À la bord de la mer, la salle de scène de la mer, très confortable, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas bon, il est recommandé de ne pas manger, il n'y a pas de bouilloire chaude, le dîner peut être vendu, ou aller au restaurant autour de la rue

It was an amazing overall experience. Not enough time to experience everything, like restaurant Raiva, the Spa, exploring the surrounding trails and explore the river by boat. The rooms are incredible, as the breakfast. The architecture and the landscape surroundings are breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and nice. Regarding the breakfast, I was a little disappointed that in our last day, the croissants had ran out and the few last were a little dry compared with the ones we ate in the previous day. Also the outdoor swimming pools were amazing, although the hotel doesn't have enough sun loungers when it's full. Unfortunately we take a boat ride, as the the rates are scandalous overpriced. In the end we enjoyed a lot the experience and would love to come back.

A grand hotel in the old style. It was undergoing significant renovation while I stayed, so they're clearly making an effort to remain competitive. Staff was courteous and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was tasty and filling at a good price. All in all an excellent value. My only complaint is the strong musty odor in my room. Fortunately the weather was good so I could open the windows wide, but the hotel really needs to eliminate the source of the smell. I didn't know before visiting Luso that it's famous for the quality of its water. The photo show the spouts in the center of town where locals come to fill their containers.

Staff muito pouco competente para um serviço que pretendem ser de 5 estrelas. Check-in com processo muito moroso e deficitário, com staff muito pouco empático.

If someone is looking for a non-commercial place, but at the same time warm, friendly and naturally composed, then this is a 100% sure choice: without the advantage of form over substance, excellent cuisine (I recommend buying the HB option, it's worth it!), very friendly staff, no crowds and full harmony with the surrounding nature. The location on the lagoon itself adds an additional touch of nature. Away from the hustle and bustle, without rushing. You may get the impression that time slows down here a bit, or maybe it flows differently?

Le service de l'hôtel est toujours impeccable. Le personnel est toujours serviable et attentionné, le petit-déjeuner est toujours excellent et varié. Le confort des chambres est excellent, tout comme la propreté. Les jardins sont bien entretenus et l'eau de la piscine et du jacuzzi est toujours chaude. Le paysage environnant est magnifique, avec la rivière Caima juste à côté de l'hôtel, idéale pour les promenades à pied ou à vélo. Au restaurant, le service s'est amélioré ; l'attente est désormais plus courte. Quant à la qualité des plats, à mon avis (étant un client régulier de l'hôtel/restaurant), elle reste bien en deçà de ce qu'elle était, qui était excellente. En résumé, cet hôtel est pour moi un excellent endroit pour une escapade relaxante.

The hotel was able to accommodate a slightly early check in. The room itself was clean but the carpet stained. Outdoor pool was under renovations and made use of the indoor pool and hot tub (make sure to reserve a time slot upon check in). There is free parking on the street or in an underground garage that has a very steep ramp. Breakfast was decent and had eggs, mushrooms, sausage, yogurt, and pastries. The coffee could have been better.

J'ai eu une bonne expérience, sauf dans la réservation. J'ai payé pour une chambre King mais j'ai séjourné dans une chambre classique. J'avais détecté cette différence lors du paiement. Je me suis plaint à l'hôtel Curia et j'ai dit que la réservation avait été communiquée pour une chambre classique. J'espère que vous pourrez m'expliquer et me donner une compensation pour cette erreur de réservation. J'espère avoir de vos nouvelles bientôt. Cordialement João

Bon service, mais manque de quelques éléments pour être un véritable 5*. La salle de sport est horrible, même pour un hôtel 4*… Le petit-déjeuner est bon, mais pas exceptionnel ; manque de variété. L'emplacement est idéal.

Beau foyer, sérén et équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le style est unique et l'atmosphère était agréable. Nous reviendrons certainement ❤️
