The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une soirée, la sécurité a une bonne connaissance du service, aidez-nous à appeler le Bellboy et apporter nos bagages au lobby. le service client très aimable et utile. j'ai beaucoup de convenance et le plus haut service de leur part. la chambre La chambre d'hôtel est la plus propre. Nous avons une chambre de connexion. La piscine est petite mais pas de soucis les enfants ont beaucoup de joie sur elle. Le petit déjeuner de la maison de vacances de Palembang est un choix qui ne me suffit pas, mais qui suffit pour goûter un de la nourriture saveuse jusqu'à la douceur... peut-être la prochaine fois que je reviendrai Palembang , je choisirai cet hôtel Agai. Merci à tous les membres du personnel l'excelton plus de succès et célèbre!!!

Kamarnya nyaman sih, cuma bermasalah sama pintu yg susah dibuka karena harus manggil housekeeping dan kamar mandinya agak kurang karna air disalur pembuangan lama turun jadi agak becek dan basah banget

Cukup nyaman dan dekat dengan pusat kota, mohon untuk tingkatkan kebersihan kamar dan fasilitas seperti handuk agar tdk menggunakan handuk yg sudah sobek tdk layak pakai .

Un hôtel très bon et stratégique au milieu de Palembang, le sentiment classique est très émotionnel avec la conception d'un château royal.

Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

Booked from Trip is cheaper than booking directly from hotel. We got problems initially but the management solved it quickly. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr Febri and few staff from the housekeeping. Room was clean. Amenities are standard. There is no hairdryer, you need to request it. It’s previously named Grand Zuri. However, it’s still well maintained. Even though some moulds are seen in the bathroom. Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Perhaps eat local foods are cheaper and nicer. Bought hot Americano and Cappuccino, they were good!!
