All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

The place is nice. Easy to find. No hidden charges.
The staff don't know how to say no. 🫡
They will cater to your needs.
The pool is cold. I hope they will make it warm especially at night.
Some features might need maintenance. Like the CRs.
Overall, it was a really good place to stay before we went to the hot springs nearby.

Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

2 jours d'une expérience était magnifique. Le service client est en cours. Le personnel était professionnel et courtois. Ils ont également offert des compliments qui nous ont heureux. Les installations sont également amicales et le lieu est bon pour un toddler à marcher. Très bonne expérience et sera probablement réservée dans un avenir proche.

Service and amenities is excellent! Kaso may foul odor lang yung room namin and my leak sa CR pero Okay nman masarap din ang food nila kahit malayo ang location sa downtown basta may Grab app ka carry na din.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naga City! I booked a room for myself and my five kids, and they had so much fun at the pool. The food was also really good, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is perfect—just walking distance to E-Mall and Plaza Rizal in Naga City. The staff were accommodating, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well-organized.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

the staffs are very accomodating. they will greet you once they see you walking around the hotel. the amenities are good they even give you what you requested. i really love the smell of their shampoo and body wash ☺️. the breakfast buffet is soo good! and it is included in the hotel fee. the pool is very clean and they allow us to get a mango from the tree beside the pool. my husband and i really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. we’ll sure be back soon! thank you from guards to hotel staff ❤️

UUtilisateur anonymeUpon arrival in the hotel we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff of the hotel, they very friendly and accommodating. Serrvice is utmoat excellence the only problem is that the rooms needs to be updated, it needs to be cleaned, restroom needs to be maintained. When we reached our rooms there are no towels and when it was delivered it is like beige already because it is too old. The food served is also decent, this hotel is nearby a good place with lots of reataurants out side. I hope they can update the hotel soon. They have such a good spot and it just needed to be renovated. By the way we saw a cockroach in the room also but again the staff helped asap. I will still consider my stay here very good because the people are really nice. And anyway the bed is not dusty. So all good.

IInvitéDurant notre séjour à Villa Caceres, depuis notre première fois, les gens du Front Office sont très utiles pour fournir des emplacements et une assistance, ainsi que le personnel de la maison (le groupe de hauts hommes nous a aidé à régler la température de l'air, Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que l'heure de l'arrivée mais ils nous ont accueillis (réceptionniste nommé Jen/Jean, je crois). Je viens de noter au buffet de matin que les serveurs ne sont pas si attentifs à leurs clients, même si cela n'était pas occupé, certaines tables sont laissées inattendues, bien que la sélection de leur nourriture était jolie. J'espère qu'ils attirent l'attention sur ce retour d'information, puis l'emplacement était accessible à la ville, aux marchés et au transport.

IInvitéExcellent service from Front Office, household and restaurant staff and a nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shells, exhaust fans and corners. The bathroom is terrible. Eau nuée, baignoire molde et douche et oh mon boîtier de toilette Dieu est terriblement sale. La douche de pluie et la douche main ne fonctionnent pas correctement. J'ai dû emprunter la paille et la cuillère. Frigo/minibar est rustique. Des peintures de murs déchirées. Linettes en forme. Il y a aussi des trucs de coucher. 2 d'entre nous ont noté des marques de morsure sur nos jambes, nos mains et nos bras.

IInvitéWe had an amazing stay. Staff from reception to drivers are very accomodating & halpful. They upgraded our room from garden villa to seaview room. Food can be improve on dinner buffet. However breakfast choices & taste are good. Band in the dinner was great & they sang our requested song.
Overall, i will recommend & still come back some time with friends. Although an hour away from the city but the shuttle is a plus as we do not need to rent our own car.

the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome!
The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it.
I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!
