I was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication. My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base. On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again. The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine.

The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

Le petit déjeuner n'a été servi pour une personne que malgré que ma réservation ait été clairement indiquée pour deux. J'essayais de négocier avec eux, mais ils refusaient manifestement.

Service was amazing from start to finish. Communication is quick and all staff are happy to make themselves known to guests. All staff are happy to help even management. They have an incredible way of making guests feel welcomed. Three meals served throughout the day buffet style which is a great addition. Great location right on the lagoon with great views and plenty of restaurants nearby and stores within walking distance. The room was much bigger than I anticipated with a lot of space. Based on my experience I highly recommend this hotel.

L'hôtel FeiFan chinois est situé à GRA, Ikeja, à Lagos, à proximité de l'aéroport international. Le personnel était très aimable et très utile tout au long de mon séjour. Le design de l'hôtel est très familial, en accord avec les traditions chinoises. Le prochain point est magnifique : vous avez des repas de trois carrés chaque jour dans votre réservation. Le repas est chinois mais ils sont de haute qualité. Donc, si vous aimez le repas chinois, c'est l'hôtel pour vous. Enfin, vous avez reçu un pick-up aéroport gratuit et pour votre départ. Et par ailleurs, les gars de la réception vous donneront tous les conseils que vous devez adoré votre séjour à Lagos.

호텔 모든 서비스에 만족합니다. 아침 식사는 가지수가 많지 않지만 나이지리아식 메뉴와 유럽 아침 식사를 혼합한 스타일로 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 달라서 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. 그리고 호텔 직원들이 친절하고 안전한 호텔이라 좋았습니다. 가성비 최고였던 호텔로 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶습니다.
