I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is ideally located with walking distance from Promenade beach, secretariat, beach view cafés, the market. The tariff is totally value for money with spacious, neat, and clean rooms. A wide variety of breakfast spread. Overall a memorable stay!

Nice spacious outdoor swimming pool with a Spa facility.for reasonably priced traditional Ayurvedic massage. Rooms are also very spacious. Some of the decor is starting too look a bit tired.

The hotel’s location is great , if you’re looking for a short stay , the place is alright

Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

Hôtel simple mais propre (même si la lingerie de literie et de salle de bains est un peu grise). Equipe sympathique.. la climatisation fonctionne plutôt correctement..Très bien placé. Demander une chambre calme car l'hôtel donne sur une avenue très fréquentée.

The hotel is at the mid of the city and is very near all the tourist spots. The hotel management and staff are very cooperative, well behaved and generous. Cleanliness is well maintained all over the hotel. complimentary breakfast was offered which was too good. on the whole would surely refer any family to stay here.

Moreover, there is nothing around the hotel at all—zero, a desert. It is suitable only for those who want to stay isolated from the city and close to the beach (about 500 meters away). Otherwise, it is not suitable for a tourist who wants to visit Pont du Chery🛜🛜🛜 The staff is excellent. The breakfast is good. The reception staff is exceptional
