Beautiful hotel with fantastic service and great on-site restaurants. Shout out to the cafe as well, which serves amazing single origin pour-over coffee from all across Indonesia. Great rooms and amenities too. The parks and gardens are very nice to walk around, and the greenhouse overlook is a good place to sit for an hour to enjoy cold tea and a cool breeze. That said, if you struggle with noise, the poor soundproofing in the rooms means you will likely be woken up by the sounds of activity in the corridors, and loud environmental noises around the hotel. Also, depending on the day, you might be able to smell the smog / haze of neighbouring Bandung City

Stayed 3 nights before Chinese New Year. Front desk Staff were super friendly !! helped me reserve massage appointments and gave very clear instructions from hotel to railway station taking train to airport instead. Hotel outward building look dated with loss paint during day time. F&B director, Mr Bayu did a fantastic job creating good varieties of food, we love the breakfast offered on 9th floor!! the view up there was breathtaking. Overall, congratulations to the General Manager, hope you keep up the good job !! and the good staff! Myself and husband will return ;)

Le restaurant a été très bien accueilli et très confortable. La position de l'hôtel offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, en particulier du salon du ciel. La chambre d'hôtel était de bonne taille et il était super pour se détendre sur le balcon avec une vue sur le jardin / terrain des hôtels et le côté montagneux environnant.

We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. L'hôtel fait partie des Fécilles du Rancamaya Resort, y compris la cour de golf et la villa. Bien que l'hôtel n'est pas très grand, il est bien décoré. Les enfants peuvent s'amuser dans le jardin R en fournissant des animaux et en jouant au taxi par câble. À partir de la fenêtre, vous pouvez avoir une vue sur le GUNUNG SALAK.

The experience was excellent. Booked this room specifically because the toilet uses a jet shower instead of a bidet, which was very comfortable and convenient for us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. The staff were very helpful and assisted with transferring our baggage when we had to change rooms for the next stay, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Love, love the experience — we would definitely stay here again.

Le séjour à l'héritage Dago de la Suisse-Belresort était pure heureux. La chambre élégante, la brise de montagne et les vues panoramiques ont créé un repos pacifique. The hotel location is quite strategic, near Yogya Junction and Grage Mall and it has free shuttle to and from train station! The service is great and the food quite tasty while the vegetables and fruits are always fresh everyday.
