The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

Die Lage des Hostels in Sichtweite zur Bucht von Praia da Vitória ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, allerdings nicht rund um die Uhr vor Ort (eine Telefonnummer ist jedoch hinterlegt). Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; qualitative Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche sind jedoch nur bedingt gegeben.

Tutte le camere si affacciano sul monte Pico e sulla piscina dell'albergo. Molto piacevole sia al tramonto che la mattina all'alba. Camere grandi e pulite, anche se l'arredamento e il bagno non sono nuovissimi. La colazione é varia e di qualità, possibilità per le coppie si farla in terrazza con lo stesso affaccio si cui sopra. Si può arrivare al porto tranquillamente a piedi con qualche saliscendi. Personale molto attento.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'ANC. Nous y avons passé deux nuits après notre vol de New York. C'était agréable d'avoir la piscine, la terrasse et d'être à deux pas de la plage (même si lors de notre séjour, il y avait trop d'algues pour nager). La plupart des réceptionnistes étaient très serviables. On peut aussi se rendre à Caloura à pied. Tout cela nous a permis de nous acclimater au décalage horaire. Calme assuré. Une personne en particulier m'a aidée pour les réservations et m'a bien renseignée sur nos projets. Le dîner était bon et les petits déjeuners semblent être comme d'habitude, avec un bon choix. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. The hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport. To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite. What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was. The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites. In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack. The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices. If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats. I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

Hotel muito bonito, localização excelente a poucos minutos a pé da Praia do Porto Pim e vista privilegiada para o nascer do sol na sala do pequeno-almoço. Equipamentos no ginásio de alta qualidade. Quarto super confortável e quentinho, mesmo sem aquecimento, e super silencioso durante a noite!

Hôtel propre, petit-déjeuner économique. Piscine ancienne (et peu propre) et salle de sport indisponible. Loin du centre-ville, sans navette. Pas de restaurant, seulement un bar proposant une restauration classique (burgers, pizzas, etc.) de qualité moyenne.

L'environnement est très bon, à côté de la mer, l'hôtel est un peu moderne, mais l'expérience globale est toujours bonne, il convient aux vacances en famille et entre amis, non loin de la ville.

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!
