Super endroit, la piscine intérieure et le spa étaient vraiment appréciables pour les jours froids et pluvieux. Le personnel était très sympathique et le restaurant était également très bon. Très bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.

靠着海邊，海景房，很舒服，早餐不行，建議不要早餐，沒有熱水壺，吃飯可以點外賣，也可以去樓下週邊的餐廳

It was an amazing overall experience. Not enough time to experience everything, like restaurant Raiva, the Spa, exploring the surrounding trails and explore the river by boat. The rooms are incredible, as the breakfast. The architecture and the landscape surroundings are breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and nice. Regarding the breakfast, I was a little disappointed that in our last day, the croissants had ran out and the few last were a little dry compared with the ones we ate in the previous day. Also the outdoor swimming pools were amazing, although the hotel doesn't have enough sun loungers when it's full. Unfortunately we take a boat ride, as the the rates are scandalous overpriced. In the end we enjoyed a lot the experience and would love to come back.

A grand hotel in the old style. It was undergoing significant renovation while I stayed, so they're clearly making an effort to remain competitive. Staff was courteous and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was tasty and filling at a good price. All in all an excellent value. My only complaint is the strong musty odor in my room. Fortunately the weather was good so I could open the windows wide, but the hotel really needs to eliminate the source of the smell. I didn't know before visiting Luso that it's famous for the quality of its water. The photo show the spouts in the center of town where locals come to fill their containers.

Staff muito pouco competente para um serviço que pretendem ser de 5 estrelas. Check-in com processo muito moroso e deficitário, com staff muito pouco empático.

If someone is looking for a non-commercial place, but at the same time warm, friendly and naturally composed, then this is a 100% sure choice: without the advantage of form over substance, excellent cuisine (I recommend buying the HB option, it's worth it!), very friendly staff, no crowds and full harmony with the surrounding nature. The location on the lagoon itself adds an additional touch of nature. Away from the hustle and bustle, without rushing. You may get the impression that time slows down here a bit, or maybe it flows differently?

J'ai adoré mon séjour ! Cet hôtel rural, avec ses allées et ses sentiers de randonnée, proposait un petit-déjeuner buffet très copieux. Le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique. Une expérience incroyable que je renouvellerai sans hésiter !

The hotel was able to accommodate a slightly early check in. The room itself was clean but the carpet stained. Outdoor pool was under renovations and made use of the indoor pool and hot tub (make sure to reserve a time slot upon check in). There is free parking on the street or in an underground garage that has a very steep ramp. Breakfast was decent and had eggs, mushrooms, sausage, yogurt, and pastries. The coffee could have been better.

O palácio é lindíssimo, mas precisa resolver sobre o SPA que nunca está em funcionamento. Não tem ponto para carregar carro elétrico. Piscina Externa desativada e sem uso|manutençao. Poderiam arrendar para uma empresa ficar responsável por esta parte que não tem manutenção e está sem uso, para nós hóspedes seria umas opções a mais para passar o dia no Palácio. Tem vários prédios ao redor todos sem manutenção e caindo aos pedaços inclusive a própria igreja ⛪️ da época poderiam ter mantido atualizado para os hóspedes

Bon service, mais manque de quelques éléments pour être un véritable 5*. La salle de sport est horrible, même pour un hôtel 4*… Le petit-déjeuner est bon, mais pas exceptionnel ; manque de variété. L'emplacement est idéal.
