i absolutely love this place. Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful. It was really the best choice for such price. Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there. Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it: 1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry. 2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way. The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢 So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

We were unfortunate to travel during low season, which in Koh Rong means 99% rain everyday, by conversations with locals they are fully aware of this yet all bookings and activities are business as usual but cannot be enjoyed, such as snorkling, BBQ boat etc. because of the weather we were stuck in the hotel 90% of the time, there is NO TV (it does say in room amenities, I read too late) so just be aware, specially if travelling with little ones. The pool is not an option because of thunder and lighting. It costs 15USD to get to the hotel from the pier. There is no ATM on the island only one stall that lets you use your card to pay the local then they give you the money, this is charged at 8% 😡 This is important because for lack of internet connection you cant always use card to pay at restaurant for your lunches and dinner, also when you can, there is a 3% fee to do so. All activities must also be paid in USD but old rugged bills are not accepted even if they have been given to you by other traders ib the island or if the bills got a bit wet in the rain, which was a frequent problem.So come with plenty of new dollars or you'll find yourself stuck with little options. the night before check out, we asked the staff to please let the ferry company know we would be taking the 9:30am ferry to Sihakouville (as instructed by the ferry company). We booked a 9:00am return trip to the pier as recommended. However as we arrived the ferry was leaving, at 9:15. We were not the only ones left behind. Some people had a flight to catch later that day and were made to pay another 17USD per person as according to them it was ”impossible” to fit them into one of the almost-empty-boats of one of the other many ferry companies, because they dont work together, some families payed up to 70USD to not miss their flight despite it not being their fault. The hotel was standard, for a beach hotel, nice huts, the beds were clean and comfortable and the highlight was definitely the food at the restaurant, over the 4 days, we tried many dishes all of them delicious. I can imagine during sunny season it must be a beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. saying this, I already thought it was overpriced for low season compared to similar hotels in Thailand and Bali, so for me the price you would pay in high season I would not consider it, specially given the whole experience with the ferry and USDs. ☹️

Le petit arbre sur la photo a grandi et a bloqué la mer. Du coup, la chambre vue mer ne peut pas voir la mer. Cela ne correspond pas à la photo, mais dans l'ensemble c'est un meilleur endroit. La longue plage devant l'hôtel est très beau. Vous pouvez rester ici, dans l'hôtel. Compris

L'accueil a été très agréable et toutes nos attentes ont été satisfaites. Le personnel est disponible jusque tard et on ne manque de rien sur place. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner consistant jusqu'à 10h tous les jours. Autre mention spéciale aux barbecues de fruits de mer disponibles tous les soirs avec les produits les plus frais.

Excellent location, beautiful scenery, poor internet (but amazing view on the sea), nice food, cocktails, everything you need on your vacation. Only frustrating thing was that the room was not cleaned even I've asked for it. But highly recommend for everybody!

L'environnement est super bon, la plage est très belle, la plage blanche est un petit poisson de mer propre, tout est très bon, le service de la librerie est également très attentif, le petit déjeuner est riche, il y a des activités de bonnes heures de vin chaque après-midi, bon bourrelet ～ fortement recommandé! Mais le soleil est le plus fort de l'île. Vous devez être bien défendu. Et si vous utilisez des cartes bancaires comme moi, ils perçoivent 3% de frais de service. Il n'y a pas de magasin, et vous pouvez choisir l'hôtel pour manger.

Un cadre serein ornait notre villa en bord de mer et son balcon au-dessus, l'eau de mer clapotant en dessous. La Villa 126 avec son décor vogue et sa vue panoramique était aussi parfaite que la vie marine abondante qui existe en dessous avec des crabes se précipitant pour faire leurs affaires à la vue de magnifiques poissons tropicaux de plusieurs couleurs, dont un banc de poissons-anges et un éventail de coraux toujours colorés qui couvraient toute la promenade côtière du Pearl Resorts. Un pur délice ! Le point culminant étant la vue sous la surface de l'eau dans un KAYAK CLAIR à 6h30 du matin, le verre serein et silencieux comme de l'eau de mer permettait une vue fascinante ; un éventail de coraux colorés complexes avec des centaines de poissons se faufilant dans ses canaux, incroyable dans notre climat en constante évolution MAIS c'était réel ! Je ne peux rien reprocher à ce complexe depuis le moment où nous sommes arrivés jusqu'à sa fin, les installations et les activités et le personnel d'accueil, y compris les directeurs et le personnel de service étaient tous exceptionnels et les soins de beauté et du corps au bord de l'eau avec Jenny, c'est bien et vraiment au-delà d'un complexe 5 étoiles. Des plats exquis, une présentation parfaite et des fruits de mer parfaitement cuits al dente, des pâtes et du riz, un délice pour les gourmets, même le riz frit au homard du petit-déjeuner était sensationnel. Leurs chefs, je les classerais comme étoilés Michelin ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gordon Ramsay, vous devez vraiment y goûter ! ~LOVE LOVE LOVE PEARL RESORT~IL EST EN TÊTE DE NOTRE LISTE~ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ K&B

I had the pleasure of staying at hotel during the New Year, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The festive decorations throughout the hotel created a warm and cheerful atmosphere that truly set the tone for the holiday season. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering excellent service despite how busy it was. The New Year’s Eve celebration organized by the hotel was a highlight of our trip. The food at the gala dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The live entertainment and countdown event were spectacular, making it a memorable way to ring in the New Year. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the fireworks display at midnight. The thoughtful touches, like a complimentary New Year’s gift and champagne, made us feel truly welcomed. A spacious and clean hotel with amazing sea view of Otres Beach! I like how big the room is but it seems a bit empty with no chairs/sofa to sit on. Also I didn’t get a room with bathtub like it showed in the booking pictures.
