This is my first time in Tabuk therefore I can't compare Mena Hotel with other hotels in Tabuk City. As a solo traveller, I truly enjoy staying in this Hotel. All I need are available though the bathroom is a bit small but still ok for me. Since Tabuk is not a big city, staying in this Hotel consider strategic and you can easily go anywhere around the city. The are two mosques near to the hotel and retail shop ,(bakala) located right in front of the hotel. In conclusion, I can say this hotel is one of the best hotel to stay in Tabuk City.

I was disappointed with the room assigned to me because the water heater was not working. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to inspect it. He informed me that the hotel electrician was not available at that time and that the issue would be fixed the following morning. I explained that I needed hot water for a shower, and he said he would check with the receptionist—but he never returned. I called the reception again to follow up, and the receptionist told me that the staff member had reported the issue as resolved, which was not true. The receptionist then offered to transfer me to another room. I agreed because I needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and lacked some basic facilities. I called the reception once more to request a floor towel, but I was told that none were available at the moment due to certain reasons. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient.

Aller à ce pont pour regarder la beauté du monde et avoir le sentiment de la Sainte-Marin Les deux hôtels ont également ajouté que je n'aurais pas pu envoyer de nombreuses listes.

C'était parfait, et ce serait encore mieux si le restaurant japonais et le restaurant italien étaient ouverts. Le restaurant de la réception était également bon ; nous avons commandé le riz aux champignons et le steak, et c'était le repas le plus savoureux que nous ayions eu en Arabie Saoudite ces derniers jours. Tout le processus de navette a dû être communiqué par e-mail, nous avons dû fournir le permis de conduire et l'assurance du chauffeur, etc. Nous venions d'Al-Ula, un trajet d'environ 4 heures, et nous avions réservé un taxi à l'avance, donc tout s'est très bien passé.

Il n'y a personne à la réception et nous avons retardé notre check-in de 40 minutes. Le personnel coopératif le plus défavorable L'hôtel n'avait pas de serviettes à fournir tout au long de notre statut Le petit déjeuner est pire car ils servent rouge pour manger ce petit déjeuner qui est très mauvais Je ne recommanderais pas cela pour les familles avec les enfants

The hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also
