The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

Le lieu : une très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. J'ai pris mon petit-déjeuner et j'avais l'impression de le faire depuis le balcon d'un bateau de croisière. La courtoisie, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de la salle à manger et de la réception sont louables. J'espère revenir bientôt, j'ai vraiment apprécié. Bonne année à tous.

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

In my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice. The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted. The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat. In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days. We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place. We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there. We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again. The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place). The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive. All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

Soggiorno di due giorni. Struttura a pochi passi dal centro storico , prezzo oltre la media, visto che due servi zi non erano ancora attivi, ovvero il pagoda per la piscina e il ristorante di sushi. Consigliato Happyssimo settimo piano e il ristorante interno. Il personale in servizio ad esclusioni di alcuni già navigati e preparati, risulta poco attento e poco professionale. Anche alla reception il personale risulta impreparato.

Premièrement, ce prix est une exception dans l'hôtel à la place devant la gare plutôt que dans l'hôtel. Il est proche de la gare centrale, mais le diamant de Naples sonne, je pense que la route est loin (ris) et la chambre est très petite. Au contraire, un tel hôtel aussi petit m'a impressionné profondément. Pour une raison, la position indiquée par la carte de Google est derrière l'hôtel, vous devez être prudent parce que vous l'avez finalement atteint sous la direction des gens locaux. Pas d'élévateurs, il semble donc difficile pour ceux qui ont de grands bagages. L'unique équipement de confort est le bain de cheveux. En outre, quand je dors, un insecte étrange a perdu ８ (je ne pense pas qu'il s'agisse d'un insecte parce qu'il n'y a pas de vampire ......), ma main droite a été frappée de manière intensive, ma main droite a été frappée. 😂 Même si je ne l'ai pas vue, je suis frappé et je veux savoir si c'est dangereux ... Mais tous les employés sont très aimables! Le petit-déjeuner gratuit est également délicieux!

Excellent hôtel. Je le recommande vivement. Avant mon arrivée, l'hôtel m'a contacté et m'a fourni toutes les instructions pour l'enregistrement (très simples), et a répondu à toutes mes questions. Trouver l'hôtel était facile ; il suffisait de suivre les panneaux. La chambre était lumineuse, propre et spacieuse. Confortable, c'était un véritable havre de paix par cette chaleur. La climatisation était assez silencieuse. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus, mais des en-cas, du jus de fruits et du lait étaient fournis. Du thé et du café étaient également disponibles. Un réfrigérateur, une cafetière et une bouilloire étaient aussi à disposition. La chambre était nettoyée tous les jours. Les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires et de stores enrouleurs. Attention : si les fenêtres donnent sur la ville, cela peut être assez bruyant. N'ayant pas de problème de sommeil, cela ne m'a pas dérangé. La salle de bain est bien équipée : shampoing, savon, serviettes et sèche-cheveux. La pression de l'eau est bonne et la douche est équipée d'une pomme de douche effet pluie et d'une pomme de douche amovible. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème d'approvisionnement en eau. L'immeuble possède un ascenseur ! Il y a une petite épicerie juste en face, et plusieurs autres à proximité. On trouve également plusieurs cafés. L'emplacement est idéal : - à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. - à environ 15-20 minutes à pied de la gare. - à 20 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport. - à 30-40 minutes à pied des quais. La chambre est également bonne par rapport à l'hôtel européen, très proche de la gare centrale et de la station métropolitaine de Naples, il est plus pratique de visiter la copie ou la station de metro à Solento, le gars responsable de la réception est très enthousiaste, vous dira la ligne de jeu, le petit déjeuner est également bon, Le petit déjeuner payé de 5 euros est heureux en Europe. La dame qui est responsable du petit déjeuner vous apportera le café que vous voulez, comme un hôtel familial, mais attention à l'endroit où vous check-in et le lieu d'hébergement sont à côté. Nous avons juste commencé à appuyer sur la porte de la demi-journée, Il y a juste un homme en bas à côté qui nous a dit que le patron devait faire une carte d'instruction ou un étiquette. Napoli mérite d'être tous propriétaires.
