Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!

La première fois que vous arrivez ici, vous êtes très agréable de vous détendre. Merci qui nous amenez Tedi (mardi) très gentil , bon service et agréable. Pour manger Hardi, vous nous aidez très clairement à expliquer si utile, gentil, bon service et ami. Seuls ceux qui sourient face. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Tout est parfait sauf pour la douche si peu d' eau sort et ne peut contrôler la chaleur . Bien nettoyage quotidien mais ne lave jamais les tasses. Et ne donne jamais gel de douche et shampooing. Détendez-vous et expérience merveilleuse. Nous revenons ici, espérons avoir changé pour la douche.

Check-in was quite fast. Do note that a deposit is required. Lobby was undergoing renovations but it wasn't too bad. Other than the lobby (cos reno), it really is a very beautiful property. We opted for the studio villa as we wanted the higher walls for privacy. Room was very clean and spacious, bed with lots of pillows was comfortable for me. Room had two ac units which was appreciated as it definitely cooled down the room faster. Smart TV worked fine with loads of channels. Bathroom (& bathtub) was huge but the water pressure was a bit low on the shower/tub tap although was ok for the sink and toilet. Private pool was clean altho i think the wooden slats may need some maintenance work. We didn't encounter much mosquitoes, maybe there was one or two flying around on our last day. Our room came with two complimentary daily drinks at the restaurant which is smack in the middle of the resort. Breakfast was semi buffet. During check-in, you fill out this slip for each day for your choice of mains. If you want to change your choice, just go back to the reception desk one day before your scheduled breakfast to update your slip. Although there were 3 time slots, we actually came in much earlier before our alloted slot, and it wasn't an issue. Besides breakfast, we also had room service. The food was delicious and quite reasonably priced. Spent abt sgd12 total for nasi goreng and mee goreng. Something that I've never encountered at any other hotel was we had to sign an acknowledgement form when we ordered in, like to say we received 2 plates, 2 spoons etc. Not a big issue. The best part of Woda is the staff. From housekeeping to property maintenance to restaurant staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Le petit-déjeuner est assez copieux et le personnel de service est très enthousiaste. La raison principale est que l'hôtel est très unique et religieux. donner aux gens un sentiment mystérieux.

L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité, et il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Par rapport à d'autres hôtels avec saunas, le prix ici était très raisonnable compte tenu des équipements et des environs luxueux qui m'ont fait choisir cet hôtel. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'intérieur de la ville. La chambre était propre, standard 5-star, avait un bain, la télévision fonctionnait parfaitement, et j'étais très excité et heureux dans l'ensemble. Les installations et l'environnement de l'hôtel étaient aussi beaux et impressionnants – le lobby était élégant et exclusif, la zone de levage qui mène aux chambres était spacieuse et luxueuse, la piscine était grande et belle, le café était large avec de délicieux aliments , et des services de spa payés étaient également disponibles. En résumé, tout était beau et luxueux, et je suis très satisfait – certainement une séjour à la valeur de l'argent. Le seul défaut n'était pas en mesure d'expérimenter la sauna. C'est ça. 4/5 étoiles. Suivez le haut.

Service staff was friendly and smiley. They upgraded us to a suite which was very much appreciated. I have indicated that the stay was for my son's Birthday and was welcomed by the nice decoration and cake which my son enjoyed very much. The Kids Club is quite small. Varieties for breakfast can be improved and the restaurant felt uncomfortably warm with some flies flying around. The massage at the spa was good and we were served a nice pot of tea with yogurt and fruits after treatment.

Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

Globalement, le Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan offre un séjour correct, surtout si vous voyagez en famille et recherchez un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le point fort de l'hôtel a été la chambre elle-même. Nous l'avons trouvée spacieuse, bien entretenue et confortable, offrant un espace généreux pour tous. La salle de bain était également très bien : propre et fonctionnelle. Compte tenu du prix, la qualité de l'hébergement nous a semblé très raisonnable. Cependant, quelques points pourraient être améliorés. Bien que l'hôtel dispose d'un bar et d'un restaurant sur le toit, nous l'avons trouvé nettement cher. Il est conseillé de prévoir un budget en conséquence si vous prévoyez d'y dîner ou d'y boire un verre fréquemment. Le petit-déjeuner inclus dans le séjour n'était malheureusement pas très impressionnant, manquant de variété et de qualité par rapport à ce que nous aurions pu espérer. Quant à l'emplacement, c'est un peu mitigé. L'hôtel est proche de la baie de Lagoi, mais nous avons trouvé que l'eau de la plage voisine n'était pas particulièrement propre lors de notre visite. Il est également important de noter que l'hôtel est assez éloigné des principaux centres-villes comme Tanjung Pinang. L'accès aux restaurants et commerces locaux nécessite donc un transport et une planification. Le personnel était globalement correct : il a répondu aux demandes avec efficacité, mais ne s'est pas distingué par un service exceptionnel. En résumé : le Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan est un choix judicieux si vous recherchez une chambre spacieuse et confortable à un prix raisonnable, idéale pour les familles. Cependant, préparez-vous à des prix potentiellement élevés au restaurant sur le toit, à un petit-déjeuner basique, à une plage peu propice à la baignade et à un emplacement relativement isolé. Si vous maîtrisez vos attentes en matière de restauration et d'emplacement, l'hôtel peut constituer un pied-à-terre agréable pour votre séjour à Bintan.

Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'hôtel à 5 étoiles avec un prix inférieur à l'hôtel Alltrue Sydney Batam Centre!! L'hôtel est énorme. Inclué avec salle de souvenirs et salle de confort. La chambre que nous avons choisie a tout ce que vous devez expérience comme une chambre à 5 étoiles. Vous pouvez imaginer que vous payez juste SGD35 par nuit pour cela ?? !! Les chambres sont confortables et confortables. Merci beaucoup pour l'expérience de l'Alltrue sydney! Nous reviendrons certainement ici! 👍🙏

1 minute à pied du centre commercial nagoya et il est abrité. Très fermé aux restaurants également. J'ai passé mes vacances dans cette région et tout était couvert. La chambre était assez grande. Propre et confortable. La climatisation est bonne. La douche est bien aussi. Pas de quoi être mécontent. Apprécié mon séjour. Je reviendrai la prochaine fois.
