LLorestHotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

IInvitéLocated near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.

IInvitéI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

GGreg from LondonAn excellent modern hotel in a prime location in central Subic opposite Ayala Mall where plenty of shops and eateries may be found. It’s new so there were some teething problems with the soft opening but we can attest to the first-rate courtesy and professionalism of its lovely staff. Probably best to wait a while longer for the full range of amenities (pool is not yet ready etc). The rooms are excellent for the price and beds comfy, showers modern, excellent Wi-Fi and TV options. Will certainly stay here again. Far and away the best place to stay in Subic Bay Area.

LLei Miclat2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

The location is great as it's on Fields Avenue with Jolibee and night life down the street. Rio was my Bellhop in 2024 and this time in 2026. 😎

1100joonMême si je suis arrivé à l'hôtel vers 16 heures, j'ai dû attendre plus de 20 minutes pour m'enregistrer. Même si j'avais demandé une vue sur la ville, j'avais l'impression qu'ils m'avaient simplement donné une chambre au hasard. Même si j'avais payé les repas, la réception m'a dit que les repas n'étaient pas inclus. Après avoir nettoyé la chambre, je retourne me plaindre de diverses choses. Comment serai-je indemnisé ? Je n'ai pas dit que je cherchais une compensation, donc je n'ai reçu aucune compensation, et ce n'est de toute façon pas un hôtel très agréable.

I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything.
I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me.
I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁
What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff.
The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family.
The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids.
I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories.
Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

SSHARAMIEWe had a wonderful stay at Subic Waterfront Resort. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for relaxation, with a beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for families and friends.
