Only 15 minutes drive from Tenby, the first floor apartment (Soleil Couchant) is set in beautiful country surroundings with panoramic views. It is attractively decorated throughout, furnished and equipped to a high standard.There is an attractive and safe paved area overlooking the mature gardens to the side and front. The outdoor private swimming pool (heated from April 1st to October 1st) is surrounded by decking, palm trees and south facing open countryside.There is ample private parking available for 2 cars next to the apartment.The apartment is accessed via a flight of terracotta tiled steps from the side of the property.Living room/dining room – leads onto the balcony which has open country views. Living room has 55" 4K smart television, blu-ray player and Chinese light/ceiling fan. Dining area sits up to 6 people.Kitchen – overlooks restful, open countryside. Equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer.Shower room with wash hand basin. Separate toilet with wash hand basin.Double bedroom - attractively furnished, with wash hand basin, Chinese ceiling light/fan, Remote-control TV. All bedding is provided – matching duvet-covers,sheets and pillowcases and towels (all spotlessly clean and comfortable beds, made up ready for your arrival).South-facing views through palm trees, over pool, tropical garden area and open countryside and woodland.Twin bedroom- over looking swimming pool and open south-facing country views.Bunk beds- discretely curtained off (not locked), providing separate, private area from bedrooms.There is also a cot suitable for a baby. The hosts normally occupy the ground floor of the building so parking is shared.Due to weather/demand, the outdoor swimming pool is normally unavailable between October 1st and April 1st. (Prices adjusted accordingly). If you would like to make use of the pool during this period, please contact before booking and we will be able to confirm if it's possible. There may be an additional fee.The main entrance/road to the property and parking area is covered by CCTV. There are no cameras/recording devices covering the apartment, garden, swimming pool area or any other areas used by guests. Little Loveston is a group of five traditional stone cottages to sleep up to 12,10,7,4,2 all with their own private gardens and set in mature, landscaped grounds. We are surrounded by organic farmland and woods with great walks from the door. We have a central yet rural location close to many beautiful sandy beaches and Little Loveston is an ideal, relaxing base for exploring the Coast, Countryside and Attractions of Pembrokeshire.The cottages are all comfortable and well-equipped, all have private, enclosed gardens, we have installed an environmentally friendly biomass boiler to provide central heating and hot water, there is wifi throughout and all have woodburners for cosy evenings. We have carefully restored the buildings, both to retain the original character and create lively, functional living spaces. There is also a Gamesroom with table tennis and pool, outside Playareas - swings, slide, fort, sandpit with caravan, football field. Little Loveston is a peaceful place that our visitors often return to again and again. Little Loveston makes a great base from which to explore the counties beaches, attractions, waterways and countryside. It is also on the Landsker trail so there is good walking and cycling from the door. The immediate surroundings have been designated a Site of Specific Scientific Interest because of its rich and varied plant and wildlife and we are also close the the Cleddau Estuary (Pembrokeshires Secret Waterways) and the ancient woodlands at Canaston and Minwear. The cottages are well equipped with informative brochures and walking maps. The beautiful sandy beaches and pretty towns, Tenby and Pembroke, of South Pembrokeshire can be reached in 20 minutes and the more rugged coastline of the North and West are 45 minutes away. For excellent local produce we have Yerbeston Farm Shop 100metres up the road and the lively market town of Narberth, with all manner of shops, cafes and galleries is 10 minutes drive away. Our local pub is the Cresselly Arms, down on the waters edge – well known for its setting and a great place to watch the sun go down.
