Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!

Families first time to this place very nice to relax. So thankful who fetch us Tedi (martedi) very kind , good service and pleasant. To manger Hardi first assist us very clear to explain so helpful, kind, good service and friendly. Nur who smiling face. Good ambience and relaxing. Breakfast good complete. My kids love it especially egg prata but our last day prata over cook,(sad),cannot service . The best snorkelling we recommend this water sport. Everything perfect except to shower so little water come out and cannot control heat . Cleaning of room Okay everyday cleaning but never wash the cups. And never give shower gel and shampoo. Overall relax and wonderful experience. We will come back here hope got changed for shower.

Clean and spacious room, looks like partially renovated. Food was delicious. Near to De Sands (Santorini of Batam) and pink sands at Blue Fire Beach Club. About 20-min drive from the city. A little hassle on the 'paper work' - filling in the breakfast menu form to select dining options the night before, and signing off acknowledgement form for the massage service. Take note if thinking to enjoy spa service in the hotel. The massage service starts from 10am to 7pm. Not so ideal to have it before checking out by 12pm, can be quite rush especially if wish to bathe in the room (instead of at the spa villa). Check-out time quite stringent, limited extension time given. Also can't have our massage after dinner for relaxation before sleep since the service ends at 7pm. No massage places nearby. Would have to book a cab to the city area.

L'hôtel est à une très ouverte position, peu de KMs du centre de batam. Très exquise sensation de l'extérieur n à l'intérieur. Place est jolie, les chambres et les toilettes sont propres. Juste que les airconnes du lobby aux chambres ne fonctionnent pas bien.

This is a first time I’m staying here, perfect location as for family can walk to the one Batam mall and opp there’s a lotus supermarket.  Pool and gym just nearby, convenient for parents to workout while kids having good time in the pool. Service staff was friendly and smiley. They upgraded us to a suite which was very much appreciated. I have indicated that the stay was for my son's Birthday and was welcomed by the nice decoration and cake which my son enjoyed very much. The Kids Club is quite small. Varieties for breakfast can be improved and the restaurant felt uncomfortably warm with some flies flying around. The massage at the spa was good and we were served a nice pot of tea with yogurt and fruits after treatment.

Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

Hotel was clean and located in the Lagoi resort area which is where we wanted to be, however the hotel seems old, the gym was a sad excuse with just dumbbells, order food at the rooftop cafe, quiet flavourless, service was good despite the hotel being empty but was still asked to check in at 3pm or pay IDR200k luckily this was not much of an issue as we had activities arranged, that said the room was comfortable enough however the AC stopped working the last night I was there and didn’t come on again causing me to lose sleep.

The hotel was clean, and the cleaning was excellent every time. However, they forgot to replace the toilet paper, and we didn't have any for two out of the four days we stayed! 🤣 I booked a room that included breakfast, and the breakfast food was pretty much the same every time, with no major changes. The chili peppers were delicious though! 😋

L'hôtel est juste à pied du centre-ville. La chambre est propre et confortable mais un peu petite pour le prix que nous payons. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, surtout local kue que nous aimons tant.
