I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area. I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience. The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

Nice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

I was planning to extend for another day, but I was informed that if the next booking isn't paid before the current one ends, the hotel staff will remove your belongings. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make the payment in time because I wasn’t near the hotel and had no access to GCash as I was in the mountains. Anyway, all the photos they shared are accurate — I really like it here! The place is very clean and feels brand new!

I love these hotel near to everything, near to Tacloban airport. If you doesn't want to go out there is restaurant at the rooftop and main floor, gym and afordable spa, my family enjoyed it. Linen are good quality except not proper way of laundry the colored become grayish instead of getting white but everything is perfect.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

It’s nice to stay in this hotel because it’s clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating to the guests I recommend this hotel to my friends and family

J'ai récemment séjourné au GoHotels Tacloban pour un court week-end. La chambre était simple mais bien agencée : draps propres, lit confortable et juste assez d'espace pour se sentir comme chez soi. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions, comme la bouilloire, le pichet et le petit bureau. De plus, l'hôtel est situé juste à côté du centre commercial Robinson's. Le personnel a été très aimable et serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Le hall d'entrée avait une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante, et c'était un endroit agréable pour se détendre avec un café le matin. Bien que l'hôtel ne propose pas beaucoup de prestations de luxe, il est parfait pour les voyageurs à la recherche d'un hébergement propre, calme et abordable. Je le recommande sans hésiter aux personnes voyageant seules ou aux couples avec un budget limité. J'y retournerais avec plaisir !

Disappointed hot water was best just luke warm. No complimentry coffee in room. Electric jug dirty had not been cleaned, wardrobe only one door and very difficult to slide due to damage at bottom. Good location. Resturant is only opened for Breakfast
