Notre séjour s’est bien passé. La chambre est très propre et spacieuse. Les équipements sont corrects et le petit déjeuner est bon. Il serait bien que le personnel soit un peu plus aimable et accueillant envers les clients… Ils insistent lourdement au sujet du dépôt de garantie de 500 thb par chambre, donc prévoyez d’avoir du cash avec vous. À part ça, pas grand chose d’autre à signaler. Très pratique pour se rendre à Koh Kret!

Chose this hotel as it's relatively near to impact arena. It's my second time staying at Koo but this time the reception staffs were a tad rude. Hotel introduced self check-in on guest portal so I utilised it before reaching the hotel. Reached hotel reception and told receptionist lady that was attending to me I did the self check-in. She brushed me off and told me to give her my passport. Gave it to her and told her ”oh I actually did the self check-in on guest portal”. She replied ”this is not the airport” so I told her I understand I meant the hotel self check-in. Since it's something new I wanted to understand what's the purpose of this self check-in since we still have to scan our passport at the reservation. Lady that was attending to me explained it was just to confirm the reservation online but the lady receptionist said it out loud in Thai ”ขี้สงสัยจังเลย” (like commenting I was overly curious on their process) thinking I couldn't understand Thai. I don't think assuming international hotel guest doesn't understand Thai and commenting on them in front of them is a polite thing to do. Previously it was a nice experience with Koo but this time just a bit disappointed with the service.

L'hôtel était vraiment pratique pour les fans qui souhaitent assister à des concerts près de l'impact, les toilettes étaient assez petites mais la chambre était assez spacieuse, ce qui était bien ! pas beaucoup de restaurants à moins que vous ne marchiez jusqu'au bazar cosmos qui est relié par le pont de liaison mais que je ne recommanderai pas si vous recherchez un long séjour avec de la nourriture ! Si vous réservez un jour ou deux pour un concert, ça vaut vraiment le coup ! je reviendrais certainement si je veux aller à des concerts!

I recently stayed at a hotel near Chaengwattana Road and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything from the bed linens to the bathroom was spotless, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It's within walking distance of Central Chaengwattana, which is perfect for shopping and dining. It's also very close to IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, so it’s an excellent choice if you’re attending a concert, event, or exhibition there. What made it even more convenient was the nearby BTS Pink Line station, making it easy to travel around the area without needing a car or taxi. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and conveniently located place to stay in the Chaengwattana–Muang Thong Thani area.

We stayed here because we had a convention near IMPACT. There's a Mall nest here (walking distance). Place was clean and big for the 3 of us. There's not a lot of amenties. But if you just want a place to sleep and enjoy roaming outside this would be great. Not too expensive.

Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a fourni un service exceptionnel, veillant à ce que chaque détail de mon séjour soit parfait. Le point fort de l'hôtel est sans aucun doute le toit-terrasse ! La vue panoramique sur les toits de la ville était absolument époustouflante, surtout au coucher du soleil. Que vous savouriez un cocktail au bar sur le toit ou que vous vous baigniez dans la piscine à débordement, l'atmosphère est un pur luxe. L'ambiance, la musique et l'éclairage créent le cadre idéal pour une soirée de détente. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, magnifiquement conçues et incroyablement confortables. Le lit était comme dormir sur un nuage et les équipements fournis étaient de premier ordre. Les restaurants de l'hôtel proposaient également une fantastique sélection de plats gastronomiques, avec un service impeccable à la hauteur. Si vous recherchez une expérience 5 étoiles avec un service de classe mondiale et un toit-terrasse qui vous laissera sans voix, je vous le recommande vivement. J'ai hâte de revenir !

L'endroit est calme et confortable, non loin de la gare de Nonthaburi Government Center. Il est élégant et semble luxueux, sans exagération. La piscine est très grande. Le personnel est sympathique et agréable. La chambre est joliment décorée. Sèche-cheveux, serviettes de toilette et serviettes de toilette de bonne qualité sont fournis. Service en chambre assuré. La nourriture est délicieuse. Recommandé. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Wi-Fi performant.

I enjoyed stay here 1 night when I went to the concert at impact arena, easy to go to the hotel via public transportation, near by the venue and the room is nice overall! probably stay here again next time

Pros - Beau lieu, complet dans ce salon, il y a une piscine, un bateau de plongée, un terrain de jeu, un café, un restaurant d'hôtel. Vous n'avez pas à sortir. L'atmosphère est adaptée pour les couples et les familles, un service propre, bon. Désavantage - Petit déjeuner n'utilise pas un buffet. Servé selon le nombre de personnes et nous ne savons pas si nous pouvons l'ajouter ou non. Nous avons un 4-year-old enfant. N'a pas servi plus, mais le chef est gentil. Plus de pancakes pour les enfants à manger L'hébergement est propre, mais secrètement oublié de donner des bandes de tissus et de caoutchouc, j'ai utilisé pour le mettre sur la tête du lit et la madrague est poussière et poussière. Globalement considéré comme bon Presque la valeur du prix absence de petit déjeuner Si il y a une chance, il reviendra.
