⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Thistle Express Luton. The hotel is ideally located in the town centre, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making me feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks available throughout the day, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and inviting. I would highly recommend Thistle Express Luton to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and great-value stay. I will definitely return on my next visit to Luton.

Le personnel est sympathique et le petit-déjeuner était disponible pour les voyageurs lève-tôt. Aucun plat chaud n'est fourni. La chambre est poussiéreuse et de couleur bleu foncé. Beaucoup de poussière sur la literie, donc je n'ai pas pu dormir à cause d'allergies. Je ne réserverai plus cet hôtel bien qu'il soit proche de l'aéroport de Luton.

Hard to listen to the traumatic stories of families awaiting social housing to house them. The staff are all caring and professional. It’s evident that they are a good team. I’ve stayed in three different rooms, all very comfortable!

Can’t complain for the location and convenience but very basic. I’m glad I arrived late and just slept and it was very basic and quite run down

Nice little hotel with beautiful garden and seating area.  However hotel need to be bit more transparent with the situation there atm as I totally understand it and commend them for doing it, however not making paying customers aware this is why bars aren’t open or breakfast / food services are not available will lead to complaints and making customers feel very uncomfortable.  But this does not take away from the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and doing the best with the cards they have been dealt.

I had a lovely big room and huge bed , which was comfortable. Large picture windows with view of river & town over the bridge next to the hotel. Room had all the usual amenities- kettle, mugs,, tea, coffee, sugar & milk. Shampoo & bodywash in bathroom, hairdryer. Box of tissues in bathroom. The bathroom has a good size cubicle and good pressure in the shower. I did not use the in house restaurant, so cannot comment. The bar was good and there was a water dispenser on the counter..Great for filling up my water bottle for the day. So lovely to walk out of the hotel and over the bridge to the town, including the excellent museums, or walk along the paths on either side of the river. Only slight downside was the route down the stairs was a bit convoluted, but there were lifts of course.

Je suis absolument ravie de cet hôtel. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour une voyageuse solo très anxieuse comme moi. Jess et Lester ont été d'une aide précieuse et ont tout fait pour transformer ce qui aurait pu être un séjour stressant en une expérience magnifique. Un immense merci ! ❤️

Le personnel était très gentil et serviable. Je me suis enregistré juste au moment où la cuisine fermait et j'ai demandé au chef de redémarrer le four à pizza pour que je puisse dîner. J'avais également un pied cassé qui était très douloureux et gonflé après une journée entière passée à marcher dans l'aéroport de Luton. Ils m'ont fourni un énorme bol de glace, ce qui a fait une énorme différence et j'ai quitté l'hôtel le lendemain en me sentant reposé et beaucoup plus à l'aise. Alors que j'étais sur le point de partir, une gentille dame au comptoir d'enregistrement est venue me donner une bouteille d'eau et une barre chocolatée à emporter avec moi. Une expérience formidable après l'expérience infernale de la veille avec EasyJet à l'aéroport de Luton.

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.

Le petit déjeuner buffet, qui a été très bien sélectionné et bien présenté, m'a particulièrement plu, mais le seul petit désavantage était que le bureau frontal n'était pas en mesure d'aider à stocker des aliments qui auraient été utiles. En général, c'était un séjour agréable et je penserais revenir.
