All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

Excellent service from Front Office, household and restaurant staff and a nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shells, exhaust fans and corners. The bathroom is terrible. Eau nuée, baignoire molde et douche et oh mon boîtier de toilette Dieu est terriblement sale. La douche de pluie et la douche main ne fonctionnent pas correctement. J'ai dû emprunter la paille et la cuillère. Frigo/minibar est rustique. Des peintures de murs déchirées. Linettes en forme. Il y a aussi des trucs de coucher. 2 d'entre nous ont noté des marques de morsure sur nos jambes, nos mains et nos bras.

Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

As always a pleasure to stay here great staff great location and honesty throughout - a pleasure to stay in a hotel that appreciates every guest the complete opposite of a recent stay in BGC at F1hotel where after 20 days am still fighting to get my deposit back

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option).
Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins.
One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

UUtilisateur anonymeUpon arrival in the hotel we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff of the hotel, they very friendly and accommodating. Serrvice is utmoat excellence the only problem is that the rooms needs to be updated, it needs to be cleaned, restroom needs to be maintained. When we reached our rooms there are no towels and when it was delivered it is like beige already because it is too old. The food served is also decent, this hotel is nearby a good place with lots of reataurants out side. I hope they can update the hotel soon. They have such a good spot and it just needed to be renovated. By the way we saw a cockroach in the room also but again the staff helped asap. I will still consider my stay here very good because the people are really nice. And anyway the bed is not dusty. So all good.

the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome!
The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it.
I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!
