Comfortable and aesthetic, with lots of international restaurants nearby. Infront of the hotel there is also lots of shopping opportunities available! Nice and affordable!

As always everything was good from the beginning... the check in till check out. The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around. Une suggestion serait d'envisager d'offrir des services de blanchisserie, en particulier pour les clients qui restent plus longtemps il ajouterait une grande valeur en fonction du point de prix.
En général, tout le reste était bon, et j'ai apprécié mon temps ici.
The stay was excellent, good interiors, spacious entrance foyer, restaurant & rooms. Rooms having excellent ambience & it was spotlessly clean & tidy. Bathrooms & toiletries & other room amenities were excellent. It was more than expected in this small town of erode. Loved to stay here on a business trip. Delicious food added to luxury.

Просторный, чистый номер, внимание в мелочах к постояльцам. Территорию отеля вечером обрабатывают от насекомых. Очень вежливый гостеприимный персонал. Есть обмен валюты. Свободный доступ к бассейну, разнообразное меню на завтрак. За всё пребывание в Индии в 4-х городах из 4-х отелей этот самый лучший. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.
Nice hotel and amenities (pool and gym). Good breakfast options but overcrowded and difficult to get seat. It's a bit of a walk from the Metro, but walkable to the Museums.
I had called up the hotel before hand and told them that we will be reaching at around 4 AM in the night please keep room ready , but on arrival they took full fifteen minutes to check us in first they said they only have disable friendly room , I said it's not done , then they reluctantly gave me a normal room, saying that it was meant for some other customer , really said and above all they said the invoice will be mailed , I have called up thrice still no invoice received
Taj is known for its service culture , but it's sad to see such low level

IInvitéC'était une joie de séjourner à l'hôtel Raintree. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis, avons pris le meilleur petit-déjeuner et tout le monde a rendu notre séjour une expérience formidable. Nous sommes même restés deux nuits supplémentaires et avons eu l'impression que c'était le meilleur choix pour séjourner au Raintree St. Mary's Road pour notre visite à Chennai.
HHonser TanMy initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return.
Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted.
The second room had multiple functional problems:
* Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty.
* Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine.
* Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter.
Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols.
While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.
VValentine56My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day.

But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally
no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities
This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service

KKing RuthNous cherchions un hôtel près de l'aéroport et avons trouvé un autre Novotel à Chamiers. L'intérieur et le design sont magnifiques. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient impeccables. Le personnel de la réception et le personnel d'entretien étaient excellents. L'emplacement est idéal et proche du centre-ville. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter pour un séjour plus long. Nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui visitent Chennai 🙏
PPraveenKrishnaI highly recommend this place for families with children. The location is excellent and the ambience is extraordinary. The resort's theme is Rajasthani and is very well-maintained. The hospitality and food are good, although there are a lot of flies, which can be a bit bothersome. The resort has a swimming pool suitable for children of all ages, but please be cautious as the pool area can get slippery. The resort also offers daily programs which are posted near the reception area to keep everyone entertained. It's not just a place to stay for the night, but a great spot to spend quality time with your family and relax.

The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries .
The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea.
Overall the hotel's attention to commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. This hotel is in the city and convenient location to all local amenities I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.”
