We had an amazing stay. Staff from reception to drivers are very accomodating & halpful. They upgraded our room from garden villa to seaview room. Food can be improve on dinner buffet. However breakfast choices & taste are good. Band in the dinner was great & they sang our requested song. Overall, i will recommend & still come back some time with friends. Although an hour away from the city but the shuttle is a plus as we do not need to rent our own car.

Nous y sommes allés en vacances (1er mai 2026 - Jour du travail) pour 1 nuit sous la rénovation pala kaya ang hina ng aircon ou halos wala doon sa desk front. Les lits doubles Ange chambre de sorte que Kasama Kaming Toddler Kaya nous avons déménagé le lit à un côté de la chambre para mag adapte la famille Kaming à la taille de l'anguille hindi pendant le sommeil. Malouwag ang room naka smart TV pa peut être sécurisé et chauffe-eau pero napansin ko masysdong madilim kasi puro pin lights lang lalo sa gabi. La ville est située dans le centre de la ville de Maliwanag, où vous pouvez accueillir des vacances en plein air. May pool na sya at free breakfast kait mura lang per night 🥰 we got this for 2,800 only dahil sa trip coins ko on my previous booked hotels. ❤️ ang sarap ng breakfast ang daming choices! ❤️ im sure mas gaganda pa lalo pag matapos ang renovations. Will def stay here lalo na pag biglaan at on a budget ka. Downside lang may corkage ang outside food and drink nila na P500. Mapipilitan ka talagang kumain na lang sa labas kesa magpadelever. May lechon pala ung dîner buffet kaso bussog na kami ng meryenda so hindi na sulit mag buffet bg gabi haha

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naga City! I booked a room for myself and my five kids, and they had so much fun at the pool. The food was also really good, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—just walking distance to E-Mall and Plaza Rizal in Naga City. The staff were accommodating, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well-organized. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

La vue de Mayon de The Oriental Legazpi était vraiment belle et je suis reconnaissante que ma demande d'une chambre supérieure avec vue ait été accordée. Cependant, le séjour global était décevant. Le personnel n'était pas très attentif, le restaurant était mauvais, l'eau n'était pas facilement offerte, et on nous a même dit de téléphoner au personnel quand on était prêts à commander. Il y avait aussi un bruit de la photophoto, une faible pression de l'eau dans la douche qui a pris environ 30 minutes pour résoudre, des ailes brisées et des problèmes de maintenance visibles, aucune liste de menus dans la chambre, et le petit-déjeuner buffet se sentait pressé même avant l'heure de fermeture indiquée. La vue est excellente, mais la vue n'est pas suffisante. Si ce n'était pas pour la raison de la vue de Mayon, je ne reviendrais pas.

One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.

Excellent service from Front Office, household and restaurant staff and a nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shells, exhaust fans and corners. The bathroom is terrible. Eau nuée, baignoire molde et douche et oh mon boîtier de toilette Dieu est terriblement sale. La douche de pluie et la douche main ne fonctionnent pas correctement. J'ai dû emprunter la paille et la cuillère. Frigo/minibar est rustique. Des peintures de murs déchirées. Linettes en forme. Il y a aussi des trucs de coucher. 2 d'entre nous ont noté des marques de morsure sur nos jambes, nos mains et nos bras.

I enjoyed my stay overall and I’m satisfied with the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and I also used the pool and gym which were both good. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff was kind and welcoming. The only downside was that the AC in my room wasn’t very strong. Also, my room had a connecting door with the next room, so the sound insulation wasn’t great. We could hear the neighbors talking and their TV late at night. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel.

Great experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food.

Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome! The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it. I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!
