I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Hôtel très agréable avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Les repas sont très corrects. L'aire de jeu intérieure et la piscine sont des plus. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un court séjour.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé et bénéficie d'un excellent accès aux principales attractions touristiques. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, le personnel était sympathique et le service était excellent. Le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux, mais l'insonorisation de certaines chambres était un peu décevante. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience satisfaisante et j’aimerais y revenir.

Bel hôtel à la périphérie de Cracovie. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare, d'où 7 minutes à l'aéroport. La chambre avait de l'eau, une bouilloire, du thé et du café. A proximité, de l'autre côté de la route, McDonald's.

Mon hôtel préféré à Cracovie. J'y retourne toujours. Ma fidélité a récemment été récompensée par un surclassement dans une magnifique chambre d'angle avec une immense terrasse. Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant était exceptionnellement aimable, et les plats et boissons du bar du hall étaient excellents. La promenade jusqu'à la vieille ville en longeant le parc était également un incontournable. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, le personnel de service est gentil, la chambre est sur le bord, il y a deux balcons à l'intérieur de la chambre, le soleil est très confortable dans la chambre, il est très recommandé de jouer à la maison de Cracovie.

The location is unbeatable and you can’t get any more convenient than this. Everything is right outside of the hotel but still on a quiet road. Even is 4 years old the hotel feel new and clean. Spacious rooms comfy bed. Large size bathroom. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is amazing and

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, près de la rivière, de la gare et des stations de tramway. Nous avons apprécié la promenade matinale le long de la rivière, puis la traversée des ponts jusqu'à Kazimirec ou la station de tramway la plus proche de la vieille ville. Le petit-déjeuner est très savoureux et copieux, nous l'avons adoré, tout comme le déjeuner. Les frites sont excellentes et mon fils a adoré. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Les chambres sont propres, nous avons reçu des serviettes propres tous les jours sur demande. Dans notre chambre, nous n'avions que du savon pour le corps, pas de shampoing, d'après-shampoing ni de lait corporel. Je pense que ce serait très utile pour les clients qui arrivent en avion pour un week-end. Généralement, nous n'avons pas de place pour ce genre de produits cosmétiques, il est donc préférable d'en avoir à l'hôtel.
