Excellent hotel propre! La chambre est petite mais confortable. Nouveau lit et serviettes propres. Pipeline, plum, climatisation sans revendications. Très beau environnement! Personnel responsable, sourire. Tout est frais, délicieux pour le petit déjeuner. Je voulais vraiment rester un peu plus longtemps, mais nous étions limités dans le temps.

My experience at Noax Hotel in Mersin was very poor due to a serious incident that does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. On April 24, I left the hotel at 6:00 PM for dinner and returned at 9:30 PM. Upon entering my room, I was shocked to find one person inside the room and another person in the bathroom. When I asked why they were there, they informed me that they were new guests who had just been assigned the room, despite clearly noticing that there were bags and clothes inside, indicating that the room was already occupied. According to their account, they had contacted the front desk to report that the room was not vacant. Nevertheless, the reception sent a bellboy to the room, who proceeded to collect all my personal belongings, including my clothes and luggage, and moved them to the hotel lobby without my knowledge or consent. I immediately went to the reception desk to inquire about why my belongings had been removed and why other guests had been assigned my room. The staff apologized and claimed it was a “mistake.” The duty manager also came and offered a verbal apology. However, what happened goes far beyond a simple administrative error. It constitutes a serious breach of privacy and a significant failure in professional conduct, especially considering that my belongings were handled in a careless and disrespectful manner, and that sensitive personal items, including my personal computer and documents, were in the room. This incident negatively affected my mood and caused discomfort throughout my entire stay. Despite my request for a formal written apology explaining the incident, none was provided, with the justification that it was merely a mistake and that my belongings had not been stolen. Based on the above, my evaluation of this stay is very poor. What occurred represents a serious professional failure that does not align with the standards expected from a hotel of this category.

Отличный отель 🏨 Находится далеко от центра, но мы знаем город хорошо, и это не было проблемой. Чисто, уютно, красиво, в номере все есть

Le personnel était aimable, mais ne parlait ni anglais ni aucune autre langue. On m'a facturé deux fois la même nuit et il y a eu une erreur sur la facture. J'attends toujours. Aucune communication.

C'est un hôtel Hilton, mais il est ancien. Il a vraiment besoin d'une rénovation, qui est d'ailleurs en cours. Nous voulions prolonger notre séjour, mais nous n'avons pas pu le faire, car ils ne proposaient pas le même prix. De nos jours, les prix des hôtels sont plus élevés que ceux des billets d'avion, et ils fluctuent constamment.

Le petit déjeuner était correct, la plomberie était fatiguée, il y avait des problèmes avec le wi-fi.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was big and comfortable. But at mealtimes we were always rushed. Staff would take away your plate etc whilst other people were still eating. Not good manners. We were told once you have 30 minutes to finish your drink! My friend had a steak so asked for a steak knife. No steak knives in restaurant so had to cut it with ordinary knife. My friend had his own restaurant in UK and was not impressed.

酒店位置鬧中取靜，距離海邊很近。房間寬敞明亮，細節衞生到位。早餐在一樓享用，餐食種類多味道好，水果有獼猴桃🥝好評。工作人員親切有禮，始終微笑服務，非常舒心。
