We enjoyed our stay, however the sauna was not in operation, which was a little bit of a letdown. Friendly staff and rooms are clean minus some mold in the shower.

The room is very tidy and big, even there is no parking available but the staff showed me a free space along the road to park overnight.
There is even washing machine which surprised me and it was working well.
The breakfast is good but price is 35 nzd not 19 mentioned in the trip site. I booked the room reading others' comment about the breakfast but to be honest the types of food is not so much and didnt meet my expectations.

A divine experience glamping in a vineyard! ❤️
Had the good fortune of stumbling across Martinborough on my way to Wellington. It's a quaint place with a variety of well appointed cabins with gas fireplaces and spa baths just outside the cute village of cafes, shops and wineries. Their team is kind and hardworking. 💯
Bring your own food since you'll have a kitchenette and food can be limited during the day since most places don't open until evening or the weekends for tourists. Also, recommend driving since it's both expensive and challenging to get around outside of the limited free shuttle. Bikes are available to rent for $40NZD 🤑🤑

Le restaurant est très bien, mais il est encore un peu vieux, et un point : nous avons demandé au récepteur de faire des rasoirs et des brosses dentaires, il a dit tout dans la chambre, mais il n'y a rien. Nous avons besoin d'une équipe de service téléphonique pour plusieurs fois ( nous n'avons demandé qu'une chose pour la première raison que nous croyions qu'il y avait tout sauf que l'une, puis nous avons trouvé d'autres ne sont pas là...), vraiment désavantage.
La nourriture est excellente, et le gars y est très aimable!

Die Wahl fiel auf das Hotel, weil ich erst abends um 20:30 Uhr nach Wellington zurückgeflogen bin und morgens bereits um 6:00 Uhr nach Sydney weiter geflogen bin. Der Vorteil des Hotels ist die nahe Lage am Flughafen und der tolle kostenlose Pickup- und Rücktransfer-Service zum Flughafen. Es gibt zwar direkt am Flughafen Wellington, ein Rydges Hotel, aber das ist wahrscheinlich deutlich teurer als das mit 90 € pro Nacht relativ günstige Brentwood. Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber eine Renovierung lohnt sich wahrscheinlich kaum daher der günstige Preis und der tolle Transfer Service.

l'hôtel et le service sont très bons. l'emplacement est pratique pour presque tout à Wellington. Nous avons cependant eu des problèmes de départ quand on m'a dit de payer des frais supplémentaires pour l'hébergement malgré le fait que trip.com avait déjà tout payé. J'ai dû régler ce problème avec trip.com et ils ont abandonné les frais.

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights.
Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing.
I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

IInvitéWe had 1 night stay. Good facilities, like pool, Spa, Restaurant, however a few things need to improve to reach 4 star, like stated.
Our room was clean and tidy but some lights up in the ceiling were out, basin in the bathroom was very cracked.
We had dinner at the restaurant. I ordered pizza, where the dough was slightly undercooked, no crisp, sloppy.
Filter coffee at breakfast, that was included had a colour of weak tea. But you were offered to pay extra for a coffee on top of $30, you already paid for a buffet breakfast.
Previously stayed here before, but I think it needs a lot of improvements as it's gone down quite a bit.

la maniere de parler aux clients n est pas professionnelle
- certains jeunes qui n ont pas de formation sont tres aimables et agréables ce n est pas le cas dans cet hotel :les employés sont mal recrutés désagréables et incompétents . de plus il auraient besoin d etre supervisés par un manager.
c est dommage car la décoration de l hotel est tres jolie les chambres spacieuses modernes et l hotel est bien placé dans une rue commerçante. De plus je ne peux pas juger le restaurant qui ne sert pas apres 10H du soir et qui a ensuite fermé pour le mois de janvier
