Hôtels avec piscine à Wellington, Nouvelle-Zélande

Seriously lacking in hospitality. Asked for a latte at 5:57am and was told “ we don’t  open until 6am” No newspapers available. Bellhop service virtually nonexistent. Room service was good. Front desk agent untrained and unsupervised. No greeting upon entering the hotel or restaurant. Great mixologist at the bar.  Kudos to Andreas the only friendly person we met not really sure what his position is there but he was great, helpful and kind to two old ladies with multiple bags.  No hand soap in the bathroom and towels were not changed.  $45.00 per day valet car service seems a bit much given that there really isn’t another option. We stayed in a “superior double double “ Not sure what superior meant. One of the beds was hard up against a wall. Less than a meter between end of beds and desk/tv stand. Entertainment system did not offer any pay as you go options just a bunch of sky. No Netflix type options. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and most certainly will not be going back!

Private, professional excellent staff, service and amenities. Next to Te Papa museum, close to shops, restaurants and a variety of food places, New World and entertainment venues. Excellent for families, couples or solo traveller's. Recommend the Museum Appartment Hotel, an EVT Hotel to all visitors to Wellington. I will stay here again. Thank you.

l accueil est peu agreable et si on pose des questions le personnel ne cherche pas a vous aider et vous renvoie chercher sur internet . la maniere de parler aux clients n est pas professionnelle - certains jeunes qui n ont pas de formation sont tres aimables et agréables ce n est pas le cas dans cet hotel :les employés sont mal recrutés désagréables et incompétents . de plus il auraient besoin d etre supervisés par un manager. c est dommage car la décoration de l hotel est tres jolie les chambres spacieuses modernes et l hotel est bien placé dans une rue commerçante. De plus je ne peux pas juger le restaurant qui ne sert pas apres 10H du soir et qui a ensuite fermé pour le mois de janvier

A divine experience glamping in a vineyard! ❤️ Had the good fortune of stumbling across Martinborough on my way to Wellington. It's a quaint place with a variety of well appointed cabins with gas fireplaces and spa baths just outside the cute village of cafes, shops and wineries. Their team is kind and hardworking. 💯 Bring your own food since you'll have a kitchenette and food can be limited during the day since most places don't open until evening or the weekends for tourists. Also, recommend driving since it's both expensive and challenging to get around outside of the limited free shuttle. Bikes are available to rent for $40NZD 🤑🤑

Nous avons eu un séjour de nuit. La chambre était propre et confortable, mais quelques lumières au plafond étaient éteintes, la piscine dans la salle de bain était très écrasée. Nous avons dîné au restaurant. Le café filtré au petit déjeuner, qui était inclus, avait une couleur de thé faible, mais vous avez été offert de payer un supplément pour un café au-dessus de 30 $, vous avez déjà payé pour un petit déjeuner buffet. Il a été ici avant, mais je pense qu'il a besoin d'une grande amélioration, car il est en retard.

Le restaurant est très bien, mais il est encore un peu vieux, et un point : nous avons demandé au récepteur de faire des rasoirs et des brosses dentaires, il a dit tout dans la chambre, mais il n'y a rien. Nous avons besoin d'une équipe de service téléphonique pour plusieurs fois ( nous n'avons demandé qu'une chose pour la première raison que nous croyions qu'il y avait tout sauf que l'une, puis nous avons trouvé d'autres ne sont pas là...), vraiment désavantage. La nourriture est excellente, et le gars y est très aimable!

Another excellent stay at this lovely hotel. We had pre booked parking, which meant our car was safe. The room was excellent with very comfortable bed. We also used the restaurant & had a lovely meal, with very good service. Also very good breakfast before we left too.

Great hotel, Friendly staff, very clean, room service excellent. Love the sauna, spa, pool. Beautiful hotel we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely book Bolton hotel again. Bedding very comfortable. We had the garden view

Très bon hôtel, nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec une salle de bain séparée, grandes chambres, il ya une zone commune de cuisine. Les vêtements de lit sont propres ainsi que toute la chambre et l'hôtel dans son ensemble. Bienvenue et personnel responsable. Hôtel décent pour l'argent payé!

outdoor pool, hotel has netflix account on tv so you can start watching immediately. comfy bed. clean and about 10 min walk to big supermarket and restaurants. very chill. gas station across the road
