I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable.
One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again.

We love the location! It is so close to the bay. We can easily walk to shops, restaurants, playgrounds, and the jetty. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast and will come back in spring.

Les chambres sont confortables, la salle de bains peut être un peu de bruit (si vous êtes dans les cabines standard). Si vous n'avez besoin que d'un endroit pour vous reposer pendant que vous faites des choses pendant la journée, alors cela vaut de l'argent.

Recommander fortement cet hôtel! La chambre est propre et propre, la ventilation est bonne, les installations sont très nouvelles et sont très pratiques d'utilisation. La beauté de la fenêtre est située dans les prairies africaines!

La position de l'hôtel est bonne, c'est que la chambre est un peu délicieuse. La chambre est restée pour des commandes à partir de Trip.com. Le restaurant est très bon, la nourriture et le service sont bons, le prix est également raisonnable, viens à l'île de Kanguang, vivre ici est bon

IInvitéIt was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather.

CCharing CConvenient location to go sightseeing, veryclosely with Rundle Mall and airport. However, the cuisine for dinner is too salty, can improve for changing the menu.
Overall, good to stay at the hotel even though the room rate is a bit higher than weekdays as football event held at the Oval Stadium.

IInvitéHi how are you back iptuor to Covid I had stayed at the oaks many many times and the spa was then out of order and again it seams it’s still out of service this needs to be fixed thank you and if stay for often ..
I’d also like to add the sauna the wood is almost falling the wall on the right hand side a bit maintenamce is needed in there ..
and to up keep with all around existing hotels
Filtered water and cups not the fountain Out side the spa as you can get vide hydrated in there … I was dizzy stepping out of due to my own fault drinking alcohol all night and then the sauna anyways I good coles water straight out side the spa would be perfect thank you
The room it self was very beautiful I’d actual love to purchase one of the rooms and actual live there once the spas in working order
My son stayed there a month years ago with airforce coming back from Wagga Wagga at 19-21 yrs the Air Force funded his stay and I stayed with him and il never forget the very special family memories perfect spot tram casino train all very good 9/10 10/10 if you did some maintenance in the sauna and have the spa up and running the day the spa is working email me and il stay .2 /3 nights

IInvitéAs I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into.
I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

Good:
New and Modern interior design, especially impressive for a motel-rated property.
Spacious room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.
Wide variety of in-room beverages.
Concierge staff were very friendly and helpful.
Free parking for motel guests (unlike the sister hotels, which charge $15 for 24 hours).
Bad:
No self-service laundry — a major drawback for a motel. I had to walk 480m to a public laundromat on first day.. then only learned that we can use laundry service at sister hotel.
Poorly designed shower area. The shower platform is higher than the toilet section, causing water to flow out into the toilet area instead of towards the drain — very odd design.
Internet is weak, unstable, and slow. If your child wants to play Roblox… forget it.
Housekeeping needs significant improvement. They didn’t wash the mugs and glasses, didn’t clear used plates, didn’t sweep the floor, and didn’t replace the trash bag — they only changed the towels.

IInvitéLe centre de la terrasse du Nord, l'hôtel est très confortable. Il prend 15 m de l'aéroport par véhicule et seulement 5 m à la gare de tram et de tram à pied. Les équipements dans la chambre sont entièrement préparés et faciles à utiliser. Les seuls cons sont un mur de lavage mince, qui provoque un peu de bruit quand quelqu'un utilise le toilette.

IInvitéGreat view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators!

La literie est de très bonne qualité, assurant des nuits confortables. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et savoureux. Les installations de la salle de sport et de la piscine sont impeccablement entretenues. Le service à la réception est très efficace et le personnel est aimable et serviable. Globalement, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.
