L'emplacement est très bon. Il est à 0 distance du Skytrain. Il est très pratique d'acheter une carte de métro d'une journée pour aller partout, y compris l'aéroport, les magasins urbains, l'hôtel est très propre et hygiénique, et il y a un lieu de divertissement. Il y a un délicieux restaurant pour le déjeuner en face du hall de l'hôtel. Il est fortement recommandé.

Great customer service. Polite and helpful with greeting and service. Great location.

Very old style hotel. Dated rooms and layout. Reception area is shabby. It’s clean and housekeeping is good. Staff friendly but the hotel is a bit dilapidated and needs a facelift.

Cet hôtel est situé juste à l'intérieur de l'aéroport. Il était juste en bas lorsque j'ai passé la douane pour les États-Unis le lendemain. C'était très pratique. L'hôtel était très propre. Il y avait un jeune peintre en train de peindre à la porte, ce qui donnait aux gens une sensation très chaleureuse. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois que je transiterai.

Front desk service and parking lot shuttle service was good. Restaurants service was hit and miss. Options were very limited. Food quality was very much below average for the cost. period.  Will avoid in the future.

Very good.  it would be impossible to find better especially for the price. The place was clean, well appointed, nice view out of the window. Brand new furniture, comfortable large bed, clean, coffee in the room, breakfast included … I arrived past midnight after over 30 hours traveling and the breakfast was from 6.30 until 9 but I only woke up at ten, I still went downstairs to check and the manager on duty said no problem and a nice breakfast of cereal, omelette, sausages, toasts jam, various juices and coffee … The only thing was no elevator but they took my luggages up without having to ask and same in the morning they took them back down  I am impressed and very satisfied

Great downtown location with a beautiful shore walkway right across the street and easy access to everything. Unfortunately, my room was very noisy due to nearby street construction. I was woken up by what sound like a concrete cutter powered by a massive industrial generator. The blend of piercing, high-pitched screeching and the deep, thunderous hum created a jarring symphony that was impossible to ignore for an unpleasant and headache-inducing morning. I recommend future guests request a quiet room, especially on workdays, as construction noise can be disruptive

J'ai séjourné à Vancouver pendant trois nuits avec ma fille. L'environnement est très bon, près du quartier financier de Vancouver. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné la première nuit n'était pas satisfaisante. Après avoir contacté la réception pour le service chinois, l'hôtel a spécialement envoyé un. Dame chinoise en charge du service de ménage dans la chambre. J'ai communiqué avec moi (je suis vraiment désolée d'avoir oublié son nom, le service était très bon) et j'ai changé de chambre à temps ; le service de préparation de la chambre était également très bon ; dans les environs à 20 minutes à pied ; j'y resterai la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Vancouver. Great clean hotel, breakfast was great! No hooks in bathroom for towels or robe! Hot tub was out of order!

My husband booked a two night stay at Painter's lodge for my birthday. Apparently the lodge is under new management and just opened 2 days before our stay. This lodge must have been quite the hotel in its day. It needs a lot of work and with love and care I think it will reach its original beauty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were not up and running but we were offered a continental breakfast of yogurt, fruit, granola bars and juice. The location was perfect and the decor was lovely. It felt like time had been turned back to a wonderful era. Lots of history displayed on the walls. We had a wonderful stay.
