It was ok, but not more. The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower. the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does. The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote. Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work. Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits. It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel pour l'anniversaire de mon mari et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons adoré la piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi. La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était un peu décevant, très exigu et le personnel peinait à suivre. On ne se sentait pas dans un hôtel cinq étoiles. Le balcon était minuscule et sans vue, donc impossible à utiliser. Le service était excellent et le personnel très sympathique.

Very happy with the service regarding my order for additional services - eg surprise flowers and a birthday cake. All was very well communicated and the execution was exceptional - was a lovely surprise for my partner. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you Grand for making our stay truely memorable.

Excellent value, lovely choice and quality for breakfast, room had excellent views of the lakes and nice balcony to watch the sun sets and rises. Gym facilities pool and spa all excellent for the price of this hotel. Service was amazing nothing too much trouble definitely would be happy to rebook  Only minor point bed was very soft and moves away from the wall but that could just be the room we had :)

J'ai récemment séjourné au Hilton Adelaide et j'ai eu une expérience globalement agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec une bonne variété d'options pour commencer la journée, et le personnel était exceptionnellement sympathique et arrangeant tout au long de mon séjour. Les chambres, bien que propres et confortables, semblaient un peu démodées et auraient besoin d'être rafraîchies pour correspondre aux standards du Hilton. Cependant, le point fort a été la découverte du court de tennis sur place, une excellente caractéristique qui a ajouté une touche amusante et unique au séjour ! Dans l'ensemble, c'est un choix solide pour une visite à Adélaïde, et j'y séjournerais volontiers à nouveau, surtout si les chambres bénéficient d'une petite mise à jour moderne à l'avenir.

This hotel we went to the room we got when we got out of our room The room we got locked out and they gave us another room and then when we check out first in the morning I checked my bank they charged us more lol 😂

Le meilleur truc sur cet hôtel est qu'il est situé dans le centre-ville. Il est à pied du centre de conventions de Rundle et Adelaide. Il dispose également d'un spa et d'une grande piscine de taille décente, d'un petit déjeuner buffet et d'un bar avec une heure heureuse chaque jour. Je recommande très bien cet endroit !

Really happy with this hotel. It offered excellent value for money — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped without the price tag of a hotel. The staff were helpful and the location made getting around easy.

As I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into. I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

This is a nice place for families with small children. We stayed at a small budget cabin, which was good but not great. But there are plenty of larger cabins that look very nice.
