The place was clean with minimal staff interaction. Gym and breakfast was average for best western. Location was not great but it was near downtown. Great view of Mt. Arayat from poolside.

Le personnel est sympathique, toujours prêt à vous aider en cas de problème avec la chambre. 5 minutes à pied des bars Gogo, mais juste pour vous prévenir, vous ne pouvez ramener personne dans la chambre. bouilloire pour café ou thé, quel que soit le prix de la chambre. Vous avez la possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner, c'est assez cher. Il vaut mieux manger à la station Margarita. Le prix est raisonnable et la nourriture est bonne

We really love the hotel location and the room! We booked the room for 3 pax, so gotten one king beg and extra bag. We were surprised that it is not squeeze at all. In fact, the room is so spacious until the washroom is separated with toilet bowl, shower space, and bathtub, which I really appreciate the dry-wet separated concept. Also, there is small living room, which I felt like staying inside a studio!

We stayed one night at the weekend in the old tower and booked DeLuxe category. The room was way too cold upon arrival. Even after switching off the aircon the temperature did not raise. The whole building is so much cooled down and there is no carpet in the room. The night was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the stay at all. The door in the shower room does not prevent the water enters the floor in the bathroom after a short time, so the room was flooded, the foot mat soaked. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until they have changed the temperature protocol and improved the shower doors, laid carpets in the rooms. Beside that I can say the breakfast buffet was great. The Filipino dishes were delicious, the lettuce leafs fresh and cut in small pieces as you expect it, the juices (pink apple, orange) were really great, eggs made to perfection, nice Ambiente and Interieur in the breakfast restaurant, friendly and caring staff in sufficient number, they cleaned up and refilled in time - there was no complain, we enjoyed the breakfast so much and it paid off for the trouble with the room.

L'emplacement, le parking et la nourriture étaient excellents. Les installations étaient déjà assez vieilles. Les housses de siège de toilette étaient déjà usées. La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas au début et la climatisation émettait un bruit fort contrairement aux modèles de climatisation plus récents qui fonctionnent silencieusement. Le personnel était sympathique et très serviable. Leurs draps sont propres ainsi que les oreillers et les serviettes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et avons bien dormi.

Cet hôtel est formidable grâce à son emplacement idéal. À quelques pas de Red Street, il reste pourtant assez calme, à environ 800 mètres. Les chambres sont impeccables et le service excellent. La piscine est agréable pour nager, bien que petite. Le Wi-Fi est rapide et, dans l'ensemble, tout était parfait. Les deux seuls points négatifs sont l'absence d'eau chaude, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing, et l'emplacement de la fenêtre, peu pratique.

This is one of the cheapest hotel i’ve ever stayed pero grabe ang ganda rin pala dito. Bago pamga gamit and the room itself. I had a comfortable stay and sleep. Gusto ko ung double door nila super safe. Napabook na rin yung kawork ko for 1 week here. Will surely be back again!

We stay with one 2 years old kid. For kid above 3 years old there’s a charge for bed or something, stated by the staff there. I not sure how much but they ask how old is my kid. The room area is big enough for the family for us

Location is awesome . Walking g distance to everything. Entertainment, food options and thr biggest mall. Friendly staff and good security. Only feedback i have is to boost the wifi signal.

Not a bad location. Excellent front office staff. The night security guard is real professional, so any trouble - he will sort out the issues. Clean bed linen. Unfortunately the rooms need more maintenance as grout is brownish at several spots. The shower heads are not very helpful when on the wall 😉 ! Unfortunately many scammers in AC nowadays and even pickpockets ! Of course that's nothing to do with the hotel !!!
