UUtilisateur anonymePertama kali ajak keluarga buat liburan, dapat rekomendasi juga dari teman teman, jadinya pesan hotel ini, sayangnya letak lumayan jauh ya dari pusat kota, jadi ya mau apa apa.pesan via online, tapi untuk kebersihan dan sarapan nya dijamin tidak mengecewakan, hanya saja ada beberapa miskomunikasi misal keberadaan kamar yg saya pesan beda lantai, dan fasilitas kolam renang yg ”katanya” hanya bisa digunakan jika kita memakai pakaian renang, *****tara yang saya lihat kemarin banyak orang tua yg mendampingi anak anaknya tanpa menggunakan pakaian renang yg semestinya, terus kalau bisa yg mengawasi di kolam lebihlah ”humanis” baik dalam bersikap dan mengarahkan, saya lebih apresiasi yg dari pintu depan seperti security, receptionis, dan karyawan lainnya yg bersikap ramah, percayalah bisnis hotel akan bangkit kembali dengan anda menerapkan layanan yg prima, terima kasih atas jamuan satu malamnya, jika nanti ada kesempatan, kami pasti akan kembali

SStevenAWe were looking for somewhere to stay in Bontang for a couple of nights. This was the only place that seemed to be available for the dates we wanted. Last time we were in Bontang was 21 years ago. The hotel is very much a sports resort/contractor accommodation type place. Bontang isn't really a tourist location hence the limited choices to stay. We were here for a particular reason so just needed a place to sleep while we were here. The best way to describe the hotel/rooms is 'typical Indonesian'. Everything worked but had seen better days shall we say. Didn't have any concerns regarding cleanliness or safety and the location is really pretty. It's a bit out of the way so you need your own transport or be prepared to pay the going rate for taxis etc. Breakfast is your usual Indonesian fare and there was plenty of variety. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Just one point to clarify, when I made the booking, it was stated that there isn't a front reception so phone ahead to establish how to check in beforehand. In practice, there IS a front reception, just as you would expect in any hotel, so there's no need to worry about what to do about checking in. If you arrived and there was nobody on the desk, someone would soon turn up once your presence was known. All staff that we came across were so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We would have been happy to stay for longer if we had the time.

UUtilisateur anonymeHotel was tired and staff are inexperienced in the hospitality industry.
Room: stayed on 8th floor. Pillows had strong sweat smell and looked like they havent been changed in a while.
Room decor was pretty basic with basic laminate flooring.
In the bathroom there was complimentary shower gel and shampoo but when the bottles were pressed, it was very watery and seemed like the staff had simply topped it up with regular water.
Room internet was also extremely poor and I gave up after half an hour of trying.
Breakfast was a big spread but not of high quality. The bubur was lumpy. Fried chicken was tasteless (possibly indicating being frozen for some time) and the chefs cooking the indomie simply threw the noodle cake into a half filled water bath and did not stir or monitor the cooking resulting in half cooked indomie.
Breakfast section also smelled like a massive cigarette factory as there were smoking sections.
Upside: Great location as part of a mall development.
There is a comfortable lounge in the lobby conducive to meetings and afternoon catchups.
Staff at the lobby lounge were very pleasant and efficient and went out of their way to clear our cups quickly and take new orders. Always smiling.
This hotel is a very stark contrast to the mercure semarang where we spent the previous night.

RRonald RamakersPar rapport à d'autres hôtels à Balikpapan, Ibis est très abordable.
Le restaurant est très confortable et vous pouvez vous rendre à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner indonésien est excellent.
Le petit déjeuner est exclusivement orienté vers les Indonesiens, mais pour les Occidentaux, il n'y a que du pain blanc bon marché avec des bonbons comme la jamère et le chocolat. Je manque de pain de blé de bonne qualité, de rouleaux, de fromage et de viande découpée.
C'est étrange, l'hôtel n'est pas orienté vers les touristes occidentaux.
Ils ont été excursions trop chers avec un guide et une voiture sur chaque touriste.
Chers personnels Ibis, s'il vous plaît comprendre que de nombreux touristes occidentaux veulent louer des motocycles et trouver leur façon de voyager via Google Maps.
En bref, la gestion de l'Ibis, faites une recherche sur les touristes occidentaux, fournissent des brochures pour des excursions à la FO, et assurez-vous que FO a des informations sur les motocycles et les loyers de voitures.
En résumé, Ibis est un hôtel bon pour un prix raisonnable, mais malheureusement pas suffisamment axé sur les touristes occidentaux.

IInvitéThe hotel in general is poorly maintained and not clean. Some of the toilets in the lobby area were out of order and dirty/stained. The sink in our 3 rooms were cracked in the middle and plastered to keep the slabs together, however the drainage water keeps on dripping down to our feet everytime we used the sink. The bedsheets, pillowcases were not freshly new when we checked in, all the safety lockers were not working after seeking help from the maintenance, and all the fridges in all 3 rooms were either broken or missing. The aircon in our rooms were working well, however, the aircon at the breakfast area were not working. Other clienteles were trying to get the best sitting location near the air blowers provided. we ended up sitting next to an open doorway for breakfast to get some fresh morning breeze. Food selection were limited, and the local spread was somewhat not as tasty or as fresh as other local hotels we have stayed before. We can see that the hotel used to be a grand and beautiful place, it is just a shame to see such a majestic building as Tjokro has lost its sparkle..

IInvitéWe had a very nice room it was quite clean ( Could be cleaner perhaps) but the room average was good. We had a funtime during weekend at the aqualand just little bit disappointed that during week days the slides during the day wasn’t operational. The breakfast was good with quite some choice. Overall definitely a place i could go back to

IInvitéApartemen sesuai dengan Buget menengah, lokasi jauh dari mall dan tempat makan, kebersihan lumayan sebab apartemen yg sudah cukup lama usianya dan masih butuh pemeliharaan lagi, termasuk fasilitas perlu ditingkatkan serta Pelayanan yg masih kurang Maksimal.

The check-in process was smooth and quick, with professional and friendly staff at the front desk. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities — including a minibar, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast buffet offered a variety of Indonesian options, and the taste was good overall.
I’d gladly stay here again on my next trip to Balikpapan.

SSWSNThis is my second time staying here, and once again, I had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were clean, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, though I hope to see improvements in flavor in the future. Additionally, I noticed that some of the beds are a bit worn and no longer as firm as they should be—hopefully, this can be addressed. Overall, it's still a great place to stay
