L'hôtel est très bien conçu par et vient de se remettre à sa réputation. Les bâtiments semblent flotter sur les champs de riz. Les dîners et le petit déjeuner étaient excellents. La plupart des ingrédients sont produits localement et sont délicieux. Mais ce que j'aime le plus est les baignoires ouvertes. Les deux sont petits, mais sont soigneusement conçus avec une vue tranquille et calme.

Stay for 2 days, families of five, four adults and one 2 years old. The hotel is nice, modern and very clean. The bathtub size is quite big and like western bathtub. The bed is a bit crammed for three persons. The breakfast is not a buffet style. Instead we offered two options, western or Japanese. Since I didn’t eat pork, my choice is only Japanese style. And yes bit bored eat it two days in a row. The taste is so-so, I like the salad. We paid for three persons breakfast but only got two coupons and at the next day, we asked and provided breakfast coupons for child.

Отель удачно расположен , рядом горячие ванны как для ног так и на открытом воздухе. Хороший и большой по размеру номер, очень тихо. Замечательный завтрак. Радушный прием, есть магазинчик с местными вкусностями. В нескольких минутах ходьбы расположена ropeway. Несколько местных ресторанов также в шаговой доступности. Единственное но! Отель сразу берет при бронировании гарантию и ты еще раз раз платишь в отеле за номер при выезде. Вернется ли гарантия ? Не знаю 😉, но двойная оплата несколько обижает путешественника.

The hotel has a private onsen that can be booked once per day per room. It was relatively clean, but the room was small. Would book the tatami if there is not too much price difference.

The location is great!! The shuttle service runs early in the morning, such as before 5am. we rented a car and needed to return it at the airport early in the morning, so the location of the hotel was really convenient. The amenities were prepared in the lobby, and it was self-service to take them to the room. The bed was surprisingly hard, but I can't complain for this reasonable price. there is Lawson at G floor.

Très bien ． Précédent ． La dernière fois que je retourne à la fin de la clôture ． 1 à la clôture ． Après avoir tourné la main, je reviendrai.

I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The service was good, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was varied. If I come back here again, I will definitely stay here again. Most importantly, there is a window with a view and the room is spacious and comfortable.

We arrived late (20:15) due to temporary closure of Sendai Airport (tsunami warning), and obviously we were late for the hotel dinner after having to travel all the way up from Narita instead. We were tired and hungry when we arrived, but the hotel disappointed us even more for not reserving our paid dinners for us, nor was there a reimbursement. Did they just throw the food away after all the preparation work? The (presumably) manager's attitude was one of inflexibility and apathy, so atypical of Japanese etiquette. The restaurants nearby were all closed already and we had to starve for the first night there. Very unpleasant and inconsiderate arrangement.

自駕前來有泊車服務，但相信不是自駕都方便，唯一就係自駕可選擇晚餐不吃，外出不到十分鐘車程都有餐廳選擇，旅館雖然已有一段日子但維護做得好好，不知是否房內已有私湯，公湯用上3次都係沒人😅訂房時有訂早餐，都是一般懷石早餐料理，味道尚可，到達房內已安排好床鋪，餐桌上還有黑糖甜點，15:00-17:00有welcome drink 、08:00-10:00有茶coffee！

I love Bernese Mountain, and I’m lucky enough to stay here and play with Haruda San (I hope I spell her name correctly). The breakfast and dinners are sumptuous and of good portion. Staffs are attentive and swift to provide shuttle bus services. All rooms with no shower facilities, meaning you have to go to public bath area to take shower. For rooms located at west annex, it’s a bit of walk and you need to pass through a short outdoor alleyway. I would recommend to try onsen at No. 1 and 2 site as they are close to public bath area. If you try onsen at other sites, which is at west annex, you need to go to another side of the hotel to take shower before and after the onsen as they don’t provide shower facility during winter.
