I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. Le centre de la ville est situé à proximité de la mer et de la mer. La chambre standard 326, où nous étions restés pendant 4 nuits, était terrible. La madrague a été poussée, et le matin, elle se sentait battue toute la nuit. La douche était manquée et l'eau s'étendait sur le plancher de la salle de bain. Lorsque nous avons demandé de réparer les problèmes, le gestionnaire de l'hôtel n'a promis que de rien. Le petit déjeuner est à la fois un petit déjeuner et un café, mais ils sont à la maison. Les jours qui ont suivi, au petit déjeuner, le personnel de l'atelier au restaurant nous regardait comme si nous avions volé quelque chose de leur. L'atmosphère de l'hôtel n'est pas amicale à notre égard. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel a vu et informé l'administrateur que j'avais pris un serviette de visage à la plage, donc l'administrateur m'a non seulement éclaté, mais aussi changé les serviettes dans notre chambre les jours à venir pour vieille, lavée et même sans le logo de l'hôtel, il me semble, Les serviettes ont été octroyées à nous par les clients précédents. Malheureusement, le Grand Hotel Aita n'est pas un hôtel que vous voulez retourner.

Una vera chicca con cibo e panorami fantastici. Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica. Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche. Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo  goduti il panorama. Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine. Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita! Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

C'est un hôtel merveilleux. Nous avons eu un séjour fantastique à l'hôtel Blue Sky. L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont propres et confortables et le personnel est extrêmement aimable et utile. Tout a été jusqu'à des points. Un vrai conseiller pour tous ceux qui cherchent une belle et relaxante vacances. Nous reviendrons certainement! 💙

Nous avons passé 3 nuits ici en mai, et nous serons à la maison honnêtement! Belle hôtel et fabuleuse plage! Notre chambre était belle et propre et avait tout ce qu'on avait besoin (y compris l'eau dans le réfrigérateur et le thé/café). Il a également été nettoyé chaque jour à un niveau élevé. Le petit déjeuner (gratuit!) était fab, beaucoup de choix et joli et frais! La plage et le lit solaire étaient étonnants, beaux et juste devant l'hôtel!!! Nous avons dîné au restaurant et la nourriture était vraiment bonne! Le crevette grillée et l'insalade méditerranéenne étaient un accent pour moi :-) mais ce qui fait vraiment ce lieu est le personnel - amical, gentil, utile et vraiment axé sur le bon service ! C'est un jeune chap qui est aussi un peintre et un décor (mais pas un gardien) - si aimable et aimable le personnel de la réception (très aimable) et le merveilleux personnel du bar de la plage qui l'a fait pour que nous puissions regarder le football : -) location is also fab - outside of town, but only 30 minutes walk and so nice and peaceful! Wpuld highly recommend!

Notre séjour à l'Abi's Hotel & Spa à Vlorë était absolument excellent! À partir du premier moment de la réception, nous avons été accueillis avec une hospitalité exceptionnelle et une gentillesse réelle Briland et Aisha étaient incroyablement utiles, chaudes et professionnelles, ce qui nous fait sentir à la maison immédiatement. La chambre a une vue magnifique sur la mer, qui fait spécial chaque matin. La zone spa est un autre point de vue un endroit parfait pour se détendre, se calmer et profiter de l'atmosphère pacifique tout en regardant la mer. Nous vous remercions également de la qualité de votre service, de votre amitié et de votre service tout au long de notre séjour.

A Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! I had such a great experience at The Olive Hotel. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and feels brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I’ve had while travelling! It’s in a perfect central location, close to everything you could need. What truly made my stay exceptional was Xhone. She was outstanding from start to finish, helping me with every enquiry I had and genuinely going above and beyond anything I expected. Her kindness, professionalism, and support made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. We’ve even become friends now, which says it all! As a lovely final touch, the owner even dropped me off for my airport transfer, which was so appreciated. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you again for everything!

Our stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay. However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly. Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.

What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We stayed here for 3 nights as a group of six and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location with beautiful sea views. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety each morning. The location is excellent, with easy access to Sarandë town, Ksamil, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach. We found it very convenient for exploring the Albanian Riviera. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Orchids Hotel to couples, families, and groups visiting Sarandë, and I would happily stay here again.
