Très bel hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et très efficace particulièrement pour m’aider à résoudre un problème de bus pour une autre destination. Heureusement que j’ai eu leur aide. Spa et sauna très agréable et relaxant. Bon séjour mais le temps maussade.

This hotel is a bit of a contradiction. It is situated overlooking the ocean with a beautiful outlook and has direct access to a quiet fishing beach (which unfortunately has a lot of rubbish on the shoreline). Although the hotel property is expansive the rooms are very close to each other which is really annoying when you have a noisy family with young kids next door. Guests can be loud and not mindful of being quiet in such a serene location. Due to the remoteness of the hotel Grabs and taxis take 20-40 minutes to collect you so it’s recommended to have a car or hire a scooter. Unfortunately the rental company will want to keep your passport for the duration of the hire if you are a foreigner. The room we stayed in had a fantastic view and nice big terrace to enjoy the sunrise however, there was not room to comfortably leave your suitcase without removing furniture and no outdoor drying rack for wet towels and swimmers. Staff were wonderful - responsive and very helpful going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool area is lovely. The resort could really do with a fitness centre and they would do well to offer yoga and wellness activities to attract health conscious travellers looking for a relaxing break - they have the space to accommodate this. A nice hotel to relax for a few days and enjoy the local seafood.

Troisième séjour qui reste agréable, en plus la réception a eu l'accueil très professionnel d'avoir attribué une chambre très près de la piscine en ayant entendu notre conversation sur la piscine. 2 petits points à améliorer : l'eau de cette piscine est glaciale toute la journée et en toute saison, alors qu'elle est grande et agréable mais impossible à rester trop longtemps. Le petit dej buffet est très bien d'apparence, mais la mortadelle était fichue, la confiture absolument infecte car additionné de farine, et le pain pas frais du tout car vraiment très dur. Le petit déjeuner a été signalé au chef cuisine lors de mon séjour, j'espère qu'une attention plus grande sera portée sur ces points. À côté de l'hôtel il y a de très bons restaurants dont l'Amour, une pizzeria qui fait des offres 50% les mardis et elles sont très bonnes. Mieux vaut descendre ici qu'au Saïgon Tourist ou même gamme, pour le prix et la qualité des chambres ( climatisation impeccable, salle de bain agréable).

I will choose them over others hotels again as long as windows and balcony glasses are that clean so that I can keep enjoying the views 🌅😍 not every hotel takes care of that. this is also one of the reasons I book here for the third time. very pleasant 👍

La chambre était petite, mais c'était comme annoncé, donc pas de surprises là. La seule chose qui m'a vraiment dérangé était la vue de l'évacuation des incendies juste dehors de la fenêtre Je n'ai jamais vu quelque chose comme ça avant. Ceci dit, tout le reste correspondait aux photos. Pour le prix et la localisation, il est probablement juste. Place décent dans l'ensemble.

We chose Lumiere for our family trip to Phu Yen and, honestly, didn’t expect too much from the photos. But once we arrived, every corner of the resort surprised us and made us wish we’d discovered this place earlier. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. We had a small issue with our booking and they helped sort everything out online straight away. When we met them in person, every staff member was cheerful, welcoming and genuinely dedicated in everything they did. The rooms are cosy, clean and very comfortable, and we were even upgraded for free without asking. If you’re travelling with kids, Lumiere is an excellent choice. The grounds are very spacious, surounded by a green, with a mini zoo, a lovely swimming pool, golf, gardens and plenty of space for children to run around and play safely inside the resort. Breakfast and coffee were also great. We’d be very happy to come back to Lumiere on our next trip to Phu Yen.

J'avais 1-night séjour avec cet hôtel, ça m'est bien. La chambre était belle, grande et bien nettoyée. Le ménage est à l'aise, le ménage est à l'aise, le ménage est à l'aise, le ménage est à l'aise, le ménage est à l'aise, le ménage est à l'aise, le ménage est à l'aise, le ménage est à l' L'hôtel était dans l'air frais, beaucoup d'arbres verts, un environnement confortable, ce qui était bon, je suis vraiment agréable de l'atmosphère. Le service était bon. 7/10 pour moi, ils ont permis à un client extérieur d'utiliser leur café, donc parfois ils m'échouent pour un client extérieur et continuent de me demander si j'étais un client interne. Il y avait un parking, mais pas de toit solide, juste quelques filets pendant sur les arbres de coco pour les ombres, avec le temps chaud votre moto est encore en feu. Globalement : un hôtel très bon, pour le temps de relax est bon, ne vous attendez pas à un service super bon client.

Loves it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to the beach and convenient for exploring the area. The property is new, stylish, and clean. I absolutely adored the room, which was beautifully designed with lots of thoughtful details that made it feel special. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection that included local Vietnamese favorites such as pho, which I really enjoyed. The gym is nice, with good equipment and even a boxing area, which was a nice surprise. I also loved the pool. It offers fantastic views over the city and, it was surprisingly quiet and relaxing even during the weekend, exactly what I was looking for. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would happily return!

It's a bit back from the coastlines among souvenir shops and pubs. I heard music until 1:30 am but I would recommend if ear muffs or plugs are ok. Well decorated installations, which reminded me of days staying in Paros, Greece, is a signature of this accommodation. I had good hospitality from the Vietnamese elderly couple who are organising the facility. All things are minimum equipped. Tuy Hòa is famous for tuna sashimi. I went to one place about 5 mins drive by motorbike. It's still quiet and no over tourism fond itself there. Very local but it's gaining popularity among Vietnamese people. Better to visit now or soon.
