The resort's infrastructure and nearby views were breathtaking. 4 persons can stay in one room so it's really good for family stay. But don't forget to bring your toiletries specially tooth brush and toothpaste. Also no additional service is provided - no coffee pouches or water bottles , so you need to pay to get these. Also access to infinity pool is paid 20000 won per person.

Je suis absolument, vraiment, 100 % satisfait. Le rapport qualité-prix était vraiment excellent. La literie était propre et confortable. L'amabilité du personnel de la réception a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable ! J'ai passé de merveilleuses vacances d'été au Sokcho Mari Vista Hotel.

La vue de l'hôtel et la piscine étaient agréables, mais l'employé masculin posté à la porte était très impoli. Je l'ai interpellé pour lui demander quelque chose, mais sa réponse initiale était peu sincère, si bien que je n'ai pas compris. Lorsque j'ai insisté, il a fait semblant de ne pas entendre et s'est éloigné.

Would like to commend front desk staff Jason for personally attending to our check-in. He had painstakingly showed us to our Block B apartment room helping to also push 1 of our bags. As the room did not provide us with a sunrise view, had requested for a room change for the 2nd night and Jason himself again personally came to help us with the room transfer movement. His good english was a also pleasant surprise.as also his charming attitude and smiling look. The resort should cherish such young & kind-hearted staff. Kudos to him! Also, there was a manager (unfortunately could not remember his name who had a christian name to his name tag and slightly burly sized) @ the indoor pool/spa reception who should be praised for also taking the trouble to allow us entry (though we did not book any slot) on our check out day for us to take some photo pics for remembrance. He actually helped us take our couple shot, took the time to showcase us the nice indoor pool and its magnificent balcony view before accompanying us out and showing us the way to the beach. Thank you kind sir! The fantastic service we received from above 2 gentlemen is really testament to Shillamonogram's astute and comprehensive staff training especially with focus on customer satisfaction. Well done Shillamonogram. Will certainly recommend the resort for a wonderful staycation.

Séjour d’un confort incroyable. La chambre était spacieuse, très belle, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le petit bureau près de la fenêtre, parfait pour travailler dans le calme. L’hôtel est très bien pensé : on trouve une petite supérette à l’accueil, très pratique, et l’ensemble du lieu est silencieux, propre et agréable. Une adresse où l’on se repose vraiment. Je recommande chaleureusement.

Les chambres étaient propres et le petit déjeuner buffet était délicieux. Comme c'est un espace nouvellement construit, l'infrastructure environnante n'a pas encore été formée, il est donc un peu malheureux que si vous êtes un utilisateur sans voiture, vous n'avez qu'à utiliser les installations de l'hôtel. Je suis prêt à revoir la visite même après avoir pris le malaise. Je vais certainement revoir les pancakes soufflées et les salades de diverses sortes qui sont constamment faites ^^

It appears to be newly renovated with work still being completed beyond the lobby. Everything was clean and the room was in great shape. Only downside was no bed. They had futon for us to sleep on, which is normally not too bad, but the floor was not designed for it and the futon was thin, so didn't make for a comfortable rest. Can't help but to think they didn't have enough beds for their opening...

My friends and I came to Intercontinental Alpensia because we got a really good deal and expected to experience snow right at the resort. The snow arrived a bit later than we hoped but honestly, we still had such a good time! The room was lovely, the weather was perfectly chilly (sometimes too cold.. so come prepared!) and we were lucky to catch real snow at Mount Balsangwan by taking the cable car at nearby resort (Mona Yongpyeong) We have to give a huge shout out to the in-room dining service; the Beef Risotto and Frutti di Mare Pasta were soooo good. Truly delicious! The whole area is so pretty and calm, especially with the Christmas vibe when we visited. Everything felt cozy and magical. We definitely plan to return! ❄️💙

Je suis allé jouer avec mon personnel et ma fille pour une nuit. Je pensais que c'était un problème. Je pensais qu'il était au deuxième étage et la vue de la roche Ulsan. Bien qu'il était dommage qu'il n'y ait pas, il y avait un jacuzzi dans la chambre, donc j'ai aimé. Deux familles m'ont fait aller au sauna et j'ai été un peu désolé qu'il n'y avait pas de bains à l'extérieur.

We checked in a couple of hours after 6:00pm and there were no check in lines at all, the check in and check out process was very smooth and efficient. The room was clean, with great views of both the shops and restaurants below, and the partial ocean view was nice as well. The hotel had a convenience store on the 5th floor which we visited frequently. My family and I enjoyed the Ramada by Wyndham Gangwon Sokcho and will be returning soon,
