The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay inside the property. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room or being prepared for some weekend nightlife noise.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel pour l'anniversaire de mon mari et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons adoré la piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi. La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était un peu décevant, très exigu et le personnel peinait à suivre. On ne se sentait pas dans un hôtel cinq étoiles. Le balcon était minuscule et sans vue, donc impossible à utiliser. Le service était excellent et le personnel très sympathique.

It was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather. .

Le petit déjeuner était de très bonne qualité, nous aurions apprécié une plus grande variété de fruits. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, mais nous n'avons pas pu faire éteindre les lumières de nuit. Le personnel très amical et patient, surtout Rachel nous a très bien pris soin.

Excellent location central, à pied à de nombreuses attractions, Rudle Street et les bus arrêts de l'aéroport. L'eau libre pour remplir sa propre bouteille, qui économe l'utilisation de bouteilles en plastique à usage unique et éviter de consommer plus de microplastique.

Really happy with this hotel. It offered excellent value for money — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped without the price tag of a hotel. The staff were helpful and the location made getting around easy.

As I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into. I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

La literie est de très bonne qualité, assurant des nuits confortables. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et savoureux. Les installations de la salle de sport et de la piscine sont impeccablement entretenues. Le service à la réception est très efficace et le personnel est aimable et serviable. Globalement, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Staff (Ms Selma) were very helpful and helped us to get a. Room on the ground floor as our luggage was too heavy for us to move to second floor as there were no lifts. Location is excellent less than 10 min walk to the free tram station South Terrace. Hotel also provides free parking. Overall we had a great stay over 7 nights in this hotel and would recommend it to our friends

Le centre de la terrasse du Nord, l'hôtel est très confortable. Il prend 15 m de l'aéroport par véhicule et seulement 5 m à la gare de tram et de tram à pied. Les équipements dans la chambre sont entièrement préparés et faciles à utiliser. Les seuls cons sont un mur de lavage mince, qui provoque un peu de bruit quand quelqu'un utilise le toilette.
