C'est plutôt bien. Le lit de l'hôtel est très confortable, ferme à mi-ferme, et on ne s'enfonce pas dedans. L'emplacement est extrêmement pratique, avec une station de métro au pied de l'hôtel et de nombreuses places de parking bon marché à proximité. Les équipements sont complets et le cadre est agréable.

The hotel is in a convenient location and the price is relatively affordable. Upon check-in, they offered cookies, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. However, the room facilities were quite outdated, and the air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the bathroom floor lacks an extra drain, so when showering, water tends to spill out of the bathtub, and cleaning it up is a hassle.

Hôtel propre et neuf, exactement comme il fallait. Tout le monde était poli et serviable. Le parking coûte 30 $ par nuit et ils ont retenu 300 $ pour les frais accessoires, ce qui était inattendu. Le petit-déjeuner était gratuit, mais pas d'œufs, de pommes de terre ni de saucisses le deuxième ou le troisième matin, sans aucune explication.

The accommodations were perfect for us ! We had 5 siblings and families visiting for an anniversary celebration. The suites allowed for all the children to stay and play together. The mezzanine was large clean and extremely safe for the kids to go in and out at will. The breakfast was excellent! We all were able to eat together and everyone was able to find the foods they wanted. The food was fresh and delicious ! The hotel staff were one of the friendliest of any hotel we stayed!

Stayed here for our trip to Medieval times. It was near the venue. Staff were friendly and gave cookies for each room. I was disappointed that they didn't have the room I requested available and so had to stay in a different type of room.

Nous avons assisté à un concert à Soldier Field et avons choisi cet hôtel en raison de son emplacement. L'hôtel était propre, le personnel était très sympathique tout le temps. J'ai adoré la piscine/le bain à remous et le coin salon extérieur. L'hôtel est situé au centre-ville, à proximité de toutes sortes de restaurants et d'autres choses amusantes ! Nous avons pu marcher un peu partout.

JJamesI always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!

IInvitéPool was saline and clean and warm enough to actually use. Breakfast was nice. Parking was $50 in the self park next door. Entrance houses 3 hotels which is confusing. Hotel had clean products and no terrible chemical or mold smells.

JJamesThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

Cet hôtel est situé à travers la rue, du centre de conférence, ainsi que du théâtre Rosemont et près d'O'Hare. La chambre était à côté du théâtre Rosemont et leur signe très lumineux était un peu annoncé, surtout parce que les aveugles ne ferment pas toute la route pour bloquer la lumière ou aider avec la réduction du son. Comme pour les hôtels les plus occupés, le bruit malheureux d'autres clients qui se déchirent ou qui font la douche est quelque chose que je puisse attendre à un hôtel de marque de nom inférieur - malheureusement, ces problèmes sont également présents à cet endroit.
L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la ville de Paris, où il est situé à proximité de la ville de Paris. Je ferais un petit déjeuner dans ce quartier.
Le personnel était ami, a pris le transbordeur de l'hôtel à O'Hare. Il a une piscine intérieure de taille décente et quelques salles d'entraînement que je n'avais pas utilisé. Il avait aussi un bar et un restaurant Caddyshack, la nourriture était décente là-bas.

IInvitéWe booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

SSextantisLocation is great. Less than 10 minutes by car from airport. The reception staff is friendly and helpful.
The biggest beef I have with the service is that the reception said due to overbooking by the hotel my room type (2 queen beds) was not available anymore. I paid extra for this room type and I ended up having to take a king bed and sofa bed. I had to sleep on the sofa which was not as comfortable.
I demand that the hotel refund me a part of my booking for this hotel.
