Отличный чистый отель! Номер небольшой, но уютный. Чистая новая постель и полотенца. Сантехника, слив, кондиционер работают без претензий. Очень красивая обстановка! Персонал отзывчивый, улыбчивый. На завтраке все свежее, вкусное. Пешком прогулялись до набережной. Очень хотелось остаться еще немножко, но мы были ограничены по времени

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

직원들이 매우 친절했다. 주변에 식당이나 편의 시설이 많고 택시 정류장이 있어 공항 버스를 타러 갈 때 편했다. 조식도 맛있었고 가격대비 매우 좋은 곳.

Great place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

Le personnel était aimable, mais ne parlait ni anglais ni aucune autre langue. On m'a facturé deux fois la même nuit et il y a eu une erreur sur la facture. J'attends toujours. Aucune communication.

Très bon hôtel. Il y a une grande plage, un magasin de produits alimentaires et une infrastructure à proximité. La chambre elle-même est décente, confortable lit et cuisinière, il y a un pot de thé, un balcon. Parmi les inconvénients : la chambre a été mal nettoyée sur le sol de sable et de poussière sur les meubles. Les chaussures dans le réservoir sont deux pièces. Le petit déjeuner est rare: oeufs cuits, frites, sauces, cucumbers, tomates, jambons, cacahuètes et thé.

Il est un conseiller. Personnel amiable, bien soigné et hygiénique. Ne pas oublier via trip.com réserver. 😜

Öncelikle odanın temizliği güzeldi, klima da ***et iyi bir şekilde soğuk üflüyordu. Duşakabinin içerisinde minik kutularda şampuan ve duş jeli olmasını beklerdim. Odada yalnızca 1 adet el havlusu vardı, o da gelişigüzel duruyordu. Katlı değildi yani o yüzden kullanılmış mı yoksa yıkanmış mı olduğundan emin olmadığım için kullanamadım. Ekstradan duş havlusu da olması da gerekirdi bence. Tuvalette peçete de yoktu, daha sonradan isteyince peçeteyi getirdiler fakat bu tarz şeylerin standart olarak odada bulunması gerekir. Çok büyük sorunlar değildi ama düzeltilse çok daha iyi olur bence, genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Hotel was nice the staff are lovely but talk little English if you don’t talk Turkish downstairs they always had fresh Turkish tea I always seen the ladies cleaning room out it was nice little stay the rooms are comfortable
