酒店是一家獨立的農莊，位於奧爾維耶託對面的山頭上，在酒店的草地上就可以眺望奧爾維耶託的全景，輕鬆欣賞小鎮日出、日落的好地方。 農莊維護的挺好，9月末入住開滿了馬鞭草、月季等，地上還撿了不少板栗，酒店面積雖然不是很大，但環境不錯，視野極佳。 早餐也蠻豐富，有火腿、蛋糕、派、麪包、水果和咖啡等等。 距離奧爾維耶託很近，自駕很方便，第二天去小鎮玩，酒店經理給了我們小鎮地圖，還給了不少建議。是不錯的住宿選擇。

Veramente un buon hotel, meglio delle aspettative, e buon rapporto qualità prezzo! Posizione fantastica, a 2 minuti dalla stazione .  I ragazzi della reception sempre disponibili e gentili!  Forse L unica pecca la colazione non c è molta varietà , per il resto nulla da ridire, consigliato!

Great little B&B very close to Spello. We used it as a base to explore Umbria for 4 nights. The property is on a main road just outside the city walls with public parking across the road. We did find a couple of times when returning due to the bank holiday or the weekend that getting a parking spot could be sometimes difficult. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom however unfortunately there was a drainage smell issue which ruined our stay a little bit. We put a towel over the shower drain which fixed it for the most part. Breakfast was great with a savoury or sweet option per person, coffee and juice etc. You won't go hungry! It was too cold for the pool in May but we used the spa after a lengthy Roman trail which was amazing. Overall a good place for the price.

A decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in. The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect. Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.

Il est très proche de la Basilica di San Francesco et vous pouvez voir un beau paysage d'Assi avec la Basilica de votre chambre. Les chambres sont un peu vieilles mais très propres. Tout le personnel était gentil. Seul le client parlait trop loud dans la chambre de la communauté et leur chambre à la nuit parce que je pouvais entendre tout leur parler. Vous aurez un petit déjeuner très simple. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.

Set quite a way out of Perugia town, a car is needed to access this hotel in the hills. It is a little step back in time. The room fixtures are early 70s and there’s nothing super fancy here, but it is a charming and relaxing stay. The room is spacious but the bathroom is tiny and really needs an update. Breakfast was a nice spread but staff were not topping up anything and most items had run out by about 9:15am. The front patio is a relaxing space to sit and take in the pretty flower pots. Staff are lovely and this was a terrific last minute option to access Old Town Perugia.

What an amazing experience we had at Borgo Petroro! From the moment we entered in the little hamlet we knew we were in for something special. The quiet location among olive trees makes it a good base to explore the region and the surrounding towns like Todi and Montefalco wineries. The room is beyond comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the facilities like the pool and the restaurant where we ate delicious food in the courtyard. Service is top notch! We especially loved the breakfast where local products are presented. Next time we are staying more than one night!

L'hôtel donne l'impression d'être très luxueux et spécial. Il est en fait un hôtel de base propre et décent sans frills. Les lits sont confortables et la chambre supérieure est de base mais propre. Le petit déjeuner est très basique, principalement des pâtisseries et du café sans pouvoir commander une omélette même avec paiement. La location est confortable et il est facile de poursuivre votre voyage. Ne vous attendez pas à ce que ce soit plus qu'un hôtel de base propre. À mon avis, un petit déjeuner limité devrait être meilleur.

The hotel is located a stone throw away from the city center, in a short, beautiful residential street. It must have been a mansion before it is converted into a hotel. It sure feels homey. It is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The 24-hour receptionists are warm and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised as we were not expecting much. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here should we visit Umbria again.

The hotel location is perfect, room is clean. Breakfast could be better, they should remark the name of each kind of food in the buffet, and service is quite slow. It could help to have a coffee machine for guest use, especially in the peak time. For Dinner as well, the order and deliver of food is a bit clumsy, with some exchange of order and misunderstanding (even though we all were italians😅😅😅). For the rest we loved our stay.
