J'ai maintenant séjourné ici à 4 reprises au cours des 9 derniers mois. Les chambres semblent de plus en plus délabrées à chaque fois avec des demandes régulières nécessaires pour résoudre les «problèmes». Cette dernière fois, la pièce ne correspondait même pas à la description ou à la taille annoncée. Pourquoi diable il n'y a PAS de quoi faire du café/thé dans la chambre est incroyable.

We really love the hotel location and the room! We booked the room for 3 pax, so gotten one king beg and extra bag. We were surprised that it is not squeeze at all. In fact, the room is so spacious until the washroom is separated with toilet bowl, shower space, and bathtub, which I really appreciate the dry-wet separated concept. Also, there is small living room, which I felt like staying inside a studio!

We stayed one night at the weekend in the old tower and booked DeLuxe category. The room was way too cold upon arrival. Even after switching off the aircon the temperature did not raise. The whole building is so much cooled down and there is no carpet in the room. The night was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the stay at all. The door in the shower room does not prevent the water enters the floor in the bathroom after a short time, so the room was flooded, the foot mat soaked. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until they have changed the temperature protocol and improved the shower doors, laid carpets in the rooms. Beside that I can say the breakfast buffet was great. The Filipino dishes were delicious, the lettuce leafs fresh and cut in small pieces as you expect it, the juices (pink apple, orange) were really great, eggs made to perfection, nice Ambiente and Interieur in the breakfast restaurant, friendly and caring staff in sufficient number, they cleaned up and refilled in time - there was no complain, we enjoyed the breakfast so much and it paid off for the trouble with the room.

The staff were professional, helpful and genuinely friendy whick makes our stay very pleasant. The food was great and well prepared. The only thing we wished for is a swimming pool as it would have been nice to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing.

Cet hôtel est formidable grâce à son emplacement idéal. À quelques pas de Red Street, il reste pourtant assez calme, à environ 800 mètres. Les chambres sont impeccables et le service excellent. La piscine est agréable pour nager, bien que petite. Le Wi-Fi est rapide et, dans l'ensemble, tout était parfait. Les deux seuls points négatifs sont l'absence d'eau chaude, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing, et l'emplacement de la fenêtre, peu pratique.

This is one of the cheapest hotel i’ve ever stayed pero grabe ang ganda rin pala dito. Bago pamga gamit and the room itself. I had a comfortable stay and sleep. Gusto ko ung double door nila super safe. Napabook na rin yung kawork ko for 1 week here. Will surely be back again!

We had an excellent one-night stay at Central Park Reef Resort! The check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. We loved relaxing by the beautiful rooftop infinity pool with its stunning view of Subic Bay. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, exceeding our expectations for the price. The on-site food was delicious, a perfect blend of local and international cuisine. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway in Subic. Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff. Always eager to help. The location is about a 3 min walk to all the nightlife and restaurants/ bars. Too bad about all the nasty garbage on the side of the street the hotel is located. That's my only complaint, the nasty stinky garbage along that little street.

Globalement, le personnel est agréable. La climatisation fonctionne bien ! Voilà… La télévision capte mal. C'est une télévision classique, pas connectée. La connexion internet est faible, très faible. Parfois, il n'y a même pas de signal. Malgré cette faible connexion, ma chambre est un peu sale. Il y a des cafards. J'y suis resté trois jours et le personnel d'entretien n'a pas pris l'initiative de la nettoyer. L'eau chaude de la salle de bain était également en panne pendant un ou deux jours. Le parking est petit et il y a des ordures juste à côté de ma chambre. C'est aussi un peu bruyant quand le personnel d'entretien est dans les autres chambres. C'est bruyant. Le rembourrage de la couette a également été enlevé. Je ne les appelle plus pour qu'ils réparent, je déménage juste pour Noël. Ce serait gênant de les déranger. Encore une fois, le personnel est agréable et la climatisation fonctionne bien.
