« Остались в полном восторге от проживания в отеле. Отель чистый, везде порядок. Нас заселили в абсолютно новый номер, в котором до нас еще никто не жил. Все свежее, исправное и очень уютное.Уборка была регулярной на этаже, но мы не заказывали, нам просто поменяли все полотенца и дали воды, чай, кофе. Отдельная благодарность персоналу на ресепшене - очень отзывчивые и приятные люди. Готовы ответить на любые вопросы и помочь. »

« Отель прекрасный. Эстетически красивая территория и здание. У нас был трёхместный номер с холодильником, кондиционером, чайником. Отель предложил нам завтраки. Завтраки отличные, разнообразные. Мой младший ребенок прихотлив к еде. У неё спрашивали, что-то на хочет и готовили по её желанию. Расположение отеля отличное между центром и ботаническим садом. До центра на такси 5 лари -150 р., до ботанического сада, рядом с которым чистейший пляж, где не много людей- 5 лари. На пляже лежак стоит 5 лари и зонтик 10 лари на весь день. Вода как парное молоко. Рядом рестораны. Рядом с самим отелем магазины Спар и аптека. Все под рукой. В отеле есть небольшой бассеин. В последний день перед поездом на море уже не поехали, дети развлекались в этом бассеине. Короче рекомендую... Тихий, спокойный район, до моря 300 метров. Шикарное место. Отель новый, все чистенькое, хозяева гостеприимные, постельное белье аж скрипело от новизны и чистоты. Время заселения в 15, мы приехали в 13...без проблем заселили. Время выселения в 12, у нас поезд был в 16-40. До 15-30 мы там тусили. Спасибо. »

« The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region. »
