I ever be back

酒店位置很好，出行方便，老闆是中國人還是租車行，租車手續簡單，司機都用中文交流，服務也很熱情，下次還會選擇😍

L'hôtel est situé au centre de Bac Giang, où il offre un accès facile à toutes les zones de la ville et un haut niveau de sécurité avec un poste de sécurité à l'entrée et une sécurité supplémentaire à l'arrière. Il y a un parking sécurisé pour tous les types de véhicules . La lobby d'entrée est très magnifique et spacieux, décoré avec des maréchantes, une escalier spirale, le Van Ha Bar , une réception centrale 24 heures où vous aurez toutes vos besoins. La chambre était propre et spacieuse et a été entièrement nettoyée chaque jour de mon séjour. La vue de ma fenêtre était sur la grande place et était fantastique. J'ai reçu un cadeau de bienvenue à mon arrivée. La salle de bain était superbe. Le wifi était excellent. Le restaurant est fantastique et si spacieux avec de vastes fenêtres offrant une vue sur la place où les villes sont en train d'exercer le matin et au soleil. Le choix de la nourriture pour le petit déjeuner était très varié , avec toutes les fraîches et parfaitement préparées et magnifiquement présentées. Le personnel de cet hôtel était le plus gentil, le plus attentif et le plus utile que j'ai jamais rencontré. Paul Clarke

Not a great experience. Shower was not very clean and drain was a bit clogged. They refused my request to cancel one night's stay a day in advance. That's reasonable, but I'm sure there are more options and they can be more flexible.
