We enjoyed ourselves tremendously at Naspa. The room was huge and luxurious by Japanese standard, in my opinion. It was clean too! The breakfast spread was amazing. It's a ski in n out resort. Decent slopes, sufficient for us to ski for 2 days. Its very easy to get to the train station to the resort. The stop is few steps to the r Left from the enterance of the station. Vice versa, The half-hourly shuttle to Echigo Yuzawa station and back made it very convenient for us to grab dinner and snacks at 7-11 or NewsDay. The Onsen was much needed after each ski day. We'll be back NASPA!

Is a PERFECT get away for family and friends. Excellence value for money package with great dinner menus and setting. Room is spacious and functional. Beautiful outdoor onsen. Near all the famous skiing area. The only set back is the usage of lobby at nite, on the 16/1/25 we are allowed to use till 12am. Yet on the 17/1/25 night, the front office staff come over our sitting area and turn of the light despite is only ard 10pm and he is aware we are chit chatting and having a drink there... This really surprise everyone. The rest of the hotel staff is friendly and approachable. Except the guys working on night shift 17/1/25, I assume in the front office,.

Avec le meilleur chaud, une expérience très confortable et une douleur musculaire apaisant toute la journée, et un endroit confortable pour skier Les voyageurs sont très aimables et aidants à aider les voyageurs à faire des questions. Je resterai encore une fois si j'ai l'occasion de rejoindre le chaud. Merci beaucoup pour les soins du personnel de l'hôtel! Une excellente expérience de voyage ! Il est recommandé de réserver le service de navette avec l'hôtel à l'avance. A la meilleure chaleur, très confortable et relaxant pour les muscles douloureux après un long jour de ski, et est un emplacement confortable pour le ski Le personnel du service de réservation de voyages est très aimable et aide activement les voyageurs à faire des recherches. Si j'ai la chance de rejoindre Akakura Hot Spring, je resterai là encore ! Merci beaucoup au personnel de l'hôtel pour m'avoir pris soin de moi !

房間真的太大、太漂亮了，處處是高級的設計感，就像在官網看到的那麼吸引人。入住的時候大雪後積雪有兩三米，可惜庭園都被覆蓋了。服務也很棒，每個員工的態度都特別好，休息廳在某些時段提供免費的梅酒日本酒，一個個的休閑空間也很愜意。有湯澤站接送的免費班車（接站時間3:15，送站時間11點也有其它時間可以選），最好預約一下接站（我當天預約的，不知道是否可以直接在接站處等待）。説點不好的吧，位置不好，如果沒有接送站的話，交通就太不方便了，離車站都很遠（離湯澤站17公里），再就是太冷了，房間開着空調勉強到18、19°的感覺，玄關（房間太大）的温度估計14、15°的樣子，客房走廊裏就更冷了，其他季節的話應該很舒服。公共温泉區的感覺也一般，沒有特別的造景，不大且比較冷。早晚餐還不錯。總之，很漂亮和服務很好的酒店！

Great mid-size Ryokan style hotel in Yuzawa. Very organized and well run. We stayed for 6 nights and got a room with Onsen so we can relax after a long day on the ski slopes. Food was delicious and high quality. They serve good variety of fishes prepared in different styles and are fresh and flavorful. Staff are all very friendly and efficient. Special appreciation to the 2 elderly gentlemen at the front door who always greet us with bright smiles despite the cold weather and having to stand outside all day long. Definitely recommend to couples or families planning to spend some time in Yuzawa.

Le premier hôtel chaud du Japon, qui a connu des courants froids et des tempêtes de neige, n'a pas affecté l'humeur de cette expérience. L'expérience est très bonne depuis la réception d'enregistrement, la chambre est propre , et le personnel de la station de stationnement aide à demander si le train a été arrêté et organisé pour prendre la gare de station de stationnement.

Atmosphère rurale Quiet, adapté pour la relaxation, bon repas, bon service quand vous rentrez à l'hôtel a organisé une voiture pour l'envoyer à la gare.

This is our 3rd week of 4 weeks exploring Japan and so far Yuzawa Grand is the best Ryokan Onsen experience we have had. We could have spent several days there it was sublime. We arrived in the morning and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had been told by the tourist centre at the train station that the gondola wasn’t operational for 3 days; however the Yuzawa Receptionist assured us that it was operating and showed us that they were even able to sell us tickets at a discount. She gave us a map and bus timetable, showing us where everything was. They stored our backpacks for us and off we went exploring and had a marvellous time. We soaked our feet in the foot baths while having a treat before catching the bus to the mountains. We came back to our gorgeous room which had a coffee pod machine in it. Was so nice having a coffee in the morning looking out the window. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful Onsens before dinner. The buffet at both dinner and breakfast was incredible, everything so beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. The staff are fantastic and the ambiance very peaceful.

Excellente station de ski avec toutes les infrastructures nécessaires. Magasin de location de matériel à proximité immédiate à prix raisonnable. Source thermale publique. Restaurant buffet et restaurant japonais au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel. Casier à skis par chambre et supérette ouverte 24h/24. Le nettoyage des chambres pourrait être amélioré.
