The hotel is brand new, with beautifully finished, spacious rooms. The lobby is also tastefully designed, with comfortable sofas that create a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service and management do not yet match the quality of the physical facilities. The health club is unmanned, with the spa and sauna seemingly left to their own devices. Guests have to ask the receptionist to call a staff member to provide towels and turn on the facilities. There is also no bench or seating area where guests can relax after using the sauna. The rooftop restaurant is ideally located and nicely maintained, offering a setting that could be excellent for both breakfast and dining. Sadly, however, the quality of the food was disappointing. There was also an issue at checkout. Although I had already paid for my entire stay through Trip.com, the receptionist asked me to pay again. Fortunately, the matter was resolved satisfactorily after a phone call with a more senior member of staff. Overall, this could be an excellent hotel. The building, rooms, lobby and facilities have considerable potential, but the hotel needs much more professional and attentive management to bring the overall experience up to the standard its impressive physical facilities deserve.

I had a pleasant stay at Taj Hotel Baghdad. The hotel felt safe, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to check in early after I arrived from another hotel. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast offered a good spread with plenty of choices. The location was convenient for exploring Baghdad. The hotel also provides a friendly and reliable car service with a driver, which made touring the city easy and convenient. Overall, Taj Hotel offers good value, warm hospitality and a safe, comfortable base for visitors to Baghdad.

I keep coming back to this hotel because of the kindness from the team lead by mr sari, Sophia, Alan, Mariyam and Faisal. When they are there they make the environment feel home and takes extra measure for our safety as well as comfort. This is something the management should be proud of Amazing service Best recommended

L'hôtel était agréable. Le prix était plus élevé que celui des hôtels quatre ou cinq étoiles en Chine, mais les prix des hôtels locaux sont généralement élevés. Le personnel était très aimable, poli et accueillant ! On ressent la chaleur et l'hospitalité des Irakiens envers la communauté chinoise. La propreté était également impeccable. Nous l'avions choisi car il venait d'être rénové. Il y a beaucoup d'hôtels plus anciens dans le centre-ville. Le petit-déjeuner proposait des plats locaux, mais aussi des options adaptées aux goûts chinois. L'environnement était moyen ; l'hôtel se trouve à environ une demi-heure du centre-ville, Karada, à cause des embouteillages – un inconvénient mineur. Nous étions en voyage d'affaires et souhaitions donc un hôtel propre et sûr. L'emplacement nous convenait donc parfaitement ! Je n'ai pris qu'une seule photo du petit-déjeuner.

Nice hotel, very clean , friendly staff , perfect location and very delicious breakfast, I highly recommended to try it. I am sure I will visit them again.

Avant de venir à Bagdad, j'ai vu cet hôtel dans le petit livre rouge. L'hôtel a un service de réception, la voiture est l'hôtel elle-même, propre et propre, le maître de réception est local, très gentil et très chaleureux, il a parlé de nombreuses choses intéressantes sur la route [boire les dents]. La chambre est assez grande, elle est assez grande pour un séjour de trois personnes. La chambre est très calme et la nuit se repose très bien. Le plat de Bingo offert par l'hôtel est également très frais et les fruits sont frais. Les trois repas fournis ici sont des buffets. Il est vraiment difficile pour nos hommes de travailler à l'étranger de manger un repas chinois élégant. Il y a un étage d'hôtel et il est intéressant de voir les autres gymnastiques après avoir mangé ici pour boire du thé. Le service et l'expérience sont particulièrement bons de la résidence à la sortie du magasin. Recommandé! [puissant] [puissant] [puissant]
