IInvitéCe fut l'expérience la plus incroyable que j'ai vécue dans un hôtel jusqu'à présent, du moins en Roumanie, vous trouvez tout ce dont vous rêvez : de très bons services, toutes les installations dont vous avez besoin : un spa, un billard, les chambres sont incroyables, super savoureuses. , des plats variés et frais au petit-déjeuner... une expérience incroyable, les mots ne peuvent pas décrire le sentiment formidable que j'éprouve après cela... J'ai hâte de revenir, merci pour toute cette belle expérience en une seule journée 😊 🤩

IInvitéOn the positive side, this small hotel is centrally located, conveniently situated to explore lovely Braşov. The building is also beautifully renovated, well maintained and clean.
On the other hand, I found the staff unwelcoming and not helpful. The QR code for requesting help on WhatsApp doesn’t work either. Although I loved the bathroom, the room itself was dim, and could have been fitted with a mirror - the only mirror was the one above the sink in the bathroom. It would also be great to have the option of filling water bottles somewhere; this is a very basic way of minimizing plastic waste.
My biggest issue, and the reason I will not recommend this establishment, is the poor mattress quality - mine was thin and lumpy, and even after putting a duvet over it, it was still very uncomfortable. Falling asleep was very challenging. I asked via WhatsApp and also the receptionist to try and resolve the issue for the second night, but nothing further was done but making up the bed with the second duvet that I had already taken from the other bed.
Another issue that could have been a potential problem at check-in was that I had not received the entry code for the gate. The receptionist insisted that they had emailed it, which was not true. You need a SIM card that allows phone calls to resolve such issues; I was lucky that a random stranger let me in.
Lastly, be aware that breakfast does not cater for dietary requirements.

The building has this old-world charm, and the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. If you're visiting Brașov and want somewhere central with character, this is a great pick!

I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Here is why it stands out:
Twin Room Availability: This was a huge plus for me! It is surprisingly hard to find hotels that offer proper twin rooms (two separate beds), but this place has them in their offer, which is a rare and great advantage.
Breakfast Included: Having a delicious breakfast included in the price was very convenient and added great value to the stay.
Spotless Rooms: The room was impeccably clean, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing.
Wonderful Staff: The service was excellent. The staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.

IInvitéIl m'a déçu. Ils m'ont donné une chambre plus grande que prévu, mais j'avais des trucs. En trois jours, pas un jour de nettoyage dans la chambre. Vous vous sentez abandonné comme client.
L'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas comme il faut. Consultez le récepteur (localisé dans un autre endroit et appelé avec perception, pour le résoudre. La réponse « attendez plus longtemps » ce qui n'a pas fonctionné puisque j'ai attendu 20 minutes avant que l'eau chaude arrive. Seulement le dernier jour, j'ai pu me doucher avec de l'eau chaude. Le prix est trop élevé pour le type de service obtenu. Il y a des endroits avec beaucoup mieux d'attention au client et beaucoup plus d'amenities que ce lieu. C'est une maison vide où vous ne pouvez dormir que sans plus. Je recommande vivement de trouver un endroit à un prix plus adapté aux services reçus.

MM15KAKEReNwe’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.

ZZafer ErdaşOtel yıldızına göre çok iyi. Kaldığımız oda geniş, ferah ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı çok zengin olmasada, sunulan ürünler temiz ve lezzetliydi. Personel son derece Güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tren garına yakın olması sebebiyle tercih etmemize rağmen rski kent merkezine yürüyerek gidip gelinebiliyor.Gönül rahatlığı içinde tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.
