C'est toujours mon hôtel quand je visite. Plusieurs centres de commerce et de cuisine à proximité. Les chambres elles-mêmes sont bien entretenues et en bonne condition. La télévision a accès aux canaux gratuits de base, mais rien de prime, donc il n'y a pas de Premier League, etc. La seule défaillance est l'eau chaude, où l'eau n'est pas assez chaude.

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.

I booked for one night n ended up to extent another night in the same hotel…. Its a great hotel in Bandung. Normally i like to hop hotels as i will make review vedios in utube but this hotel was good. Will surely stay here if i go to bandung again

EErwin Jingga1 booked 2 classic rooms. At the reception, they upgraded my rooms to superior/deluxe rooms at high floors. Service are good and fast. Every needs will be taken care quickly and seriously. The washtafel has a little problem, after they fix it, the manager send a box of cookies to apologize. Bottled water I must say is free flow, cause I got 8 bottles for the first night, and 12 bottles for the second night. Very generous.

NNurJoCrowne Plaza Bandung definitely exceeds our expectation. From the moment we checked in till the last day the whole team never fail to surprise us.
At the lobby, we were greeted by friendly and helpful concierge and bellboys. They were always attentive to our needs. Was there right after the demonstrations. Can feel security was stepped up.
Checking in, can feel the warm welcome of the front desk team. Never fail to smile.
Room was so spacious and squeaky clean.
Jasmine, the reservations and front desk team even remembered to organise a little surprise for my hubby bdae.
Breakfast is excellent. Was there for five days and menu changes. Food are tasty and coffee came to u...
After checkout, we left behind a bag of caps. Contacted the hotel and within 15minutes made a turn to get it back.Kudos to the room service/front desk/ concierge/security. They were well co-ordinaedr to help us out. Really had a great time

The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay, including free Wi-Fi, and a cozy bed.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Staff are all very friendly and polite; however, daily room cleaning was basic and breakfast service, particularly resetting tables and clearing away was poor. If you’re a westerner, you will have to ask for a knife every breakfast time! Breakfast food was good but spoilt by the fact the lids on the food warmers were kept open and so the food was not hot. Room service food was great quality and cheap. Bizarrely, you could order food 24/7 but not drink. Recommend the all you can eat dimsum on Saturday lunchtime - lots of food and drink for a very low price. Rooftop pool was a great facility, but sometimes overran with kids. Bit of a mixed review but would definitely stay here again as overall was great value for money.

Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam.
Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan.
Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel.
Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience.

Tout était parfait pendant mon séjour ici, sauf pour le petit déjeuner. J'espère que le chef/cock peut améliorer leurs compétences de cuisine, car certains des aliments tendent à être salés et mélangés. Une semaine avant le check-in, nous avons demandé des chambres de connexion, mais malheureusement, ils ne se sont pas conformés.
