Super séjour. Mary la propriétaire est très réactive et arrangeante. Emplacement parfait car prêt de la gare et du centre historique (via tribulani). Propreté impeccable
Et beaucoup de petites attentions comme le café/thé à disposition dans le hall,cpetiys gâteaux, de l'eau fraîche, boissons dans le frigo...
Donc ce B&B est vraiment à recommander 👍👍

Отель находится от центра Неаполя минут 40 пешком. Персонал приветливый,говорит на английском.сама комната была на -1 этаже,окно было маленькое и я не смогла его открыть. Из-за этого мне показалось душно в комнате, был кондиционер,но когда его включаешь присутствует запах. Ремонт новый, большой душ с хорошим напором горячей воды. Магазины и кафе находятся в 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля, если вы с чемоданом, путешествовать пешком не очень удобно, потому что дорога узкая и неровная. К отелю нужно будет подняться в гору.

Heureusement, j'ai réservé une chambre avec vue latérale sur la mer. Si elle avait une pleine vue sur la mer, ce serait probablement bruyant (les vagues sont très bruyantes).
L'hôtel est situé en banlieue, c'est un peu difficile à trouver en voiture car l'entrée n'est pas évidente.
Le service est plutôt bon.

房間可以看到非常好的風景才預訂了這家酒店，到了之後確實很感動…但是如果你想要遊覽Napoli的市內，這裏離市內還是有點距離。因為我們從Napoli中央車站到這裏坐了4站火車，趕上了週日罷工還是休息的纜車不開門，我們爬了很久的山路才到達。酒店的早餐一人8歐，可以自行選擇…因為我們第二天要去龐貝古城，這裏的車站Mergellina 有直接到龐貝的火車，不用換乘也很方便。酒店也有很不錯的餐廳。總之酒店的景色真的是沒得説，房間不大，但是足夠了。退房的時候從酒店門口的taxi點打車去mergellina車站 司機要了我們10歐，我也不知道貴還是正常。畢竟我們爬上來的時候用了將近20分鐘😹😻😹

Excelente para hacer base, no tiene aparcamiento como si dice en trip, el desayuno es muy completo, eso sí, si tenes suerte de que la que atiende esté de humor, de 4 días dos fueron excelentes super completos, los otros dos un desastre uno prácticamente vacío, las camas son cómodas, el baño muy amplio, y la habitación en general lo es, los de recepción se nota que están siempre en las nubes, no entienden nada, lo recomiendo !

Everything about our stay was easy and in many cases, better than we expected. The breakfast staff were so accommodating and the roof terrace needs to be spoken about more.... it's beautiful! The reception staff were also excellent and no request was too much for them. The room and hotel in general were very clean and the room we had was nice, clean and spacious. If we had to be picky about one thing, we'd have liked the towels to be changed more regularly. But that didn't cause us any issues. We'd love to return again!

Апартаменты расположены очень удобно — в пешей доступности от главного вокзала. Однако найти их непросто: на Google Maps адрес не отображается, а видимых вывесок рядом нет, поэтому прибытие может оказаться затруднительным.
Сам номер оставил отличное впечатление: просторный, чистый, со всеми удобствами. В наличии были кофемашина, чайник и даже джакузи помимо душа, что стало приятным бонусом.
Круглосуточного персонала нет, для нас это не стало проблемой, но будущим гостям стоит учитывать. Завтрак разочаровал: всего лишь печенье и магазинные круассаны, ожидали большего.
В целом, апартаменты отлично подойдут тем, кто ценит простор, чистоту и доступную цену, но готов потратить немного времени на их поиск и не рассчитывать на полноценный завтрак.

AAlexanderThe room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

OoenanayIn my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice.
The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted.
The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat.
In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days.
We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place.
We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there.
We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again.
The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train
station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place).
The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive.
All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

IInvitéNous avons initialement réservé l'hôtel Aequa pour une nuit et nous avons prolongé notre séjour jusqu'à sept nuits, ce qui reflète la comodité et la convenance de l'expérience dans son ensemble.
Les photos montrent les belles photos du composé. Très bétail ami. L'hôtel est très bien situé en tant que base pour explorer la côte Amalfi, Pompeii et Naples. Il offre une alternative plus calme et plus pratique à rester dans les zones touristiques plus crowdées, tout en offrant un accès facile aux destinations clés.
La chambre est confortable, avec un balcon qui offre une bonne vue.
Le petit déjeuner est cohérent et agréable, avec des produits comme le chocolat chaud et une omélette à fromage bien préparée.
L'hôtel dispose également d'un parking privé à un tarif raisonnable de 15 euros par jour, qui est particulièrement convenable pour les conducteurs de la région. Il est disponible un ascenseur, ce qui permet d'accéder facilement aux chambres avec bagage.
L'hôtel propose une combinaison équilibrée de confort, de confort et de valeur, ce qui la rend un choix fort pour les voyageurs qui explorent cette partie de l'Italie.

IInvitéCe n'était pas terrible, mais je ne réserverais certainement pas à nouveau. L'emplacement est idéal : l'hôtel est situé sur le port, ce qui facilite l'accès à la plage et au ferry. Cependant, il faut monter plusieurs marches pour rejoindre le centre-ville, où se trouvent restaurants et boutiques. Je ne pense pas que la chambre en elle-même valait le prix payé. C'était l'un des hébergements les plus agréables et les plus chers de notre voyage, et nous étions ravis de notre séjour. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche, la porte de la douche ne fermait pas correctement et le lit était dur, on aurait dit un socle. J'ai tenté d'en discuter avec le personnel pour changer de chambre, sans succès ni solution alternative. À part cela, le petit-déjeuner inclus était bon et la plupart des autres membres du personnel que nous avons rencontrés étaient très sympathiques et serviables. En résumé, je ne recommanderais l'hôtel Il Faro à aucun membre de ma famille ou à aucun ami de passage à Sorrente.

OoliviachenzwWe stayed 3 nights at Santa Fortunata Village in Dodome Tent No. 9 and had a pleasant experience overall. The village is located a bit outside of Sorrento town, but since we were driving, the distance wasn’t an issue. For those not driving, they do offer a buggy service, which is convenient.
Our tent didn’t have the best view, but we were still able to catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay, with no disturbances from other campers. The bed was comfortable, and the tent included a plug point and two USB ports. However, there were no built-in lights, so we recommend bringing your own portable USB light.
There were ants on the ground, but it wasn’t a major problem. The parking lot was spacious, and the shared bathrooms and toilets were a short walk away. Showers had hot water, and there were plenty of basins and mirrors available. The provided hair dryer was quite weak, so it’s better to bring your own if needed.
The village also has mini marts and a restaurant. We had dinner at the restaurant once—it was a bit pricey, but the atmosphere was elegant and enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer excursions as well, though we had already planned our own itinerary.
All in all, it was a comfortable and quiet glamping experience. We'd definitely consider coming back!
