PPriscillia WxI am disappointed with my stay at Legend Sarovar Portico Baddi. The room was spacious and the toilet was clean, which were the main positive points of my stay.
However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The air-conditioning in the room was not cold at all, making it uncomfortable. The reception area also lacked proper air-conditioning, and the chairs in the lobby appeared old and worn out.
Room service was extremely slow. We had to wait a long time for assistance and often needed to follow up multiple times. In addition, many food items listed on the menu were unavailable. We were told that the chef was not available, which was surprising for a hotel that offers room service.
The TV entertainment system was also disappointing, as some apps such as YouTube were unavailable or not functioning properly.
While the room size and cleanliness were good, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, service efficiency, dining availability, and guest facilities. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, et le centre de la ville est très bien situé. L'expérience de manger était une joie culinaire, avec un large éventail de plats délicieux qui satisfaisaient mon palais. Ce qui sépare vraiment Bookmark Resorts est le service impeccable fourni par le personnel, qui est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour répondre à toutes mes besoins avec un vrai sourire. Qu'il s'agisse d'organiser le transport ou de fournir des recommandations pour les attractions locales, ils étaient toujours prêts à aider avec le plus grand professionnalisme. Mon temps à Bookmark Resorts Manali n'était pas si magique, et je lui donne un rang de cinq étoiles.

Nnawab36085L'hôtel est situé sur une colline, avec des vues incroyables sur la plage Himalayan, et nous pouvons profiter directement de la fenêtre de notre chambre. La location est calme et scénique, et il est convenablement pas trop loin de Shimla rend facile d'atteindre la ville par taxi ou par voiture privée quand on veut.
Les chambres étaient spacieuses et bien équipées, avec ces belles vues sur la colline ajoutant un touche spécial chaque matin.
Le personnel était très aimable et toujours prêt à aider. Ils ont pris soin de nos demandes rapidement et nous ont fait sentir réellement bienvenus. Le petit déjeuner était un il offre une bonne variété et était préparé avec des ingrédients frais tous les jours.
Le parc de Fortune Kufri est un parc de rencontres qui vous permet de vous rendre à l'intérieur de la ville.

The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India.
The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing.
There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression.
Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff.
All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

Rooms are cosy and quite giving restful sleep. Special thanks to sahil for going out of the way and sharing helpful trips and contacts for nearby attractions for a hassle-free blessed trip and darshan at nearby shaktipeeth.

IInvitéWe had a great stay at Justa. Big thanks to Mr Vijay Sharma for his great hospitality. Mr Vijay took so much initiative to attend to us and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay, from our arrival till our departure.
We would also like to thank Jitender Thakur, Vinod kumar, Tarun Thakur, Palak, Lalit, Vinod Sachin, and those whom we may have forgotten their names. Our thank is for the entire staff of Justa who made us feel home.
The bar is cozy with our own choice of songs. Great for family time with delicious bar snacks.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Awesome views from our room balcony. Though this hotel is away from the main town but for those who wish to have a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, Justa is the place to look for. The meals are freshly cooked and we enjoyed every single bite.
Thank you once again to everyone at Justa. Keep up the good work.

IInvitéWe recently had a superb stay at hotel king castle, mcleodganj. All the staff members of the hotel were courteous and helpful with providing services. They even helped us in arranging our local sightseeing tour which was a great experience. The hotel is tucked in a quiet corner on the main road in a very peaceful setting amid-st nature. It's situated at about 1. 5 km from the main mcleodganj square. The view from the balcony was amazing. With breathtaking views of the sunrise, sunset, and the panaromic view of the valley. I'll also rate the property high on hygiene and cleanliness. Overall a safe and comfortable place to stay for families, couples and foreign tourists in mcleodganj. Would love to stay here again when in mcleodganj.

JJanetwyhThe check-in was fast and informative, he confirmed the cab booking to the airport and the price for us by calling to our room, which is very fast too. The bellboy helped us with the luggages and explained the use of hot water, TV and air-conditioning with heater. The room is comfortable and the night views from the balcony was the best. Chairs are provided at the balcony. The room have mini fridge and water boiler, room slippers, clean towels. The bed sheet look worn out but they are clean. The restaurant food are great, we ordered Kadhai Chicken and Gobhi Adraki and we can't help having more serving of Tawa roti to eat with. The mountain view at the restaurant balcony is breathtaking. As our flight was 8.50am, we don't have time for our breakfast, the staff was so wonderful to prepare sandwiches and juices to go. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay.
