Tous les membres du personnel comprennent la sécurité, les clochers, le bureau de front, la garde-front, la garde-front, la garde-front, la nettoyante, le service de la chambre sont tous très gentils, toujours sourire n nous saluer où ils nous passeront... garder le garde pour l'attitude étonnante...la chambre est grande n très confortable pour nous seulement 1 chose qui Le parois verre entre la salle de bain n chambre n'est pas stratégique pour nous même comme une famille qui reste là...peut-être adapté à la femme de mari...peut-être qu'il faut installer une cortina à l'intérieur de la salle de bain.

Le lieu est très propre, confortable et les installations très bonnes, vous pouvez nager, gym, etc. Recommandez place pour vous voulez à la séjour.

Had the best stay here while I am in puncak!!! In love with everything, the view, room, the facilities, Literally everything. They gave me a complimentary photoshoot as well. The minus point only the check in time regulation is too late, at 2pm.

The hotel was excellent! The room was clean, the amenities were complete, and the breakfast was varied and never boring. The kids were happy too because there were plenty of activities — for little kids, teens, and adults. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the location — traffic was quite bad. But luckily, there were so many things to do inside the hotel that we never felt bored. There were also some restaurants outside, even if just a few. We’ll definitely be back for sure!

I love this hotel! I will come back again. Its nearer to lembang area? Hence it gets abit cold with the wind blows, especially in the morning! But that makes a perfect morning breakfast view & atmosphere. Staff are friendly and nice, they can speak english well too - plus points since my bahasa was.. not good, haha Love the amenities so much too, there’s kids club (alot of variations for children to play with). The pool’s amazing, as well as the koi pond ( you get to feed for free). Only downside is that, the room isnt soundproof. I took the one facing the mountain area, i can hear people walking/closing/locking their door. You can a also hear the waterfall from the pool area (but this is nice) hahah. I really love the morning view through this room though, so amazing! Other than that, love this hotel! Thank you for your service everyone! 👍

Nous avons eu récemment l'occasion de rester à votre hôtel et dans l'ensemble, je suis très reconnaissante de l'hospitalité et des installations fournies, mais je voudrais partager quelques réactions constructives concernant les pièges dans la chambre. Les coussins étaient trop fermes et malheureusement affectaient la qualité du sommeil pendant mon séjour. Pour un hôtel de la norme de Pullman, je pense qu'il serait merveilleux de fournir aux clients un menu de pillow ou au moins un choix entre les pillows doux, moyens et fermes, pour répondre à différentes préférences. En outre, les serviettes se sentaient plutôt fines et ne reflètent pas la qualité de luxe attendue d'une propriété Pullman. Pour un hôtel de ce calibre, je pense qu'il serait bénéfique de fournir des options pour les pillows plus doux ainsi que des serviettes plus épaisses et plus confortables pour les invités. J'espère que cette suggestion aidera à améliorer l'expérience des clients dans l'ensemble à l'avenir. Petit-déjeuner approximativement.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la chambre King Premium, la chambre était spacieuse, très propre avec lit de taille King avec 4 pièges, il y avait un long canapé attaché à la fenêtre pour que nous puissions refroidir le café tout en regardant par la vue de la ville à l'extérieur. Tous les membres du personnel étaient au-delà de la réponse amicale et rapide, surtout quand nous avons demandé des serviettes et des serviettes supplémentaires, pas plus de 10 minutes 👏🏻 L'hôtel était très stratégique, nous pouvions atteindre la rue riau dans les marches, il y avait de nombreux cafés, restaurants, restaurants et usines de fabrique. C'était un samedi brillant, donc nous avons décidé de marcher demain jusqu'à la rue Braga, c'était amusant, puisque le temps était bon, les oiseaux se déchiraient et beaucoup de gens ont couru demain et marché. **My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---
