L' hôtel était moderne et très propre Il était calme à la nuit . C'était un séjour très agréable et nous reviendrons quand le prochain entreprise à Blackpool

L'hôtel est très propre, a séjourné pendant une nuit, le membre du personnel qui m'a vérifié était très bien, même si elle avait des problèmes avec trip.com. Recommander et rester à nouveau

Je reste souvent à cet hôtel et n'ai pas de plaintes à tout.it confortable et droit par tram stop.grande valeur pour le prix que vous payez.plus d'eau chaude pour la baignade ou la douche. Les lits sont raisonnablement confortables et pour un ancien hôtel je pense qu'ils font plus que leur mieux pour offrir une bonne chambre et un service propre.

Everything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.

Cozy little inn, great atmosphere in a rural countryside location. Food was very good, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Can’t ask for anything more!

Résidé à l'hôtel Barton Manor et le spa avec ma fille....nous avons eu un moment merveilleux....de l'arrivée à la sortie du personnel ne peut pas faire assez pour vous...le petit déjeuner est vraiment sympa...nous n'avons pas réservé au restaurant pour le dîner, mais j'ai été dit par d'autres invités ...que le restaurant était délicieux. Nous allons certainement revenir .

We had two rooms booked. 1 room was with elederly parents! The room given was a fair walk and was quite far from the reception area with no assistance only verbal directions. It would've been nice to have had some assistance from staff. When we got to the room the sink plughole was blocked so I rang reception to get it fixed, didn't happen! Questioned reception duty staff and he lied and he said he had it fixed by maintenance when no one even came to look at it! This isn't the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Leaning over the bath to brush our teeth and everytime we needed to wash our hands after using the toilet we had to use the bathtub. Not sure I read anywhere but to use the swimming facilities the adults have to pay £10 fee. Other than that the hotel is near local shops/motorway as well.

It's a little far from Blackpool North Station, but the rooms are very spacious. It's not a super luxury hotel, but it's very clean and comfortable. There is also an elevator. The Henson hotel is a little far from the station and downtown, so if you have a large suitcase, it's a good idea to take a taxi. There are buses and trams running so it's fine even at night.

La chambre est très située. Il y a une entrée dans le parc de jeux pour une minute de marche. Vous pouvez voir la mer incroyable au-delà de la route. La chambre est très nouvellement décorée, le petit-déjeuner est très bon, c'est un excellent hôtel Blackpool.

Great location. Room was small and basic, but had everything needed for a quick stay. Location is ideal for visiting the city. Staff were really helpful.
