The hotel is in the mall complex. So you can get your things easier. The traffic near the hotel is okay but when the big rain downpour, you better not go anywhere. Because the road will get flooded. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a hot tub. Kids will love it. I didn’t get any breakfast, but they’re breakfast was good enough.

L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre-ville, mais je l'ai choisi parce qu'il est convenablement situé près de mon lieu de travail. J'étais vraiment impressionné par la propreté, le confort et le service. Les chambres étaient complètes, le personnel était attentif et l'expérience générale se sentait vraiment comme un séjour de cinq étoiles. Cependant, j'étais un peu surpris d'apprendre qu'un dépôt de Rp500.000 par chambre était requis lors de l'enregistrement, car cette information n'était pas mentionnée sur Trip.com. Le centre-ville est un centre de la ville où vous pourrez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Definitely a hotel I'd considering returning to.

excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

Kamarnya nyaman sih, cuma bermasalah sama pintu yg susah dibuka karena harus manggil housekeeping dan kamar mandinya agak kurang karna air disalur pembuangan lama turun jadi agak becek dan basah banget

A good and strategic hotel that provides rooms with 3 beds. Around the hotel area there are several delicious restaurants, one of which is Hainan Chicken. walking a little from the hotel there is an MRT station and in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. The Bugis area can also be reached by walking around 20 minutes from the hotel.

L'hôtel dispose d'un potentiel si important. Certaines parties requièrent des rénovations pour le rendre plus présentable et pas trop obsolète. Mais les personnels étaient agréables et utiles. Prix et emplacement aussi le meilleur. Beaucoup de gens disponibles doivent manger à proximité.

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.
