We enjoyed ourselves tremendously at Naspa. The room was huge and luxurious by Japanese standard, in my opinion. It was clean too! The breakfast spread was amazing. It's a ski in n out resort. Decent slopes, sufficient for us to ski for 2 days. Its very easy to get to the train station to the resort. The stop is few steps to the r Left from the enterance of the station. Vice versa, The half-hourly shuttle to Echigo Yuzawa station and back made it very convenient for us to grab dinner and snacks at 7-11 or NewsDay. The Onsen was much needed after each ski day. We'll be back NASPA!

Is a PERFECT get away for family and friends. Excellence value for money package with great dinner menus and setting. Room is spacious and functional. Beautiful outdoor onsen. Near all the famous skiing area. The only set back is the usage of lobby at nite, on the 16/1/25 we are allowed to use till 12am. Yet on the 17/1/25 night, the front office staff come over our sitting area and turn of the light despite is only ard 10pm and he is aware we are chit chatting and having a drink there... This really surprise everyone. The rest of the hotel staff is friendly and approachable. Except the guys working on night shift 17/1/25, I assume in the front office,.

Le service est très bon. Mais c'est trop vieux et très délicieux. Le système de vent a continué à détruire des pièces pendant 10 heures. Puis, il a choisi une chambre avec salle de bain et salle de bain. Je ne pensais pas que vous étiez désagréable. Il y avait trop de petits goûts d'eau blanche dans l'eau, puis l'eau de la mer, même si elle était en terre fermée ou entière. Je suis très inconfortable, le vent du torpedo est proche de zéro, il est recommandé de prendre le vent, sinon il va vraiment craquer, peut-être que l'hôtel est trop vieux, je veux profiter du ski, je ne recommande pas vraiment cette maison, je suis toujours en collapsus, j'ai passé quatre nuits, vraiment très inconfortable, puis nettoyer la chambre, le sol et Ben ne sont pas aspirés, La chambre est vraiment sale, les remorques sont aussi des sauces... Ça ne reviendra plus !!!! C'est un bon voyage de ski.

The hotel is atmosphere with a nice blend of the old and new. It is located not too far from Uonuma no Sato and have a complimentary shuttle service to and fro Hatago Isen opposite Echigo Yuzawa Station. The room is big and there is nice heated table area. The bathroom is nice but as with traditional lodgings such as this, it can be pretty cold especially at the bathroom area in winter. Dinner was served in a bento format at our room. I was a little disappointed that it is a not a proper sit-down meal at the main dining area instead. The bento includes two generously sized onigiri, appetizers, and four main items including a meat patty, grilled fish and braised wagyu. The onsen bath is also quite nice and loved the bath with the snowy landscaped garden. Service is generally good and there are snacks and drinks available at the lounge for guests. In the evening, there is also sake and umeshu available for guests.

Our stay at Yukinohana Ryokan was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel at home. The blend of traditional Japanese elegance with modern comfort made for an unforgettable experience. The service was impeccable. Every staff member was attentive, kind, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Yukinohana’s location is also excellent, just a short walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station, making it convenient for travelers. We can’t wait to return!

Le premier hôtel chaud du Japon, qui a connu des courants froids et des tempêtes de neige, n'a pas affecté l'humeur de cette expérience. L'expérience est très bonne depuis la réception d'enregistrement, la chambre est propre , et le personnel de la station de stationnement aide à demander si le train a été arrêté et organisé pour prendre la gare de station de stationnement.

Atmosphère rurale Quiet, adapté pour la relaxation, bon repas, bon service quand vous rentrez à l'hôtel a organisé une voiture pour l'envoyer à la gare.

This is our 3rd week of 4 weeks exploring Japan and so far Yuzawa Grand is the best Ryokan Onsen experience we have had. We could have spent several days there it was sublime. We arrived in the morning and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had been told by the tourist centre at the train station that the gondola wasn’t operational for 3 days; however the Yuzawa Receptionist assured us that it was operating and showed us that they were even able to sell us tickets at a discount. She gave us a map and bus timetable, showing us where everything was. They stored our backpacks for us and off we went exploring and had a marvellous time. We soaked our feet in the foot baths while having a treat before catching the bus to the mountains. We came back to our gorgeous room which had a coffee pod machine in it. Was so nice having a coffee in the morning looking out the window. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful Onsens before dinner. The buffet at both dinner and breakfast was incredible, everything so beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. The staff are fantastic and the ambiance very peaceful.

Hotel with hot spring and others facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Room are big enough for 3-4 persons. Location a bit far from town if with car no issue at all. Hotel do provide bus but time limited till 6pm. All staffs could not speak English so communication was an issue if you request something.
