Fabulous stay at the Best Western Carlton in Blackpool. The staff could not have done more to help, and the lady on the front desk was so friendly and chatty. They helped immediately when they realised I had a pram, toddler and 2 bags and was alone - even changing our room to make things easier. Lovely people! Only downside was the thin walls, meaning we could hear every word of the 4am argument in the room next door!!

Le Grand Hotel est situé au nord du Nord Pier et est un grand hôtel avec de nombreuses chambres à face de la mer, un spa, une piscine et un gym. L'hôtel est très confortable et les chambres sont spacieuses avec une vue sur la Tour et le Pier du Nord. La piscine, la sauna, la salle à vapeur étaient excellentes et ne coûtaient que 2 £ par personne. Tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré était amiable. Nous resterions ici encore.

Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Only thing was our room and bathroom was very small but clean.

Le service d'équipe était excellent, les communications étaient excellentes quand ils étaient nécessaires. La chambre était propre comme le reste de l'hôtel. Seul un léger négatif était la taille de la zone de repas, on est occupé rapidement mais heureusement nous sommes venus prendre le petit déjeuner tôt.

We visited this place with friends, 5 of us, and got a great service for 5 people in 2 different rooms. We shared one toilet. We paid 118 quids for service which is quite nice for 5 people staying for a night. As we were visiting the Blackpool pleasure beach and carrying backpacks would have been difficult so we requested the hotel staff to keep our luggage while we checked out and were gone out for the entire day, and thankfully they agreed. All in all I loved the overall service, highly commendable.

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

Convenient for the event we attended, wasn't 100% clean but it wasn't awful, the TV in the room was very small as well.

Highly recommended!” And the reception staff where fantastic bar a little expensive, the food was brilliant.

Very clean room. Amenities were excellent and staff helpful. Despite emails suggesting I needed an app for the key to the property I was provided with a key card, which I preferred. Excellent value.
