Little bit out of the main city centre - quite a steep walk back up from the centre but OK. Receptionist says she always gets a taxi up but we did it Ok. Bit of a maze inside - trying to remember where your room is but on the whole lovely building - good facilities and nice room with large bathroom. Some rooms have great views of the Menai Straight and Anglesey.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with steep hills on either side of the valley and magnificent views. My room was comfortable, with all the conveniences provided with a fabulous view of the mountain. The owner, who was very attentive and kind, promptly attended to the issues I had with the hairdryer and resetting the alarm after a power cut. A few things, like the lampshades were in need of replacement and there were cobwebs in the oak beams, but generally I was happy with the room. The food was amazing! A full buffet bar of fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurt, as well as superbly cooked al a carte menu; often more than I could eat, but it would certainly be a good start to a day walking in the hills. The packed lunch was generous and the evening menu had a good variety of dishes lovingly presented and with several options for vegetarians.

Ce que je peux dire Mike et Sue sont un couple terrible, chaud, soignant, amusant, vraiment cool. Nous avons séjourné pendant trois nuits merveilleuses; la(s) chambre(s) avait tout (et puis certains) que vous voudriez. La maison est confortable, sans spots et super calme, et la situation vous rend facile de se rendre à de nombreux endroits à voir. Le petit déjeuner était fantastique chaque matin : Mike a tout cuit, la table était toujours bien placée, et il fait le meilleur porridge même mieux que moi. Et vous allez aimer Rusty aussi. Mon mari n'est pas un fan de chiens, mais Mike était incroyablement pensé et a gardé Rusty loin. Globalement, une très bonne séjour. Je recommanderais absolument. Merci, Mike & Sue.

This hotel is literally located just in front of the railway station. It took less than a minute on foot from railway station. The staffs there were very friendly and handled with the room problem promptly (there was not a hair dryer in our room). The most highlight was the dinner this hotel offered. The Thai curry I ordered was really tasty nevertheless price was just 10 ponds! Since in Bonger city, the number of hotels are quite less, the existence this hotel was helpful us to visit Anglesey Island and Carnarvon castle.

Just the perfect stay with the best host ever. Situated away from the hustle, this guesthouse is surrounded by Farmlands and countryside views. The beds were super comfortable, well sized rooms with enough storage and a well sizes bathroom. There is ample parking space and an outdoor picnic table. The breakfast served is fresh off the kitchen with lots of love. The lounge area is cozy and warm, perfect for a lazy evening. The best part of this place is the conversations you can have with this charming host and her hospitality. Definitely visiting again when around.

From the moment we walked into the Tilman we were greeted with a big smile and very friendly staff . We were given an up grade which was a lovely surprise. The bath and shower were big and lots room . The beds and linen very comfortable, the towels were thick and fluffy . Lots of tea coffee milk in the room fridge with comp water 👍👍. Very clean room snd hallways . Breakfast my word was fantastic value and great choice 2 courses . The waitress at breakfast was so nice and very pleasant. We will definitely stay again and recommend. 10/10

Le petit déjeuner continental est également offert par une excellente gamme d'options cuisines à un prix raisonnable et une toast gratuite en gluten. Il n'y a pas de dîner disponible mais il y a beaucoup de places à manger dans le village et une courte distance. C'est un endroit idéal si vous êtes ici pour la marche de la colline. Il y a des marches galore dans chaque directement sur votre porte. J'aimerais seulement que nous ayons passé une nuit supplémentaire.

We stayed in the appartment. When we walked in we all went “wow” The view from the windows was amazing, the amount of space we had was fantastic. We loved staying here and my granddaughter wanted to stay longer. The breakfasts were great ( get there early to enjoy the amazing pain au chocolat ). We also enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant. I will be visiting again.
