Le service était étonnant du début à la fin. La communication est rapide et tout le personnel est heureux de se faire connaître aux invités. Tous les membres du personnel sont heureux d'aider même la gestion. Ils ont une façon incroyable de faire sentir les invités accueillis. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. La chambre était beaucoup plus grande que je ne l'avais prévu avec beaucoup d'espace.

Le jour de l'arrivée, le récepteur m'a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas voir mon nom sur leur système :( après avoir attendu de longs sièges à la réception, J'ai décidé de les payer pour un jour seulement pour vérifier la refroidissement et me reposer après un long voyage d'outre-mer. Ils m'ont permis de payer pour un jour, le lendemain, ils m'ont remboursé et ont dit qu'ils avaient reçu ma confirmation de trip.com. Enfin trip.com devrait leur envoyer des informations aux voyageurs dès que le livre du client est entré et payé.

Très bien, récemment rénové et surtout très flexible, les locaux des magasins 1 et 7 peuvent être coordonnés et agencés. La nourriture est également délicieuse ; j'ai pris du poids lors d'un voyage d'affaires !

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le service est très attentionné et le personnel est très aimable. Les trois repas par jour sont délicieux. Deux labradors vous tiendront compagnie pendant les repas au premier étage : de parfaits compagnons de table ! L’hôtel propose également un service de location de voitures, très pratique.

L'hôtel est situé dans une excellente position près de l'aéroport. Il est un hôtel moderne qui est propre et dispose d'excellentes installations. Cependant, les services au bureau de réception et au restaurant Koriko & Co sont 4-Stars. La réception est toujours encombrée et vous attendez beaucoup de temps pour que le personnel vous assiste. Le restaurant et les variétés sont excellents; je mange principalement les plats locaux (je mange le petit déjeuner quotidien et je mange le dîner plusieurs soirs avec des amis et des parents), et mes bouffes de goût Lagos peuvent détecter les jours où les goûts de la nourriture sont supérieurs (devront être les différents chefs) par rapport aux autres jours les repas étaient chauds et délicieux. Deborah est une vraie bijoux et ajoutera une valeur immense à la marque de l'hôtel; son puff-puff est un parfait 10/10.

The FeiFan Chinese Hotel is conveniently located at GRA, Ikeja in Lagos, within easy reach of the international airport. The staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay there. The usual concierge service was excellent. The receptionist were knowledgeable and competent. I particularly liked the design of the hotel which is very family oriented, in keeping with Chinese traditions. As a family, you will enjoy a lot of privacy and space during your stay here. Now, this next point is awesome: you are provided with three-square meals every day as part of your booking. The food is Chinese but they are of high quality. So, if you like Chinese food, this is the hotel for you. Finally, you're accorded free airport pickup and for your departure. Never had this type of service before so I very highly recommend the FeiFan Chinese Hotel to you. And by the way, the guys at the reception will give you all the tips you need to enjoy your stay in Lagos. Have fun!

The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.
