This is one of the best options to stay in Jaffna. It’s not in the city centre, more on the outskirts of the city , there’s nothing around, so you basically plan your time in the resort. The hotel itself is nice , the rooms look a bit old but clean , there was no hot water in our room. The territory of the hotel is beautiful with the pool , restaurant, little museums to visit (ex bunkers). The food in the restaurant is yummy , the staff is friendly and polite, especially Scotty , he was very helpful and nice to us during our stay. Good experience at this hotel, just the water situation in the rooms should be improved.

Overall the hotel is good. Because it is situated near the Nalloor temple, easy access to town and other attractions. Design was good enough to call a heritage hotel but hotel is getting old and can see stains on the wall tiles, toilet windows (poor design), & taps are getting rusty etc. i have not tried food there so i have no comments. Hotel staffs are helpful but not really proactive.

Friendly staff. Good value. Laundry available reasonable price. Next to Cargills super market/chemist. Smoking hotel, corridors smokey. No hot water tap. Water not too cold in summer. No lift. Sheets, shower clean. Shifted small table to play cards, hair and grime behind. Stayed 5 nights had to ask for fresh towels. Towels on the thin side. Acceptable for the price.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels du centre-ville de Jaffna. Bien qu'il soit de construction récente, on espère que l'entretien général s'améliorera, car la ventilation de la salle de bain semblait défectueuse. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était sans conteste un point fort, et le bar mériterait d'être davantage mis en valeur au lieu de rester dans l'obscurité.

For me, there was no other accommodation option other than Jetwing Jaffna! I stayed there in 2018 and came back for a family visit in 2023. Its location in the middle of the city makes it a no-brainer as the choice of accommodation. The breakfast spread was impressive (I loved the bacon and sausages and the paal appam - out of this world stuff!). Staff were friendly and courteous. The roof top bar and the scenery was something to look foreword to winding down the evenings. If ever I return to Jaffna in the future, there will be no other choice for me to stay , except at Jetwing Jaffna.

This is a very basic hotel with air conditioning, really value for money. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room are very clean, no mosquitoes, overall I would say a good place to escape the heat and stay cool in room and have some cold beer in the bar below.

首先酒店位置很好，應該是離火車站最近的酒店。不過設施稍顯陳舊，畢竟是10年前的酒店了，感覺價格虛高。最大的亮點就是餐廳，在這裏吃到了價廉物美的咖喱蟹，早餐的種類也很豐富，想要出行方便的可以選擇住這裏。

ホテルは静かな環境の場所に有り、私は好きですね。 空港からトゥクトゥクならホテルまで2,000ルピ−。 ベーカリーカフェINDRA CAFEpまで歩いて５分。 スリランカレストランYarllimiまで歩いて10分。 雑貨店は歩いて10分以内に４軒有り便利です。 オーナーは親切、フレンドリーですょ。 またジャフナに来るなら、ここに泊まります。
